I appreciated the constant care for pests in the property and that they would spray twice a year. Check the air filters and fire alarms. I never had any issues with bugs and I honestly think it's because of the care they have for the property. The gym is small but well kept. I used to use it very early in the morning and no one was there so I didn't have to worry about having to wait for someone to finish with the treadmill or elliptical. I say it's a great place to live that's near the golden mile and near so many shops and stores.

After over 45 days of hearing nothing, I called them to see where my refund was. They'd had the check for a week. Sketchy. As if they were hoping I'd never follow up. I go to pick up the check and I can't deposit it because they'd given me a bad check. They claimed they ordered a new check from corporate with a "rush" on it. It's now been over 2 weeks and I've heard nothing and now they won't answer when I call. I don't know if they have caller ID, but no one ever picks up for me. It's been over 2 months since the original refund was issued. They're definitely trying to pull a fast one on me and I'm not having it. I will be getting a lawyer involved.
