I needed a law firm due to being hit by a Mail truck. I ended up having my shoulder Replaced. 3 YEARS later I got 1 call from the lawyer. She settled on an offer from the USPS without me involved and knowing. I had No choice but to take what they agreed on. When I was hit the USPS driver kept going back without knowing he hit my bus. Then he finally got out of his truck came around and started LAUGHING while I'm screaming so loud the neighbors across the street came out. He was parked in a Handicap space. Everything was caught on video as I was parked under the camera. Ashcraft and Gerel called me 1 time, and told me I had to take the USPS offer due to running out of time due to the statue of limitations was to close. Listen Everyone, if you want or Need to be informed, involved and kept updated on your Case. Do NOT call this firm. I never met any Lawyers, Only spoke ONCE with a Lawyer. Any and ALL Communication was with the legal aide that answered the phone. NO Contact from the lawyer except 1 call, email a couple of times THAT'S ALL in 3 YEARS! I even sent an email stating I would welcome going to Court and I got NO RESPONSE. Friend's DO NOT USE THIS FIRM AS YOUR FIRST CHOICE! You will get Screwed and Not have a chance to get a Better Deal because they will WAIT Until the Statue of Limitations is close and they DON'T HAVE TO FIGHT FOR YOU. Just Settle and they never leave the office to FIGHT FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY. I Got SUCKERED into what I got BUT You Don't need to End up in the same place. GET A DIFFERENT, BETTER, CARING LAW FIRM That is Caring and Truly want to Help the VICTIM and NOT the Person or Company who Caused the Accident. They the worst company to try to get in touch with your lawyer who is assigned to your case from there!!! They don't and won't ever call you back. And you only could talk to her or his paralegal!!!
