The lawyers are of no help and cant do anything right it seems. I was referred to this law firm by another lawyer who said can help. I was referred to Mr. Justin Zelikovitz, but a Mr. Johnathan Tucker replied back to my email and he requested I call him, which I did. I have been working for a company for months and the company never paid me one single paycheck ever. In my career field, most of the jobs are 1099. I had filed complaint with Attorney General's office, Human Rights Commission, and Civil Rights Department who all said the company is committing a federal crime because they are not paying me, which is a form of slave labor and human trafficking, but the company is ripping off veterans also since all clients are veterans. Basically, I worked for a conartist is seems. I had filed a complaint with MD Labor Department, but I got a terrible and corrupt investigator by the name Christina Ellerbee who was of no help and did not do her job properly. The MD Department of Labor had my case for months, but never contacted me back even though I called and emailed them regularly. I finally got a letter months later saying they cannot help me because I was a contract worker and I need to get a lawyer. They also said to fill out their survey about their services, but they never sent a survey. Basically, the MD Department of Labor supports slave labor and is letting a conartist get away with his crimes. Now, I am stuck with finding a lawyer, but it is hard since lawyers never respond back to emails or calls. Many of the lawyers also ask for too much money that I do not have. I am about to become homeless and can only afford to eat once a day because the company I was working for never gave me one single paycheck ever, but no one seems to care and I cannot get the help that I need. I thought this law firm would help, but I found them rude and very unhelpful. Their lack of humanity and lack of compassion is amazing. Also, after Mr. Tucker asked me a lot of questions, they said they cannot help since I do not have the money to pay them. I did not like what they said, but asked for a referral to another law firm that might be able to help; they said they do not know anyone else. That is hard to believe. At the end of the day, this law firm only cares about money instead of helping people get justice.
