After I sent them records requested by the attorney so they could decide whether to take on my case, they took 10 days to review them and to tell me they couldn't take on my case partially because I had "returned to work". I quickly responded to their email to make sure they understood. I had only returned at 10 hours a week (formerly full-time 40 hours) and wasn't sure I'd be able to work much longer. I asked if that changed their assessment and if not. if they could recommend other firms. They didn't respond.
