The last time I forgot a discount flier at home, and was not allowed access by security. When I questioned why, he shut me down and offered no other explanation. He called his manager and they both unpleasantly confronted me until I left and commented, "Take your $20 elsewhere anyway". Security also alluded that I should be thankful to them because they were "servicing me", which is a questionable business mantra, but I'll leave it at that.
