Pictures revealed cracks in the flue so I would not be able to use it. I decided to have Alan and Diane install a Bucks wood stove. They got it installed quickly. This past year I decided to stain the brick on the fireplace and they came out and took off pieces that were covering the brick and the hearth so that I could stain all of the brick and paint all of the tile on the hearth. I had an issue with the surround and they replaced it. Every time I have needed a question answered or had any concern, Diane and Alan have taken care of it.
