    Assortment of sandwiches.

Scheduled a reservation because it was booked over the weekend. Nice little place with a boutique shop up front. The back had nicely decorated area for tea time. Great place for a tea date. Ordered the afternoon tea experience. Came with a pot of tea, crackers/spread, sandwiches, and desert. Lemon curd scones came fresh out of the oven. I would consider coming back but it was a little pricy. I would recommend at least trying the afternoon tea experience once.

I recommended Ashes' Boutique and Tea Room to my sister-in-law and we just hosted her baby shower there. While the space is small, it does provide a very quaint and intimate setting. We had delicious tea sandwiches accompanied with iced peach tea. If I could've taken a gallon of at home, I would have. The afternoon was finished with the wedding blend hot tea, and an assortment of desserts that were also delicious. If you're looking for a larger space, I wouldn't necessarily recommend here as space is limited and movement around the venue is tight. But if you're looking for your next afternoon tea with friends, I can't recommend this place enough. Perfectly quaint and located at the beach does add a nice touch.

Had a lovely high noon tea today. We ordered the wedding tea, vintage tea, and the valentine tea. We all thoroughly enjoyed the teas and drank the entire pot of each. We even purchased some for home. The mini sandwich variety was good- our favorite was the chicken salad, but I enjoyed the pimiento cheese and raisin bread combo too. The desserts were good- my favorite was the warm orange marmalade one. The clothes in the front of the store were soooooo cute! I wanted to buy one of everything. I liked the white beach vibe. The decor in the space was interesting....and the space was a little tight. Overall a solid experience.

4.5 stars. The location is drop dead gorgeous. The food was yummy. The server was polite. I don't know if it was just an off day, but it took a L.o.n.g. time to have our lunch. We were there two hours! Fortunately we were not in a hurry, and if you like long drawn out meals where you can enjoy your company, go for it. :)

Always live the elegance and serenity of time spent with friends over a tea party! This was a fabulous start to our Girls Day of adventures. The ambiance, tea, tableware and food options never disappoint. Love the Afternoon Tea selection for a nice complement of menu items. And don't forget to browse through the shop in your way in and out! Many beautiful items and the displays are always so attractive.

My daughter wanted a tea experience for her birthday, so the search was on. We've tried a couple of others in our area but they didn't ticket all the boxes, so with cautious optimism we stepped into Ashes' Boutique. Fortunately, Ashes' delivered! Variety of teas to choose? Check! Individual pot of tea per person? Check! Carb free options? Check! Delicious sandwiches? Check! Yummy pastries? You guessed it, check! You walk into the boutique where they have a collection of lovely clothing. There is also a table with jars of labeled teas for you to smell and peruse, deciding which one you'd like to have without only reading a description. This is a great idea and really helped us make our choices. They even had one on display that didn't make the menu, and we were able to order it by name. The interior is absolutely lovely. You pass toward the rear into the tea room section where two rooms are beautifully decorated. It is not a huge space, but ample and cozy. The menu allows great flexibility to only order what you want, with choices from soup of the day, to salads, to sandwiches. You can also order the afternoon tea which includes sandwiches and pastries. This makes it easy to accommodate everyone on the party and order exactly what you want. Everything was delicious, service was excellent, and the tea was perfect! We had a great birthday tea, including a gift of tea bags for the birthday girl. Tips: There is one bathroom that also serves as the changing room for the boutique, so be aware. Tea makes you, er...well, you know. Parking was easy to find across the street, but I imagine during beach season this might be a little more difficult as you are a stone's throw from the ocean. There is a cute shop across the street that sells artisan crafts and other treasures if you need to idle a few minutes. Happy to say we've found our tea house and will be back next year if not sooner!

A wonderful tea experience! Ashes is just such a nice quaint tea room I feel is widely underrated. Their charm fills each small room they have with their shabby chic decor and lace accessories. The tea options are divine and the food options you get for pairing is just melt in your mouth goodness! Their jam spread my friend loved so much, last time we were there she bought a jar, which I didn't know they sold! Always a lovely experience. And a well decent price for what you get as well!

This was September 2023. I had afternoon tea at Ashes' Boutique & Tea Room. I enjoyed it. I liked that you got a whole pot of your tea selection (I got the wedding tea flavor. It was good), and they had sugar cubes. It's a nice, intimate setting. The egg salad sandwich was surprisingly my favorite. In all, 8/10. I like the more traditional idea of afternoon tea with all 3 courses being brought out on a 3 tier stand, at Ashes' they were brought out one at a time. The customer service was awesome, quick & attentive. I had to go back and take screenshots from the video I did so I could post the pics.

Ashes is a great spot for a mommy and me tea date! Little kids and big ones will love the spread of treats, and the tea was delicious. Be sure to make a reservation.

Mother daughter tea date with friends to celebrate graduation & grade promotion. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the afternoon tea was a wonderful experience. The table order the afternoon tea, the brie & tea, sweets & tea, and the halfizes with the soup of the day and salad along with the soup of the day and the chicken salad sandwich.

This cute seaside store with a tea room in the back seems whimsical to me. I enjoyed calling ahead and snagging a space for my mother and myself to enjoy teatime together. Lovely atmosphere! The shop offers gift items for baby showers and wardrobe accessories. Very inviting. Handicap accessible (ramp) but cramps inside. Street parking. I would go to this tea room again.

Came here for a bridal shower and it was lovely. Quiet and cute little place. We had the salads, tea sandwiches; and desserts. They were all delicious! We had an iced tea and wedding tea and I loved the wedding tea. It was sweet and went well with the dessert.

Channeled some major breakfast at Tiffany's vibe! Highly recommend reservations as the place only has room for about 10-15 people and there can be a wait if you don't make reservations. Recommend the mango peach tea for something sweet. They had nice little finger food and they have a "mommy and me" option which I thought was adorable. There were little girls in dresses that you could tell were in awe w the place

It pains me to write this review because I genuinely wanted this partnership to succeed…read more In January 2026, I partnered with Maria at Coastal Elements to host Mahjong lessons. The classes were successful, bringing customers into the store and creating a fun community event. I was excited to support another woman-owned business. I received one payment in February 2026 for approximately four weeks of lessons. After that, I continued teaching throughout March, April, and May. Despite repeated requests for payment, I was given various reasons for the delay and assured that payment was coming. I even offered to accept installment payments if that would help. Unfortunately, payment never arrived. For months, I attempted to resolve this matter privately through texts, phone calls, in-person conversations, and follow-up requests. I ultimately sent a certified demand letter, which was received, yet I am still awaiting payment for services that were provided months ago. I take responsibility for not having a more detailed written agreement in place. However, I firmly believe that when work is completed as agreed, payment should be made in a timely manner. I do not write this out of anger. I simply want to be paid for the work I performed. My hope is that Coastal Elements will honor its commitment and resolve this matter without further action.
