Such a great addition to the area! I've come here a few times now to do work and it's always such a great spot. I'm glad that the craziness has kind of died down because now you can find a place to sit more easily. I do wish that they had Wi-Fi to do work, but I was told by one of the baristas that they were working on it so that's great. I love to order the Matcha from here, as well as as their lox croissant, it's my favorite and so delicious and the presentation is absolutely beautiful. The space itself is so cute and aesthetic. You can even do some work on their rooftop, which is a nice change of pace if you want to be outside. Definitely would recommend! read more

We were in the Neptune Bch area for a doctor's appointment and decided to stop in for a quick coffee and snack. My wife, daughter and granddaughter love how they decorated the shop! I ordered a Vanilla Latte and a Mango Pastry. I thought they were very good. My wife and daughter loved their coffee and pastry as well. The only negative (for me) was the parking. There is no free parking that we can find anywhere close to the shop! I think it's nonsense to have to pay to park if I'm going inside to order and then leave!!!! We were only in there for 10 minutes and still had to pay.... I get it; it's close to the beach and people are trying to find parking and then walk to the beach but it would be helpful to have some less than 15 minute parking close to the shop. Just my thoughts & opinions. * Lower stars because of parking! read more

Stopped by here for coffee while walking around town center. There is a fairly long line, which means you know whatever you order will be good. They have pastries, breakfast menu items like bagels, and a good variety of drinks. They also have seating inside, but is very limited. I ordered an iced latte with vanilla and almond milk which came up to around $7. It was made pretty quickly and wasn't too sweet either which is perfect for me. New coffee shop near the beach. The first obstacle was finding a parking space, it was really a challenge and we manage to get a free one but there was quite a bit of walk. The 2nd one was getting a table, the place is quite small but we were told we can seat upstairs? We did not get a chance to check the upstairs area since a group just left and we were able to take their seats. We ordered pasties and lattes. I enjoyed their matcha so much! This spot is so cute! In such a great part of town, with lots of light coming in from windows. The fruit mousse items are so beautiful, but I opted for a spinach croissant type of pastry that was light and filling. My latte with oat milk hit the spot. They didn't have wi-fi (yet?) when I was there, which was a bummer, but maybe they have it now? We found a table with ample space to spread out and work from while enjoying breakfast, next to an outlet. Service was quick and friendly! read more

One of Each is a new coffee shop in the Beaches Town Center area. I stopped in around 7:30a on Saturday morning and there was already a short line. This gave me time to get pix of all of the sweet and savory options in the pastry cases. I was tempted by many of the sweet options, but I prefer savory if I'm going with a sweet latte. I decided on the spinach and feta pastry which was very tasty. I also enjoyed my special Valentine latte - the Love Letter, a strawberry vanilla latte with cold foam and candy hearts. The strawberry syrup was delicious. Service was very welcoming and friendly which always makes a visit even more enjoyable. OOE opens daily at 7a and closes at 7p on weekdays and 9p Fri-Sun. I'll definitely be back to try some of those sweet treats! read more

Wow what a great find for our group a couple of days ago! One of Each is a new fantastic addition to the beaches area where the price of coffee, danishes, etc., are quite reasonable - and good! Jimmy, Leah, Dorcas and I came here after our surprise meet-up at Abstrakt Filipino Essence. The shop was full and we wondered if we would find a place to sit. It's actually not the largest interior for a coffee shop but there also is seating available on the second level above it. I will say it's pretty loud inside, at least on this day and that was not because of the music. With a fairly low ceiling and a crowded house, it always makes the noise levels from brewing machines and the customers louder. I'm sure on a slower stint to the shop it would have been much quieter. Also, seating is spaced fairly close together, so you can experience a little of that crowded house feeling. On a different (and positive) note, the customer service was pretty outstanding! All three of the baristas who assisted us were enthusiastic to extreme levels and kept up with providing service for a sizable crowd very well. I got my usual white chocolate mocha and my dearest got a matcha latte unsweetened version. I learned they used Monin syrups. It is not my favorite, however, this white mocha latte was pretty good! Enough so that I would come back if I were in the area again. I think a 10 or 12 oz latte for $5 is a pretty good price these days. The danishes we had were all pretty fresh - nothing hardened. I liked the strawberry cheesecake danish. Good flavor. And nice texture. One of Each is a nice place to visit if you're in the Atlantic Beach area. It may be hard to find parking, especially on the weekends! So be patient if you visit this area - you will eventually find a spot. Recommend: HIGH read more

Finally got a chance to try this new little spot. It is in a great location, and cute inside. Lots of pastry and breakfast options, a bit pricey in my opinion. The service was a bit slow, there were only 2 orders ahead of me with 1 coffee in each order, and I waited about 15 minutes for my drink to be done. Was not expecting to love this place so much! Went because it looks cute and trendy with very aesthetic sweets and drinks, so wanted to see what it was about. But wow, I already can't wait to go back! The atmosphere is clean, simple and comfortable, but there is not much seating unfortunately which would be my only complaint. The staff were friendly and quick with our order. My husband and I got lattes, an iced latte with coconut and pistachio for me (would absolutely order again!) and an iced coconut mocha for him which is enjoyed. We shared a spinach artichoke bistro that was devoured before I could even get a picture, and a pistachio raspberry roll which I WILL CRAVE DAILY. It was unlike anything I've had! I've visited this cafe twice since its opening, and kudos to the owners, you can tell the intentionality in everything, from the decor to the menu (gluten free options and a great list of tea choices), to the lack of WiFi (don't plan to work from here unless you have a hotspot), which I think encourages conversation and rest. We had a delay in getting our pastries the second visit, so they brought us some mini pavlovas as a "thank you" for being patient. I'm a fan and will definitely return! read more

One of Each is already one of our favorite coffee shops. The atmosphere and aesthetic is second to none. The food selection is awesome. The glass cases are full of unique items that look homemade. We tried the bacon and egg pastry and the cinnamon roll. Both were amazing. I had a special tea and wife got the sugar free vanilla latte. Again, both amazing. All of it came out quickly. The staff were super friendly and nice. The shop is very clean and modern. Bathroom is beautiful and well kept. The location is great as well, it's near the main strip and near the beach. We actually walked to the beach afterwards. Parking is okay, there's a big lot that is free to park at certain parts of the day. Super cute coffee shop tucked in behind coop 303 in Atlantic Beach. Friendly service, gorgeous space, and delish coffee. Heads up--was a bit loud in there but it was also busy. For food, they have pastries, a variety of chia puddings, cakes, and small offering of savory items like bagels and croissant sammie's. If you love a good cuppa, they had a long list of teas. The BEST matcha I've ever had!! They have a few Vegan options, which is why I went there. It's a cute and cozy lil French (they were speaking French lol) cafe that has sandwiches, Chia pudding, pastries, macaroons, tea, coffee, matcha, croissants.... Even vegan croissants. However, I did suggest that they separate the vegan croissants from the non-vegan croissants and they received that suggestion very well. So yes, the service was a 10/10. I don't live on the Beach, but I'll definitely be back.... Planning another trip there as I type this review. LOL! I also told my husband and my friend about it. read more

After seeing an online post about a new coffee shop we decided to take a trip to Atlantic Beach to try the shop. What a pleasant experience. I had a brewed coffee and a piece of carrot cake. My wife had an ice coffee and a vanilla macaron. Fresh, ingredients, clean shop, plenty of seating, friendly family members, just a total package. We both ordered the house specialty drinks. A 16 oz Matcha and a 12 oz latte, which with tip it came to $25. Before the drinks were made, I gently ask would it be OK for us to consume some chicken salad that I had made at home. I got reassurance from all three staff members that it was fine. I don't usually take food into a restaurant, but we were riding our bikes, I packed a little food and the decision to stop at 1985. Coffee was spur of the moment. Our drinks were delivered, my wife loved her Matcha. I had only gotten a sip out of my coffee when we were approached by a manager told we could not consume outside food. I calmly appealed to the manager, explain the situation and was told that there was no wavering on the rule. I don't drink coffee on an empty stomach so I threw away my $9 cup of coffee and we left the café. I would never carry another restaurant food into a restaurant nor would I openly consume food that didn't buy there unless there was some extenuating circumstances. I leave this review in hopes that the manager may consider in the future, be a little more flexible when the situation calls for it. We were one of three people seated in the café at the time.

They offer a variety of different biscuits with chicken and other proteins and also have a pretty robust menu with other options. I was impressed immediately with the service as I explained it was my first time visiting and they staff went out of their way to make recommendations! This establishment offers breakfast cocktails, a butter/jam bar and amazing vibes! The portions are huge and the prices match the quality. A must stop if you find yourself in Neptune beach

The brewery has a really cool vibe to it, and they also have plenty of TVs where they were playing sports. I know they are a brewery and probably really good at it, but I came here for the pizza. Their selection is small but mighty. When we asked the staff what he recommended, he said all of them (not making it easy buddy). Since they are on the smaller size, we decided to get three and planning to take home some leftovers. My favorite by far was the Pancetta Garlic pizza. At the beginning I was a little overwhelmed by the amount of garlic, but damn was I wrong. The garlic was cooked to perfection and literally melted in your mouth. I don't think I've ever seen a similar pizza anywhere else, and made it even more surprising. Frankly the other two we had were also very delicious, but I truly give it the top spot to the prosciutto garlic. Last but not least, I like that they had THC on the menu. As someone who no longer drinks alcohol, it is nice to see other options available on the menu.

We always run out to Grey Matter Distillery in Mayport to check out their themes, so of course we…read moremade a plan to stop in for Pink Matter. I think this might be one of their more under rated themes. If not this, then their retro them for certain. It's almost hard for me to write about their cocktails nowadays because they're always so good. I went ahead and attached a LOT of photos to this review of cocktails from the past several themes they've done as well. I just love the fact that they always have real craft cocktails, not just a minor twist on something that they're charging more for. It's worth noting that they always offer Mocktails and THC infused drinks for the non alcohol drinkers. We didn't try as many things as we usually do but we REALLY liked what we did get a chance to try. Off the top of my head, I'd say the Cabana Boy was my personal favorite. That's the whiskey sour that comes as a pairing in the Twin Palms special. My wife liked everything enough that she didn't have a favorite. If you haven't been to Grey Matter Distillery; go check out this theme because it's a good one. Then make sure to keep on eye on them because I'm guessing their Retro Theme will be coming back next and I'm always excited for that one too.
