Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, thick and able to hold up to syrup without getting soggy. This review is combined from my first visit in September 2024 and my most recent in early April 2026. My wife got the pancake both times. I got the croque madame the first time, and the breakfast sandwich (sausage, egg and cheddar on an English muffin) the second time. The croque madame was phenomenal. The breakfast sandwich was good, but not my favorite. I'm not a huge fan of cheddar--especially sharp cheddar--on a breakfast sandwich, and the tomato aioli, caramelized onions, and the actual sausage patty, were a little too sweet for my liking. I could see others liking it, though, so definitely worth a try. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the menu a bit more. My cousin swears by the avocado toast, so that might be next!
