Food and smoothies are good....*when* you can get it. Each time I've been here my orders have been wrong, which, fine, whatever. I'm not allergic to anything so nbd. However, the lady with all the piercings who makes food all the time ALWAYS is nasty acting to people. Today I placed an order in store, waited a long time, got handed our smoothies a while after. That's fine, we can wait. But then a half hour goes by. Where's our food..? Then it's an hour. I show the lady my receipt and she goes to step up to me saying she handed it to me. Like??? Ridiculous. I'm writing this review in hopes that management will see it. I love Tropical Smoothie!, However, the service at this branch was just medium. I thought I'd branch out and try one of their new smoothies, and it's overly frozen and has no flavor(chia banana), and I asked for something else, and the manager, whoever didn't seem to be able to honor that. I think the client should always be happy, and I'm a relatively regular client, and pretty flexible and easy to please. . I hope they can make that improvement, so I want to come back sooner. read more

Every time I call , I never get a answer. Then when I came in I asked if They take call ins they said yes we do. I mentioned that no one ever answers the phone. I was 1 of 2 people in the store so I assume it's an online order - is there no ability to push an order for 1 smoothie out faster than a large order when there are 3 employees? The service was very bad. The employee who took our order was on her cell phone at the same time. We ordered a peanut butter chocolate smoothie. What we were given was a smoothie that contained no chocolate and no peanut butter. It was essentially only banana. We had to take it home and blend it with some peanut butter and cocoa that we had at home. Pretty terrible Tropical Smoothie adventure. read more

Went in at 8:50, they close at 9, girl who I guess got a power trip off of it proudly proclaimed their machines were all off and put up for the night. Cost is little more that Starbucks coffee so if your not a coffee lover you could spend your 7 dollars on a fresh energizing smoothie instead of coffee!! read more

The food at tropical smoothie is great, and keeps us coming back on occasion, but the service at this location is absolutely terrible. Every time we come they take absolutely forever and seem annoyed when you order. A fun example is today - we arrived around 11:20 a.m. to find their machines were down and they said we had to order online. So we placed an app order - which I don't love to do because the minimum pickup time is 30 mins away - but I figured no big deal because there was no one at the store and nobody in line. So we order by 11:30 a.m. We were the ONLY order on screen. nobody even came out of the back for nearly 15 minutes - when they finally came out to help some other customers. Didn't even start our order right away. We ended up waiting OVER thirty minutes (order was quoted to be ready at noon and they didn't even have it by then). We were here a total of 40+ minutes after arriving. It's insane to me that there are three people working here and not one person cared to start our order or even say anything to us until the order was in red on their screen. Absolutely horrible customer service. Additionally they managed to help the customers after us way sooner than they even bothered to look at our order. Incredibly rude. Nobody even apologized for the wait and they seemed bothered to even make it for us. Would recommend the food - but DEFINITELY not at this location. It sucks it's the only one around but I can't imagine coming back after this one. read more

Very clean cafe with a pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the Detox Island Green. It was a HUGE smoothie. Not too sweet and refreshing. I don't think it's the quality of a cold pressed juice kind of place, but it's sort of like a Jamba Juice. They also have a pretty extensive food menu. I will probably check it out again. read more

The food is always really good, the smoothies are okay depending on who makes them that day. Sometimes the smoothies are overly icy with barely any fruit so it's a gamble, but you can always count on the service being awful. So harsh that first review was.... I hurt for them just reading it. So I did watch them make the smoothie and they did add ice but it wasn't overwhelming. If anything it made it more drinkable then other smoothie places.. which I almost never finish super thick smoothies cuz let's face it I like it creamie I went for the detox and it is nice and creamie favor is mild but it does have less calories than almost everything else on the menu. I think it's meant for those of us on a weight loss direction. The staff was very nice the manager seemed a little hands offish (no eye contact but did say hi once I entered the place- maybe everyone should smile, let your workers try everything and say hi also) I would definitely recommend giving this place a shot! Ok can I just say how much I love this place it was my first time going there and I definitely will be back!!!! great options on smoothies and next time I will have to try the food but got a Blueberry Bliss for a friend and a Bahama Mama for me and my boyfriend can I just say this is by far one of the best smoothies I have had in a long time and it was cheap for a good sized drink and the service was amazing so supper sweet and nice and so helpful even offered me a drink try and labeled the smoothies!! All of this was less than 30 mins before they closed they were so supper sweet and kind and some of the best customer service I have seen in a very long time!! Hands down you have to check this place out it's amazing!! This smoothie was only $5.29 a price for a good sized smoothie and if you mention that you can't have any particular fruit they will make sure to accommodate you and avoid any of your allergies!! I love this place definitely going to recommend it if anybody ask where can I get a smoothie? Food is great but the workers there have a really bad attitude to the point where it makes me uncomfortable eating in there.

The place is very colorful and inviting, when I walked in I was greeted by one of the people that work there. I decided to get a drink that had pineapple & mango in it (not sure what it was called) but it was so good! They have such a variety of things there, they have healthy smoothies and more sugary smoothies, they have burritos, grilled cheese and lots more! This place is absolutely wonderful! Every time my boyfriend needs to go to harbor freight I tag along so I can stop and get a smoothie on the way. Every smoothie I've had so far has been delicious. The sunrise sunset is perfect for when you want something tropical. The bahama mama is also fruity but with some more sweetness. The mocha madness is perfect for all mocha lovers out there who crave that caffeine. My personal favorite was the seasonal dragonfruit. Kinda bummed it's gone but willing to try their new seasonal ones next time I go. They're food is also delicious. At first glance they're prices may look a bit on the expensive side but you definitely get what you pay for in both in quality and quantity. I'm hoping my boyfriend needs more tools soon read more

Our mission got deverted from one targent to another and we showed up is the Oasis of smoothie Haven where we were seeking sustinance. Barns seemed full and we were the first seeking food, so we were pleased with the place to ourself, grain bowl in hand we dug through thin cubbed chicken, roughly chipped onions,and farro. We searched the farro through to find a needle in a haystack. It was finally concluded, the nutrient value was high.
