She explained every step, which none of my other dental experiences have done. They even gave me some lip balm, which was a nice touch. I had a pain in my molar, which the dentist came and looked at my xrays and listened to my details of my pain. I switched to Sensodyne toothpaste, and the pain isn't bothering me any longer.
