I then was placed on hold for the 4th time for the Elgin representative to schedule the appointment @ the Elk Grove office for a Consult. How can I trust them with performing 3 face surgeries when I am bounced around like a ping pong ball. Also, there are several different phone numbers between their 2 offices to make it more confusing. Terrible experience with appointments & handling my faxed bioposy & notes from my dermatologist & Elk Grove canceling a previous made appointment due to a fax machine issue. Who in the medical field even uses fax machines anymore?
