Bill from Ashland Computer recently became my hero during a very traumatic computer experience. My recently purchased Lenovo G50 decided to shut down on me. After trying to fix the problem with Lenovo's help, it came down to completely wiping & factory resetting the computer. I would recommend Ashland computer. He solved my issue of being stuck and not able to progress after trying to wipe and reload the operating system on a Windows laptop . One thing though, you must enter his doors with an open mind,His shop is excessively messy and one could think his work would be too. But, his work was stellar and quick. $100 for this seemed fair. read more

Thanks to Bill for his courteous and professional help. My son's Lenovo Yoga Pro 2 died after only 2.5 years, and he was desperate to get it back, for college work was piling up. Although in the end, the Lenovo was unrepairable for a reasonable price, Bill did not charge a thing for the diagnosis. The previous Yelp reviews were right on! I could not picked a better place to have my computer repaired. This guy is a total jerk! I came in for an estimate for a very simple problem and he told me he didn't have enough time to look at my laptop because it was "so late in the day". I came in TWO WHOLE HOURS before he closed. He didn't even look at my laptop just told me he couldn't do it. The store is junky with parts all over the place. He said that it would be around $300; which seemed obscene for a $500 computer. I guess that he didn't want to wait on me. But, I don't want just the people he has done work for to review.
