Our high end contractor in Chestnut Hill hired a gutter installer that did a terrible job after talking with Jorge and never secured our expensive copper gutters to our home. Jorge took photos, explained the problems, replaced a section of our damaged gutter, and secured the ENTIRE house gutters for a fraction of the cost. He also ended up cleaning out the gutters and installed a gutter screen as well. I never take the time to write reviews given how busy I am, but when someone does a stupendous job, I have to take the time to do so. A couple of weeks later, I was told they never received it and that I needed to pay online (which wasn't an option before). I paid online, and about a week later my original check was cashed. I contacted SSC immediately to let them know I'd been double-charged and asked for a refund. That was three weeks ago. After saying he'd credit me via Venmo, the main contact has gone completely silent. Being double-charged and then ignored is unacceptable. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
