This is by far the friendliest Home Depot I've ever visited. We were greeted in most departments by staff and asked if we needed help. When we did need help the staff was knowledgeable, courteous and overall very helpful. Right now where most places are having staffing issues, this was such a wonderful and refreshing change! Well done, Ashland Home Depot!! I live just north of Columbus and usually shop a Home Depot in one of the various Columbus suburbs. Those stores need to take a page from the Ashland store's book because their customer service runs circles around any other HD store I've been to. read more

This is probably a companywide issue, but I use the Home Depot app every time I go into a Home Depot, and the store map on the app does not match the actual Ashland store layout, including where the bathroom is. No WiFi so I really couldn't use the app anyways or look up advice on projects I wanted to do. Went in with a list for landscaping, gardening, outdoor cleanup, expecting to spend $200-$500, left with a door hinge and wood filler. I love the store normally I can walk in and get what ever I need BUT when I order something online from them to the store near me it take absolutely forever. I ordered a laser level recently 8 days ago and it was supposed to be there yesterday and I went in and asked about it they said maybe tomorrow so today I called in and asked and then they told me it's still a week out like come on how does it talk this long to get something in? Customer service was good. The salesman at the dishwashers was very helpful, however they do not have but one brand of dishwasher in white. That was a Frigidaire brand. I chose not to purchase at this time. The lady at the front register was very helpful and friendly. read more

Was in there today getting a few more 2x4 for a small framing job, never would think you would need to measure the length of a 8' 2x4 but in here you DO! Come to find out once on the job they had cut off a couple inches of each one & they had a whole rack filled with these. Whoever the genius was that did this should have their a__ kicked!!!! read more
