I found Ashley C on Instagram and decided to give her a try. I was very intrigued by all her IG content. I've seen Ashley twice and both times I left completely elated. Ashley is amazing! She is so thorough and explains everything. She uses high-end products based on your needs. Her facial was very relaxing and left my skin soft and flawless. Oh and she does micro blading. If you are past 7 min late you will be charged 100% (no services exchanged or a reschedule allowed). It does not matter if you are in traffic or couldn't find the unit, as was my case. It's the policy she has so I should have known better and so I want others to be warned and aware of this policy. I found her customer service to also be poor as I was in the parking lot at 5:37pm (Appt was at 5:30pm) at her door at 5:42pm knocking and tried to call and she would not answer me and only clarified the appointment was canceled when I asked her directly via text if that was the case. I would have appreciated just a specific statement the appointment was indeed canceled instead of letting me knock at her door for minutes. This review is purely about the policy and customer service and the fact that I was charged $112 and received nothing in return - it's her policy but my opinion and review is that it's not worth it. She has a gentle touch and asked me questions along the way to make sure my finished product would turn out exactly how I wanted. Ashley is an absolute angel, and extremely knowledgeable in skincare. She always takes the extra time to study the details of my skin, and her product recommendations + monthly facials have made all the difference. I saw Ashley today for a customized basic facial, lip wax, and demaplaining. I loved it all! The environment was so cute and clean and the service was amazing. I left so relaxed and with my skin absolutely glowing. Ashley really takes the time to work with your specific skin goals and has amazing results. I also tried dermaplaning for the first time and I really love it, I have noticed my products applying better and my makeup looking better. I will definitely get it again! 10/10 experience with Ashley. I've had quite a few facials from her and it's always been great. She asked me what I wanted and assessed what she thought I could use. I'm oily but the products she used maintained my oil while keeping me hydrated. I also did dermaplaning for the first time and it was nice. I purchased some items to keep my skin looking fresh in between facials that I've been enjoying at home. Not to mention the vibes in the studio are immaculate - relaxing music and cute decor.
