I have been coming here for over 10 years and this place is great. They even have a frequent buyers program that they offer in December for the whole year. I have never had a problem till now. I do have to warn you there is one employee Ankita at this location that you do NOT want. She seems new as I have not seen her over all the years I have been coming here. This time I'm not sure what happened but my brows are uneven and are missing hairs throughout my brows. I'm so upset with the service. When I saw the brows after she finished I told her that this was missing hair and she said my brows are just like that. I said no I have never had sparse brows. I have a picture of how my brows usually look and what they look like today after I got them done. I know they will grow back but saying that's just how my brows are makes me mad, because it's not how they are so just admit you messed up. I'm sure I can use makeup to fill in the spots. For starters, I walked in when it was empty and the worker started on the lady who came after me. She had me sit down on the chair at an awkward angle for about 5 minutes before another lady came out and started to work on me. I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for 4+ yrs with no problems. As i was driving home, my eyebrows started to throb from itch which continued on to the next day even though I has declined the lotion at the time of service. Looking closely, she clearly left hairs in the middle and above both brows near the center. I understand when they're short but what she left is very much visible. This place was not a good experience and I will be sticking to my usual place even though I wanted to like it here due to convenience. read more

This was my 3rd visit and a very pleasant experience. I was more specific about what I wanted and didn't want done with my eyebrows and those needs were met. I asked her just for a clean up and slight shape, but NOT to thin out. They turned out very nice! On Tuesdays from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. eyebrow threading is $6! I was afraid it would be busy with the special but I was able to walk in and be seen right away! I appreciate that at this location they are quick, clean, courteous, affordable, and very convenient! I have never gotten my eyebrows threaded before, but I am very glad this was the first place I went to. I am not quite sure who helped me specifically, but whoever it was, she was very nice. First Impression : I walked in & was instantly greeted at the door. I was a little confused as I've never been there before, so I wasn't sure if I just signed in or I had to talk to someone first. There was a sign in sheet at the front desk & I wrote my name down & waited patiently. There were only 2 ladies working & they both had customers, but I was still helped in less than 5 minutes. Experience : I was terrified of it being extremely painful (from what i've heard), but once she started, it wasn't bad at all. My eyes started to water & she was extremely kind, asking if I was okay often. I hadn't told her anything about how I wanted my eyebrows to look specifically, but she kept my eyebrows natural shape & just cleaned it up. I then asked for tinting, where I was then lead to a back room & the tint was slathered on & then she left me to my privacy for 10 minutes while it set. Although my eyebrows were pretty dark & messy right after she did it (which she had explained to me beforehand that that was how it would be), the next day, it turned out exactly how I wanted it. I have thick German eyebrows and these ladies always thread them with care much faster than I could pluck them! Plus the threading lasts longer then when I pluck my eyebrows! Daxa has been micro-blading my eyebrows for a year now. She did them last year, with one touch up and I just had them done again. She does an amazing job. Microblading is not fun, but she has a very soft touch and after the first round the numbing gel she uses works great. She has a wonderful eye on how to shape the brow according to your face and how the brows have a natural shape. She is the only one I would trust to tattoo my face! I've been coming to Divine since I first started getting my eyebrows done in high school. Daxa has created a professional, clean & convenient operation that I now frequent. Eyebrow threading is $10, but there is a student discount and a discount on Tuesdays before 4. They also have a stamp card where after 10 stamps, you get one session free. They also have packages where you can buy a certain number of sessions in bulk and get a discount on each one. People who get offended when they ask if you want upper lip service: don't. They are hair removal specialists, that is their job. Just kindly say no and move on -- or try it out! It hurts a lot more than brows, but just like with brows you get used to it. read more

This place is the best! Trained threaders who actually know what they are doing! Kiran and Daxa are the best. All the threaders there are good. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. They have discounts on Tuesdays for eyebrows....I believe it's $6. There is also a discounted eyebrow deal where you prepay for 12 eyebrow threading for $72 (during the holidays it even went down to $60!). This place is awful. My poor daughter with her beautiful eyebrows went in just to get them cleaned up a bit for her brothers wedding this Saturday. They ended up butchering her eyebrows, removing a large amount of them leaving them asymmetrical. Are eyebrows look terrible and uneven.
