I went to get my eyebrows threaded and it wasn't until I had already sat down I realized my threading artist was full blown sick. I could physically hear the snot in her nose, she was breathing through her mouth and I could feel her breathing on me the whole time, and every time she turned away she started coughing. I've never had an experience getting my eyebrows done where I got nauseas. She had a mask on, but when someone is that close to your face, it doesn't matter. I could still feel her breathing on me. Unfortunately, I ended up getting super sick just a few days later. Pretty sure that's not just a coincidence. PRIME IBROW: DON'T LET YOUR ARTISTS COME INTO WORK SICK. You really need someone that specialized to take a couple inches off in a simple hair cut that they cannot be accessed outside the hours everyone else is working? They came across as not wanting to work in the evening to accommodate someone who has a full time job or simply didn't want to do a short haircut and chose to purposely make it impossible so they wouldn't have to. Edit: They offered me other options AFTER leaving me on read for over 45 minutes and I expressed frustration over it. I also had to be the one to prompt asking for other later appointments that fit the time I was looking for. Not them. Also, booking a time you say you have openings for and are advertising but you don't actually plan to be able to accommodate is idiotic and poor customer service. Saturday was never offered as she claims and I couldn't do that anyway since I also work Saturdays. My only days off are the same days they are closed. Hence my request for an evening. Me having to be the one to prompt the problem solving and the vibe I got that they didn't want to have to work an evening or just didn't want to do short hair is why I ultimately rejected the Tuesday at 7pm option. It was, in fact, 'too late' but not in the way they meant. I was already a lost customer. Seems like they reject so many appointments too that she can't even keep it straight.

I explained I've been slowly cutting off damaged ends, trying to keep some length and wanted the back to look as close to one length as possible. stylist informed me only a little needed to come off the ends. the entire appointment (wash, cut and blow dry/style) took 45 minutes. I even said something about it being the fastest haircut I've ever had when I expressed how unhappy I was with the results instead of a trim, over 4 inches were cut and I was left with short, uneven layers in the back and an uneven cut in the front --- nothing close to what I asked for. my hair never got thinned out even though that was one of the main reasons for my appointment. despite her now telling me she "wasn't done yet" after I pointed out the short, obvious layers in the back when I was shown the end result. I declined any additional texturing or thinning at this point. I reminded her I informed her I wear my hair curled, it was styled straight and the ends slightly curled with the round brush, a way I never wear it. came back after 15 minutes because I was so upset and realized I'd have to pay somewhere else to fix it, so I requested a refund. stylist approached and offered to trim more off the back to help it all look more one length (my original request) despite me already explaining it was far shorter than I wanted. her response made it clear to me we had very different understandings of my initial request. the appointment felt rushed, communication broke down somewhere and end result was terrible.

It honestly feels like I paid for nothing. They finished a full face in less than 10 minutes, which has never happened at any other threading place I've been to. My daughter also got her eyebrows done, and they gave her a horrible shape. I would never come back and would not recommend this place to anyone. I have paid a total of $102 for the worst service ever. This place has changed ownership, and the girls who used to work here are no longer there, and it really shows.

There were two people being worked with prior to me, so I signed in on the iPad and waited my turn. I only waited five minutes. The waiting area and the whole studio is very clean, and bright, with comfortable seating, so it feels very hospitable. Poonam was very kind, and very quick to clean up my eyebrows, offering me aloe vera afterwards to soothe the sting. I am very pleased with the result.
