She also required me to pay through Venmo as a Friends payment even though this was a business service, which leaves customers without any protection. If this happens to you, you can report it directly to Venmo, and you can submit concerns about improper business practices through the IRS's public tip form.(IRS Form 3949-A -- Information Referral) Based on my experience, I wouldn't return.
