Kedall spees who did her hair burned her scalp. The only thing she could get back was a tip for burning her scalp. Need a another reason ? She said she felt like there was conditioner still left along her hair with it feeling stringy. Her hair felt so stiff and like a dried noodle. I'm praying her hair doesn't fall out but this is absolutely unacceptable horrible guest experience for my mother. Will be expecting a full refund for the damage she's caused.

Shawn cut about 7 inches off, colored it to this lovely reddish auburn brown and wow is it so much lighter!!
