Update as of 5/2/2022…read more Our blower motor failed on us a little over a month ago so no warm air was being pushed through the vents. Dave immediately got in touch with the manufacturer and ordered the replacement part. He kept me updated every step of the way and he immediately came to my house to install the new part as soon as it had been received. We've got warm air again!

I initially reached out for a refrigerator water line install and dishwasher water line install as well as a quote on new pipe hangers and shower, toilet, and sink install which I told the receptionist when booking . I asked the receptionist since I did not have kitchen cabinets and sink installed yet if the water line for dishwasher could be done or if I needed to wait and was told it wasn't an issue. Fast forward and plumber came out put in a line for refrigerator and said dishwasher couldn't be installed until sink was installed. I was charged over $300 for work and never received a quote for other work. After calling back twice inquiring , I finally got called back to say I was too far away for big jobs.

They refuse to confirm any service appointment, not even within a 24-48 hour window. They will only say "you are on the list" but cannot or will not tell you want day or if they intend to come at all. Calls to ALL other local HVAC people that I've never patronized before get immediate repair schedule confirmations. One even was within the hour! Associated is clearly just in the business of selling expensive new units and no service or even concern after the check clears.

Overpriced and Poor Quality Work…read more Exact Temp Heating & Cooling repaired my HVAC on June 10th and overcharged me for the job. Less than two months later, the system failed again. Instead of standing by their work, they tried to charge me for another repair on the same unresolved problem. Very disappointed -- poor value and no accountability.
