That is why I give one star Our bedroom was cleared out and we were ready (yesterday) for the new furniture. We paid for premium delivery When the furniture arrived we noticed the boxes were horrible damaged. The damage went down to the furniture. You could see the scratches and damage on the furniture through the boxes. I am shocked that this crew loaded the broken furniture on the truck. The crew said they could load the furniture in our house and replace. No way. I paid for new furniture and I want that new furniture feeling in my house. The should not have loaded the truck with broken furniture. When I called my local Ashley, I spoke with Keena Keena gave me the number to customer service in Alabama and Texas. I told her I did not want to be calling all day to get what I paid for. On the second call back to Keena, she said our new furniture would be delivered on the following day Later that evening I had no communications of delivery. I called the store and spoke to Chase (manager). He was honest and said there is no way the furniture is getting delivered on Saturday. He also apologized for the inconvenience My sales rep, John, called me back to find out what happened. And said he would follow up with me today (Saturday). If John and chase were not there I would ask for a full return. Ouch. These reviews ain't pretty but fortunately, my experience was a great one. I bought a Queen Sleigh Bedroom set- your standard bed set with dresser & mirror. Very nice dark cherrywood color, a true upgrade from my 8 year old bed that I've had since college. Ha! The store looked very nice and presentable. There were no harassing salesmen/women. I asked for who I wanted and got him! It took a good hour to select a good affordable bed, do the paperwork & get outta there. My bedroom set came the following weekend in the timeframe promised, and those guys put it together in lightening speed- young black guy & young Latino guy. Can't remember names, too bad. I purchased a sectional from this store last year. I also purchased a $120 "lifetime" warranty. We have a dog, and he has chewed a few of the cushions, so I called the warranty company and spent 30 min explaining the damage. She tells me they can't replace my cushions because the warranty doesn't cover animal teeth damage. She told me that if the dog had pissed on the cushion, that it would be covered! How much sense does that make? So I called Ashley corporate to see if they could help since their sales person sold us the warranty saying that ANYTHING and EVERYTHING was covered under it. The corporate ding bat said he could not help me, and that I could purchase new cushions if I wanted! Unbelievable! I then told him that I would never purchase anything from Ashley Furniture again and would tell everyone I know to do the same. Their sales person LIED to me. He said any damage at any time would be covered, and they would replace it during the entire time we have the furniture. The warranty person told me it was a 5 year warranty, and that because I didn't call in the damage 7 DAYS after the occurrence, that it could not be replaced. And even though I dropped over $1300 at this place, they could not help me. read more

I had the unpleasant opportunity to speak with Fred Ehimika (the store manager) over the weekend in reference to a furniture claim. I purchased a large order about 4 years ago along with the furniture protection. Thank goodness I did because one of the entertainment centers I purchased is now breaking apart and Ashley's no longer sells the piece. I was approved for a credit by the 3rd party insurance company and was told that I needed to reach out to the store. I called from 12/16 through 12/20and only spoke to a store rep twice. The other calls that I made I was either hung up on (4 times), left on hold (2 times for over 40+ mins), or was pasted from one person to another until I was sent to customer service. Nevertheless, I was told on 12/16by a store rep that I would be able to process an order over the phone due to Covid, but when I called back (the 2nd time I spoke with a store rep) I was told I had to come. I then asked to speak to the store manager and was left on hold for over 40+mins. I was able to get the direct number to the store manager from customer service and received a call Saturday morning from Fred. Not only did he tell me that it wasn't his problem that I couldn't make it into his store (I have family with pre existing conditions)....but that his store was clean and that I wouldn't "catch"Covid in his store, that I needed to listen to him, that he runs his store in the way he sees fit, and that I needed just come in. Furthermore if I didn't like how he was handling my complaint then I could take it up with his manager....all the while he is yelling at me. He then (once I got tired of his abusive tone) hung up me. At no time did I yell or disrespect him but he seemed very comfortable speaking to me in manner that was uncalled for and unprofessional. I will NEVER spend a dime with this company. Ashley's corporate may want to take a long hard look at this store and it's store manager because if this type of behavior continues you will be along side stores like Kmart...no longer in business. read more

Bought a sectional sofa and bedroom set. Delivery was set but when it came time they only had 2 pieces of the sectional. ( Was told all pieces would be there) Next delivery received 5 more of the 9 pieces. Finally 2 months after my purchase I got all the sectional. The manager had promised some compensation $250 but we never received that. I will not go here again to buy furniture. read more

The dirty bait and switch!!! You almost feel dirty buying from this place. Dont get me wrong, we didn't expect great things from a cheap furniture store like Ashley's but expected an honest deal. We needed some decent cheap furniture for our basement family room. Maria is the perfect sales person to bring you in and bait and switch you. We (at first) enjoyed working with her, even though she was a little creepy too friendly. Asked me to set her up with a friend since she is single. We bought a decent amount of furniture and needed most of it (at least) before Labor Day weekend. We were promised that most of the items were in Stock and could be delivered well before the delivery date. When we received the print out we were told that the dates pushed to after Labor Day since one item was back ordered but she would change the order "in the back" after we leave. Well guess what? Maria lied to us and never changed the order. She baited us into signing the order and then switched it on us. Don't fall for her "Oh I used to run a furniture business and it is all about customer service" bull crap. She will try to befriend you and get your business. I am in sales and even during the process I told my wife "wow, she is putting it on thick" I guess you don't get to the bottom of the barrel and work at Ashley's if you are a damn good sales person. Caveat Emptor with Maria. Hopefully our furniture won't be damaged and force us to actually deal with them again. read more

NEVER EVER BUY FROM HERE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!! Absolute nightmare of an ordeal so far. I dont even have my furniture yet! No one will help me get the situation taken care of, no one will take responsibility for LYING to me, and no one has seemed to give a damn enough to fix speak to me or much less try to resolve the issue. I will never buy from Ashley again and I'll be sure to let everyone I know so that they don't have to go without a bed for four days also. I told the salesperson my specific situation. He assured me many times that the delivery would NOT be in the morning (I was moving in that day and had an interview, I reiterated more than once that I would need it to be in the afternoon) I was ASSURED that there would be no problem. So at 8am the next morning, when I'm leaving my friends' house to go to my interview (45 min away from my new house) I GET A CALL THAT THEYRE TRYING TO DELIVER MY BED! I was dumbfounded. Again, this is a bed and base. I can't stay the night at my new home that I'm paying for because the salesperson straight up lied to make his sale. Had he just said "sorry, ma'am, someone HAS to be there ALL day" then I would have made something work. So fast forward to now, the next day- I spent HOURS on hold/ on the phone with Ashley yesterday and was told that the delivery could be rescheduled for today, but that a manager would need to call me back. Never got that call. I am on hold now as I type because I find it unacceptable that I have 1. not gotten my furniture 2. was assured that my furniture would come at a time that it didnt 3. was then told that I couldnt get my $80 for next day back since they did come, I just wasnt home.... (also the delivery was advertised as free, then I was told next day was $50, then I was charged $79.99 last minute.... ) 4. am now being told that I can't get my bed until NEXT WEEK! The customer service is atrocious. Ordered our furniture from the Barrett Pwy location. The delivery was pushed with no notification. When rescheduled, they only delivered one peice of our 10 peice order, leaving my family without any living room or bedroom furniture. No one contacted us. We had to reach put to them. At which point they advised we contact corporate. Corporate told us there was nothing they could do, we had to contact the store. When I finally got them both on the phone, we were able to get a loaner couch and a used bed delivered 2 days later, with a promise that the rest of our furniture would be delivered on Jan 1st They showed up on Jan 2nd with a rug. When I called corporate, I was notified that our furniture would not be ready until February. I have had to call them everytime. They sent no notification of the change to delivery details. The sales associate has blocked our calls. You cannot get anyone on the phone from the store. Now I have been sitting at the store for 20 minutes waiting on someone to help me. They will not respond to my emails or send it once I get off the phone with them after they say they will email it again. It took 5 months to get my furniture! This is a very common issue, along with products damaged upon arrival. I was told it could take up to 5 weeks to get all of my furniture. They lie to make a sale. Don't shop at any Ashley store. They delivered a damaged piece of furniture that was the store display item and I still had to pay full price for the used item. I'm going up the chain with my complaint. I paid delivery fees, yet I had to go to pick up some of my furniture from the warehouse. When we first arrived I had to fight to keep from rolling my eyes as a salesman approached us immediately. I instantly prepared myself for high-pressure sales tactics. The salesman introduced himself, and let us know if he could be of assistance to just get his attention. I let him know we were just going to be browsing and thanked him before my wife and I set out to look for a couch and a chair. I noticed the salesman was following us at a distance, and I have to say I was greatly impressed with how he handled us. He stayed out of the picture, allowing my wife and I the space to look at different pieces of furniture, but he seemed to know when we had a question; he would swoop in, answer our question, and then disappear into the background just as quickly. The sales experience was probably the best I've ever experienced purchasing any kind of product. He left us alone, but seemed to know exactly when to interact with us. It felt the exact opposite of a high-pressure sales experience and made us feel very comfortable. We ended up purchasing a couch and a chair for our small vacation property. The salesman made the process quick and easy, and provided us with a lot of information. The delivery went exactly as explained and was equally as painless. Our salesman's name is Horace Gill. This store service is complete trash! . I ordered a bed almost 3 weeks ago am sitting with 3 boxes of the bed pieces in my home . When I call the store they are unresponsive and try to tell you to call corporate . After they make the sale they basically don't care about you actually receiving it . The manager tried to charge me 300 for delivery and throw in a mattress pad as if that would compensate . Don't believe the hype if the sales associate gives you their number . If there is a problem, they won't answer . I've been to multiple stores in the city and this one is by far the worse !!!!!! Buyer beware !!!! read more

This store offered exactly what we were looking for. After hours spent searching for a sectional, we found exactly what we wanted almost instantly. We loved how the sections are divided by style which made it so much easier to look around and not waste time looking through every corner of the store. Friendly and patient customer service by the employees. The only reason I gave it four starts instead of five is because I do feel like they're a little more expensive than your average furniture store and given than we went in on Black Friday weekend, we didn't get much of a discount or deal for our purchase. Decided upon it because it really met our style so if you don't mind paying a little more to find exactly what you want I highly recommend! read more

After lots of time spent at the store picking out almost $4,000 worth of Furniture, I am incredibly disappointed with the lack of competence from the sales people at Ashley furniture. We were told we could purchase over the phone after my boyfriend realized he didn't have his wallet. After leaving the store we immediately tried to start the purchase process. We called in to the store multiple times to inquire with our sales person (Kieron "KB") about how to purchase but the store never answered. We waited hours for a response from him. When we got A call back he told us that a customer service representative would be in touch with us in a few minutes. He told us this multiple times after multiple calls. But Each time we waited hours with no call. When we were finally able to get on the phone with someone they told us synchrony had denied our application to finance the purchase with a near perfect credit score and that we had to wait 7 to 10 business day's for a letter in the mail to tell us why. At that point we decided we would just buy the furniture outright, but were told that the delivery date of the furniture had now been pushed back two weeks and that we would be receiving another call from customer service in the next few minutes. After getting no call, we called back again trying to pay. This time our order was pushed back YET AGAIN, and they said that the way that the person composed our sales order was incorrect and that our sales person made mistakes with the types of products that could direct ship vs. what needed to be delivered and set up. As a result, they were unable to process the order and could not take our money. Customer service told us that they would reach out to the store to have our sales person correct it and reach back out to us. After another hour of hearing nothing, we called back to the store and were told customer service had never reached out to them. At that point we made one final attempt to purchase the furniture but our furniture delivery date was now postponed ANOTHER two weeks. We decided just to cancel our order after this whole debacle. The experience was horrible and we decided we would rather spend $5,000 or $6,000 elsewhere than have to deal with this kind of customer service. read more

We ordered a bed, dresser, and 2 nightstands from this store on November 3rd. They were delivered 9 days after that with no handles for the dresser and with bed rails that were not compatible with the headboard. We called immediately and they sent out a repairman 8 days later, who we were assured would have all of the parts to fix our bed. He arrived with a toolbox and was unable to do anything. We called again and were told that they would send us the parts to fix it ourselves in 2-3 weeks. We have been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 2.5 weeks now and will have to continue until we have the parts to fix the bed rails. The customer services representatives were not helpful and the whole process has been drawn out much longer than necessary. I would not recommend this company for home furnishings. read more

I am so disappointed with the experience of the customer service, management and the delivery process. I order several items which all was scheduled to be delivered at two separate times. I was told by my sales person that I could have my mattress delivered earlier than scheduled and someone would call me to make the adjustments. After three days of no call I called them to follow-up. I was told by the representative that she would follow-up the next day which never happened. I called back two days later to learn that nothing could be done. I then requested to have everything delivered at one time. On the day of delivery I learned that another item was placed on back order. I had to reached of to them to figure out what was going on and asked when could I expect to receive the item. I was told they didn't know and they would give me a call the next day. Next day come and no call. I called the following day and was told that I could select from two different days but couldn't specify a specific time of the day. I asked to speak with a Manager because the only days provided as an option was Thursday or Friday. I asked could it be in the evening and was told no. I shared my experience with Chance the Manager who was defensive and uncaring about my situation. He also shared that they only charged me one shipping fee as if this was a courtesy. It was very insensitive and unprofessional to share this information as they were doing me a favor. I asked what was the return policy which he shared that all purchases were final sales unless there was a defect. I explained that I was not told this and he said read your paperwork. I asked to speak with the Store Manager and was left on hold until I hung up and called back. The customer service representative said the Manager was on the phone and didn't know when he would call me back. I have cancelled my remaining order and will never shop with Ashley furniture again!!!! Their customer service and communication is horrible not to mention the Manager is unprofessional and doesn't have any leadership skills! Kennesaw, GA 30144 - 840 Ernest W Barrett Pkwy NW Ste 400 Furniture off-gassing toxic chemicals. Bought houseful of furniture from Ashley Furniture in Kennesaw, GA. Can smell furniture offgassing chemicals. Began feeling sick shortly after furniture delivered...headache, sore, dry itchy throat, watery eyes, nausea, dizziness, trouble concentrating. Became worried when I continued feeling sick day after day. Did internet research. Found out that furniture manufacturing is not really regulated, and there are 9 potentital toxins in the furniture...Pthalates, VOcs, PBDEs, PFCs, PCEs, Formaldehyde, Triclosan, Chlorine and Ammonia. Guess what? They cause the very same symptoms that I'm having. I notified Ashley local and corporate of the issue on May 10, 2017 after having the furniture for 2 weeks or less, depending upon which piece(s). While there have been a couple of employees that have tried to help and do the right thing, management and corporate are not interested in doing the right thing. In this case, I just want to return the toxic furniture and have them issue me a refund for the cash that I paid...it was a nice chunk of change...all paid via debit card...essentially cash. I have spent many days and hours now on the phone with both the local store and corporate. ( Oh...and they also owe me a refund for a love seat that we had refused on 2 delivery attempts for the same manufacturing defect (holes and scrapes and on the second attempt to include missing feet. They have that in their possession, but we don't have the money we paid. We went into the store to speak to a manager, to get our money back for the love seat that we sent back, and that manager, Julie simply dismissed us. She didn't refund us for the love seat that they have in their possession that we never took delivery of in the first place. So essentially they have stolen our money for that love seat. Isn't that illegal?) The store manager at Ashley Furniture in Kennesaw, GA, Karen Powell, has NEVER returned our phone calls or spoken to us on the phone or in person. I don't understand why she didn't just speak with me/us and work to resolve the issue in a reasonable manner. Isn't that her job? Isn't her job to handle customer issues??? She has completely refused to speak to us at all. After several days of spinning our wheels with both local and corporate, another kind and upstanding ( one of the few) local Ashley employees told me to file a complaint with the BBB and to go public on social media because her manager , Karen Powell, wasn't going to help us. That employee even told me that she was upset with her manager, Karen Powell, for not handling the situation appropriately...or rather, at all. I did file a complaint with the BBB, but it went to the BBB in Wisconsin because that's where there corporate headquarters are located, so no one looking only at the GA BBB will see my complaint. I was hopeful that I would hear from someone locally who will do something or from corporate who will do something to fix the problem. According to the BBB, Ashley Furniture has 5 business days to respond. Today is day 3, and so far there has been no response. I forgot to mention earlier in my review that we were told by the Customer Service Manager at this Ashley Store to call corporate and schedule a technician to come out and "test" the furniture for chemicals. I called corporate, and after a hassle,they scheduled the technician for Thursday May 18th, 2017. At around 10:30 am on that date, 2 guys from US Quality Furniture Service showed up. They said they were there to take pictures and inspect 2 love seats. We told them that we actually have a houseful of Ashley Furniture that is supposed to be tested. Turns out they don't test furniture for chemical toxicity. We did have them photograph all of the Ashley furniture that we have though. Turns out that Ashley Corporate and local lied to us. This morning, May 19th, my husband received a text message from Ashley saying that now that the so-called "technicians" came out that everything has been resolved. No, NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED! My husband texted back that nothing has been resolved. We have not received any other communications- phone calls, emails or texts from anyone at Ashley furniture regarding this issue! This has been going on since May 10th, 2017. I've spent many days and countless hours just trying to get someone at Ashley Furniture to take responsibility and do the right thing. This could have been resolved so easily if the store manager, Karen Powell, had been willing to do her job! She has a couple of employees that are good people and want to do the right thing, but they don't have the authority to do so.This is completely ridiculous!!!! Do yourself a favor and don't shop here or buy Ashley furniture. TERRIBLE. 0 STARS!!! Why is it so difficult for Ashley Furniture just to do the right thing???? On November 14, my husband and I visited our local Ashley store (840 Ernest W Barrett Parkway, Kennesaw, GA) looking for an adjustable base for our bed. While we were at Ashley, we tested several beds to see how we liked the adjustable base. We found one bed that we really seemed to enjoy and let our salesperson know. We inquired about the price of the base - our salesperson told us the price and said, however, if you also buy the mattress the base would be 50% off. After much discussion, my husband and I decided that we would, in fact, purchase both the mattress (Purple level 3) and the base. After making the purchase, we were given a delivery date of Saturday, November 20. We received a phone call the day before letting us know that our time frame for the delivery would be 8:00am - 12:00pm the following day. On Saturday, my husband sat at home waiting for our new bed and frame to be delivered. At 12:30 (30 minutes after our time frame had expired), I received a call from someone in Florida. She informed me that our delivery was not loaded on the truck and that we would not be receiving our delivery that day. I immediately called the Ashley store and told them that this was not acceptable. I told them that they made me sign something in the store stating that the delivery men would not move any of my furniture - they told me that we had to have our old bed and mattress moved out before they would deliver our new bed. We spent the morning of the delivery moving out our old furniture and had nothing to sleep on that night. After waiting several hours I was told that they would be delivering my bed the following morning, Sunday, November 21. Again, I was given another time frame that I had to sit and wait for my delivery. The following morning, the delivery guy informed us that they had no base in their truck to be delivered, only the mattress. We were now given a third time frame to sit and wait for a delivery - At 7:40pm Sunday evening, we received our new base and mattress. After going to bed that evening, we immediately noticed that the bed did not feel how it did in the store. We thought maybe we just needed to get used to it - when we adjusted the base, there was a good deal of pressure on our knees and backs. I contacted our salesperson letting them know that I was NOT happy with our new mattress. On Friday, December 3 we went to the store to pick out a new mattress. We explained what our issue was with the bed and he, again, put us on the level 3 mattress that we had purchased. When we laid on this bed in the store, we were both very comfortable and loved the adjustable base. Both my husband and myself told him that this was NOT the same thing that we were delivered. He looked up our order and said that it was the same mattress that we were delivered, HOWEVER, it was NOT the same base. He said the base that was part of the 50% off deal was a base level promo. We explained to him that we were told if we purchased the mattress, we would receive the base 50% off - we assumed that it would have been the same base that we were laying on - not a bait and switch one that they tried to slip in that we had never tested. We told him that we wanted our base switched out with the one that we had laid on - He told us that we would have to pay an additional $500 to upgrade to the base that we thought we had originally purchased. On Sunday, December 19, I again went to the store. They were not able to locate my original sale and could not figure out how to make the switch. It was determined that my original purchase had never been billed - they were all shocked when I told them that I already had the furniture in my house - they told me if I had never come in to switch out my mattress and base, I never would have been charged. I could go on for about 6 more pages with the rest of the situation, however, because of word limits, I will fast forward to yesterday. On Wednesday, January 12 I received an alert from Equifax that my credit score had dropped 40 points. Panicked, I IMMEDIATELY logged in to my Equifax account. My Equifax report showed that my Synchrony/Ashley Home Store credit card had a finance charge of $9,275 on it. The total amount of my purchase was only $4,200 and My limit on that card was only $7,300, so it was reported that I was at 127% of the account limit - CAUSING MY CREDIT SCORE TO DROP FORTY POINTS!!! As you can imagine, I am now LIVID !!!!!! read more

We made a purchase of $6K+ at Ashley Furniture, Kennesaw GA store. Have no complaints about the sales experience. Delivery was on Nov 22nd 2019. EVERY single item came with issues, either damaged or with no hardware to assemble or with product defects. Yes, every single item. Lettner bed set, Quinnland sofa console, accent chair, Charmond Bed set, Dreamur Bed-set, Dresser, Beauland Accent bench. The items with no hardware were left in the house unassembled and I was told that a tech will be scheduled to come fix those. After that Nov 22nd delivery, I had to make multiple trips to the store and calls to hand hold the Cust service guys to make the necessary exchanges and tech visits. Nothing gets done without customer hand holding the team. Since then there were 2 tech visits....each time the tech came with ONLY 1 work order (fix only 1 item). In fact today (Jan 2nd 2020), the tech came again with only 1 work order, to fix the Quinnland console and had NO hardware again to assemble it. What did he come for, then????? WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO STANDARDS. I purchased a table from this store and didn't receive it for 2 months. They failed 5 times to inform me that my scheduled window for delivery was cancelled. The only way I knew was by calling and asking where they were. No one would help me every time I called, and most were quite rude. And when I would ask why no one had reached out each time it was canceled, I was informed it was someone else's job or there was a miscommunication. I find it hard to believe that, that excuse applies to the situation 5 times in a row. Even having the table now there are still imperfections but, I just kept them as I didn't want to wait 2 more months. Will never purchase furniture from here again. read more

I will never ever buy another thing from this store or Ashley furniture online. Beware! It has been one headache after another. I ended up spending $15,000 at this Ashley furniture and the online store to furnish our home when we moved from California. They obviously do not value or respect their customers. I bought a loveseat here at this store. I financed through apparently a company that makes you less than human. A) they will not honor lower price in 30 days price guarantee. B) all cancellations or adjustments apparently no one in the store can do except one person. C) sales guy said he would call me back nope. I called back spoke to someone else and said they would get to bottom of the problem I was having offered gift card etc..... nope. The item was scheduled to be delivered November 21 with2 confirmation texts. Mean while I sold my other couch on letgo. Guess what no call no show on love seat. So I called them they didn't seem to care standard operating procedure I suppose to them. So apparently I am to be delivered on the 31 of November with no notice of the new arrangement. I had to call to find out what was going on. I sill have to pay no delivery delivery. I guess thanks giving will be confined to the dining table or on the floor. My husband and I ordered a bed set for my youngest. Delivery was set for a week from ordering. They show up with everything but the bed foundation. Delivery guy told me would be delivered Sunday. I get a call Sunday from an employee of some sort who told me delivery would be Tuesday. She would call me Monday with time frame. I had to call Monday to speak with someone only to be told nothing had been scheduled. I waited on hold for 15 minutes to speak to a manager and the call disconnected. Did anyone call me back? No I had to call back and hold for another five minutes only to be told they would call me after speaking to warehouse for a delivery day. I explained that the woman on Sunday told me it would be Tuesday. She basically called me a liar and said she didn't know who would have called and told me that. I have screenshots of the incoming call. Long story short- spend your money elsewhere. They don't care when they mess up or apologize. All they did was blame the company who delivered and they're no longer using them. read more

I was so excited to purchase new furniture for my brand new home. How sad of Ashley Furniture to ruin that for me. I ordered a bed frame, a sectional, four dining room chairs, and a couch from them the day of my closing. It was delivered a week later. The sectional arrived and the reclining function did not work. The delivery man told me it was missing a power cord. I'm still waiting on them to send it. Something tells me I will be waiting forever. My walls were damaged during set up. That's not even the worst part. My expensive head board arrived damaged! It was literally falling apart. I spoke with the manager, Alex multiple times and she was very rude and condescending! She was no help at all. She had the nerve to tell me that she could send out a service person to pull the threads out! I have filled a BBB complaint and reached out to upper management. I will update this review after I hear from them. Until then, BUYER BEWARE! STAY FAR AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! There are too many other choices to have to settle for this non service. Ms Juanita were very helpful by helping me select the right mattress. She were very helpful and knowledgeable. Ms Juanita were very patient and listen. I selected the Sealy Posturepedic Hybrid Silver Chill Hybrid Plush King Mattress with the adjustable frame. It been 3 day so far. I loved the mattresses. Wake up without back pain or hip pain. The bed feel so good. I don't want get out of it. I have to get use to my bed sitting low and form smell. Other then that I love it. I had a great shopping experience & my sales person was a blast but when it came to delivering my furniture its been a nightmare!!! Today got a call and now this is the 4th time they have moved my delivery date. So this will be the 4th time i have to ask off for a day at work. I lose money every time they change the date. Was going to buy another set from them but at this point looking for a different furniture store to shop at. Will NEVER shop here again!!! We ordered two mattresses at the same time. Only one arrived. After two days of calling, writing three emails, and speaking with two horribly rude employees in customer service headquarters, we still do not have a mattress. We were told that it wouldn't arrive for another week, possibly. The lack of communication and poor customer service is astounding. read more

I've been searching for chairs for the longest time and finally found some beautiful ones here. Lana was the sales associate that helped me, she was extremely nice and helpful. She informed me of their sales and gave me my space to look around, she wasn't a stalker like other sales people which I really appreciated. However the chairs that I originally bought were not the right height. Lana had informed me that if there was anything wrong I could return the chairs. Since I originally opted to pick them up at the warehouse myself rather than wait, I would have to return them to the warehouse. But when I called to make sure this was ok a very rude woman answered the phone and told me they do not do returns. I tried to explain to her I wanted to do an exchange, but she kept cutting me off and kept saying "No! No, we don't do returns." This is why I'm giving them four stars, because of her nasty attitude. I was able to speak with Lana and she told me I could return the chairs to the warehouse and go to the store to get my refund/exchange. When I went back to the store Lana was there and was extremely helpful in helping me find replacement chairs. She was very gracious considering this was the second time I interrupted her lunch break. Also the young woman at the customer service desk, Sandra, was extremely nice as well. She was also apologetic for making me wait, she needed approval from someone who was with another customer. So, except for one rude person, I had a great experience, and will be shopping here again. read more

She had such an endearing personality, no high pressure was necessary. We walked out of the store with almost $4,000.00 worth of furniture and a new friend. I purchased a small sectional that has a popup bed and the chase has a storage compartment underneath it on August 30th it was $1150 that literally seats 4 ppl but i was fine with it bc i LOVED this couch as soon as i saw it. The couch was delivered on November 7th which was great the delivery guys were nice and efficient but the back to the left side of the couch that has the popup bed attached was delivered WITHOUT THE BACK TO IT. How they managed to deliver a whole couch that came straight from manufacturing without the back is absolutely beyond me. I usually don't ever leave bad reviews bc Im in customer service too but this was far beyond a terrible experience. Today is December 26th and I have called them more than five times and refiled the claim 4 times bc they delivered the wrong piece the third time it was scheduled to be fixed. They were set to fix it today but I'm out of town until tomorrow morning and told them it'd have to be the 27th but ofc i got a call on the 21st saying it wasn't in their warehouse like they told me it had been on two separate occasions now and is actually on back order at the manufacturer so they canceled my delivery and rescheduled it for January yet their driver still showed up to my house this morning even after the delivery was rescheduled and had the wrong piece ofc. I have not gotten the back to my couch and they still don't expect it in until January 12th. Their customer service IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST. Communication? They've never heard of it. Following up when promised? Could never be them. Genuinely the fact that they're still in business with these kind of issues is absolutely BEYOND ME. I WILL NEVER EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. Don't waste your TIME OR MONEY dealing with this incompetent lazy and unprofessional business. read more
