I had to get…read moremy passport renewed this year so I went the usual route for getting these passport pictures taken. UPS, Walmart, CVS. Those places must have cameras they got out of the donation boxes. Your pictures turn out hideous with all of these shadows in the wrong places that makes you look like you are 100 years old. I kept thinking, wow, this is the passport photo I have to present to the immigration officer in another Country for the next 10 years! They would surely look at me funny every time. I refused to have that hideous picture pasted in my passport for the next10 years so I did a Google search for photographers who took passport photos. This is how I found Dan Harris. I also discovered that there are not too many photographers who take passport pictures so I felt very fortunate that I found Dan, just in the nick of time. The quality of the pictures that Dan took compared to the UPS ones were like night and day. I looked so elegant and regal in the picture Dan took, even with the new rules of not showing teeth when you smile. ha! Dan told me I didn't need to look angry like how the lame brain people at the UPS store interpreted the new rules about not smiling and not showing your teeth. Dan encouraged me to do a half smile with my lips closed. The pictures turned out phenomenal. And to think I paid $10 for that hideous set of pictures at the UPS Store. It is well worth the cost to have your passport pictures taken by a professional photographer like Dan since this is a picture that you will have to show the whole world when you travel, and that is the picture they will also show on the big screen if, God forbid, something bad were to ever happen to you while visiting one of these foreign countries. haha!! It is also a picture that you will be looking at for the next 10 years!

The photos looked completely unprofessional, there were people in background, shadows, horrible lighting, body parts cut off etc...when I requested refund, she would only agree to partial refund. After ruining such a special moment for my family and I, you would think she would rectify the situation by providing full refund...especially considering she agreed the putouts were horrible (after I addressed it).....professionalism and quality service are hard to come by. Be cautious when dealing with this business.
