This was my first professional headshot session and the moment we connected I knew my vision would be honored. He was transparent regarding cost, asked me what my purpose and goal was for my photo and even sent me a link with tips on how to prepare for the session. I really appreciated him sharing his Instagram where I could see how others turned out and was especially happy to see Joseph's experience in photographing women and men of color. I had been photographed before for other initiatives and have unfortunately been portrayed as much darker or much lighter than I truly am, so seeing someone capture a variety of skin tones well was what ultimately made me book. The studio at first glance doesn't seem like much, however once you get in front of that camera Joseph coaches you the whole way and magic is made. I was nervous, even a little self conscious, going in and Joseph eased my nerves by walking me through each pose. I was impressed at his attention to detail when adjusting my hair (I have curly hair that has a mind of its own sometimes). Finally, I loved that in the conclusion of our session we went through the photos one by one and he took my feedback on what I liked and didn't. We narrowed down the perfect picture together and I left feeling so excited. I highly recommend Joseph for professional headshots or portraits. His attention to detail, experience and ability to make you feel comfortable in front of camera is worth every penny. You will be happy and feel confident in yourself once you see the finish product!

We were able to see the pictures briefly that day and decided to take a few extra year book photos. We purchased the portfolio and rights to all the digital photos. Well that is what we were told. We were lied to several times and sadly didn't find out until after we spent almost $300.00. after 2 weeks we received a few digital images of their choice. We did not receive cap and gown photos like we were promised the day of the session. They selected the photos for the portfolio and they did not release all of the digital images. This company scams you. The lie and take your money and hold onto your pictures. Don't even try to contact support. Everyone I spoke to told me a different story and then tried to inform me I can change the photos in the portfolio myself. They take your money and do not provide the products they say they will and the quality it horrible. We were told everything would be touched up and that is a joke. This company is awful stay away if you can. We were forced to use for year book photos. I am not sure how they stay in business complete crooks.

Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and welcoming, and the photographers were absolutely amazing. I especially want to recognize the photographer with the pixie haircut -- she was incredible! She made my daughter feel comfortable, was very patient, creative, and did an amazing job. The photographs turned out beautiful, and we truly loved the final results. Unfortunately, my experience with the pricing was very different. I paid $199 for the Elite session, and I honestly understood that this was the cost of the senior photography experience. I did not realize that the $199 was only the session fee and that I would later be expected to pay an additional $799 for the digital photographs. I understand that CADY's website does mention that digital images and prints are sold separately. However, as someone whose first language is not English, I found the pricing structure very difficult to understand. The distinction between the session fee and the actual photographs was not clear enough to me when I made the decision to book. What was especially disappointing was realizing that after paying $799 for the digital package, I still don't have access to all of the photographs taken during the session, there are no physical prints included, and the Cap & Gown photographs appear to be a separate purchase. The photographs are beautiful, so this is absolutely not a complaint about the quality of the work. The photographers and staff deserve a lot of credit for that. My disappointment is entirely about the pricing structure and how the total cost of the experience became clear only after I had already committed. If I had understood before booking that I would pay $199 for the session and potentially another $799 or more for the photographs and additional products, I honestly would not have booked the session. I hope CADY considers making the total potential cost and what is -- and is not -- included in each package much more obvious, especially for families who may not be completely comfortable navigating the information in English. Again, the staff and photographers were fantastic, and the photos are gorgeous. My frustration is with the pricing model and the lack of clarity, not with the people who provided the service.

Misleading marketing makes one believe two digital included in a package, or that there's custom editing. In a forced second sales pitch you are informed only get two digitals in a $900+ package. Will report to online bbb. You can hire the best wedding photog in town for less than the $3,100 package they pitch you to pay for over years worth of monthly payments through klarna. Truly despicable to extort loving parents with an emotional calculated video pitch. The kids who work there are nice, it's not their fault but what an evil scam. Do yearbook photo only for bare minimum price which will still be a couple hundred and book a private photographer who isn't a crook. Schools should stop working w these wolves of wallstreet when a school secretary can take an equally competent yearbook photo.

We could not have asked for a better photography team. Kara was our lead photographer and was a gem from the start. Calls were extremely organized and professional. We are not big "photo" people, didn't want super posed photos, and hadn't had much experience with being professionally photographed. Kara and her support team (I believe named Eric and Nina) somehow made it actually enjoyable. We got a preview within days and our full album not long after. The photos are beautiful and we will cherish them forever. I am not familiar enough with photography to know the style terminology, but to me our photos are timeless, gorgeous, and perfectly capture our wedding in a realistic and amazing way.
