My husband and I went here looking for couches and there were 7 employees we found out that was working. Not 1 person asked us if we wanted help. There were other customers in there as well that wasn't getting any help. We were in the store for a hour and a half. We found 1 person laying on the chair in back and he said he worked there and was on break. I asked him when he got off break if he would come help us and he told us 5 minutes more on his break. We said ok come find us when you are done we found a couch we wanted to purchase. We waited on the couch for 30 minutes and no one ever came. Very disappointed. When this store opened, I was on the hunt for a new king size bed frame. When I walked into the store I was immediately greeted by the staff. I let them know what I was looking for and was shown a few options. After a few minutes I spotted the bed frame I was after. I did all the paperwork and was told it might be a little bit to get it delivered because it was a popular frame. The service in the store was spectacular. A few days later I got a call saying that my bed frame was going to be delivered in a couple of days. I should have known something was wrong when the guy told me if it had anything wrong don't send it back right away and just report it to them. When the frame arrived it was already mostly put together and not in the boxes. The delivery guys brought it up and I inspected the headboard. It had damage all over it. I refused the delivery and made them call dispatch to have it taken back and replaced with one still in the boxes and assembled in front of me. They basically gave me a used floor model and tried to pass it off as new. When the next frame arrived, the head board was still not in the box but there was no damage to it. They assembled the rest of the frame and I noticed damage on the bottom front right of it. It was just minor damage but I was fed up by this time. I ended up keeping the bed and chocking it up to experience. I do not recommend this fraudulent company at all. They also use a third party delivery system which pretty much sucks out loud. I loved Ashley furniture., until now. I can't believe the cheep quality. I had a table delivered. Loves it, but noticed it was damaged on the top, I called customer service and they said they would send a furniture person out to try to fix it. The guy came out and he said he couldn't fix it and he would order a replacement. The replacements were terrible. I refused four of them. they would come broken, black stuff on it, and it looks like the finish was about ready to crack. Never again will I buy from Ashley furniture, it's too bad because I would've liked to buy the buffet that matches the table. And now I'm stuck with the damage table. read more

Good evening everyone I just want to let you know what's going on with Ashley furniture store Ashley furniture store last year on president day had a sale going on and they also had a promotional going. I'm going to read to you the promotional that they had Ashley President day sale. Receive a rebate reward MasterCard worth 10% of your finance amount. OK so we qualify no problem we spent $12,000 there on some beds. So this is what it also says you have qualified for a complementary MasterCard reward card within 2 to 3 weeks after your purchase have been delivered. if you do not received an email within 2 to 3 weeks, check your spam. The problem is Ashley's furniture delivered the wrong beds one king size. And one super king I don't know how they set it up because the beds were 2 feet shorter than the other one. This was a split adjustable bed when we did receive our E vouchers to receive our thousand dollar refund they told us that the voucher had expired my wife and I have been back-and-forth to that store in Auburn 6 to 10 times trying to get them to fix it so that we can receive our gift cards with no avail they always tell us we are going to call corporate and email corporate to find out what's going on. As of this present day we still have not received our gift cards for the purchases that we made now corporate is telling us is that they don't have the gift cards and they are trying to email the store to try to find out what is going on which has this has been going on for over one year they give you these phone numbers to call but no one has an answer the moral to the story is before you buy anything at Ashley's especially when there's a gift card attached to it but it all depends on your delivery being done the first you may not get it you will be going round and round with corporate the managers in the store until you get fed up to where you go online and you have to let everyone else know how they are treating you, if you don't get a rebate immediately when you make your purchase don't do business with Ashley's now I'm saying the furniture is great. Customer service is terrible and that goes from corporate office to the new managers. They get in their every 90 days just beware of Ashley furniture and this is the store in Auburn Washington. We made our purchase on February 2. Last year we didn't get all of our beds until five months later and because of the delay or vouchers are expired, and the stores telling us we are outta luck even though it's their fault just beware everyone beware. Companies need to be aware and need to take care of their customers Ashley's furniture is the type of business that was smiling your face when you make the purchase, but when you have a problem like we have been having a problem, they don't want nothing to do with you. This is our only recourse to make sure that no one else goes through what we are going through but like I said we made the purchase February 2, 2022. This is the worst business I have ever known. Ordered a couch 6 months ago. Still don't have the couch. Over the last 3 months on several occasions they send emails and phone calls telling me the couch is in their warehouse . Each time they make me verify several times that yes I want my couch. One time very early on a Sunday morning with only 2 hours to respond and then 2 more phone calls .Then someone else calls back an hour later to tell me no couch and that I'm lying about the emails and phone calls even though I had these records for proof. Yet again they say they have my couch in their warehouse and they are going to deliver it on April 28th. They never ask first they set up a date and then tell you. I had to change it to 3rd of May. They never show up or call after sending me multiple texts that they are coming. When I call they suddenly have no couch even though it was supposedly there on the 28th. Supposedly they'll deliver it on the 10th. Hah I've heard these lies multiple times. It's a waste of time complaining to these people even their scummy escalation department have an arrogant what are you going to do about it we already have your money attitude. One of their employees told me I should ignore their emails they don't mean anything . Another employee on one of these occasions told me a salesman sold my couch to a walk in customer. When I complained they said that employee lied. Don't ever give this company money in advance once they have your money they no longer care. My Daughter placed an order with this Ashley Furniture store in June 2022. She spent over $11,000.00 in this store. Many of the items were delayed and then delayed again, and again. She finally canceled the remaining pieces on her order the beginning of November with the store. Not including taxes, extended coverages on the furniture or delivery fees she should be refunded over $3,000.00. The store has placed the request for the refund and was told in 2-3 weeks she would receive her check. It has yet to come or be processed. When she called to check with the store on the status of the check, she was told they placed the request and there was nothing more they could do. When she stated she would file formal complaints with the BBB and the Attorney General's office, the store told her to, "do what she needed to do." When she asked to speak with a Regional Manager they told her it was private information. When she challenged that information, she was hung up on. She has called their Corporate Consumer Relations phone number 4 times and she continues to be told she has escalated the request and the refund check request was placed, then told the finance department has received the request, now she is being told to go back into the store because they are the only ones that can request the refunded money. A formal complaint was placed with the BBB on November 30, 2022. I highly suggest researching this company and their list of complaints before handing over your hard earned money to be stolen. There are over a thousand complaints. 228 complaints were closed within the last year. read more
