I'm very unsatisfied with the manager at the Covington store. I purchased a memory foam mattress and 2 months into having it the mattress started sagging. I have spoke with several people from this company and have been getting put on a run around. I've been putting calls out to people such as BBB and Jessie Jones. I will be taking things further. I have been treated very disrespectful and unfairly. They have not offered to exchange the mattress I now have of theirs and I refuse to make anymore payments on a defective mattress. What a horrible experience at this store. We went to Sleep Country first but they didn't have much of a selection so we went to Mattress Depot in Covington hoping to buy the perfect mattresses, as we needed two. In the end, we ended up having to do an exchange and the salesman, Bob at the Covington store told my family that we were the most difficult customers he had had all day. Wow! Really? Staying at a mattress store for an hour and making sure we chose the perfect mattresses while asking questions makes us "difficult?" We will NEVER do business here again nor will we be sending our friends and family this way. What a shame....you could have had a ton of business! P.S. He also overcharged us and had to do a refund. I had a fantastic experience at this location. This was my first time in this store and I will definitely be back. I was shopping for our first born's new bed and Sam was amazing. I clearly did not know what I was doing and he walked me through all the choices. Bob's selection was a good choice. Bob also gave us a great deal on the mattress and a mattress cover, and we spent half the price on this mattress compared to some we had look at before. I was looking for a great mattress deal everywhere and we happened to go into the Covington, WA Mattress Depot. The salesman was very helpful and nice. He explained all about the mattresses and which one we really needed. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive, just the top of the line in our price range. My daughter had major leg surgery and is in a wheelchair right now, unable to even stand on it. Bob moved mattresses and put them where she could easily slide onto them to see if they worked for her. He was AWESOME! They got our mattress set in the next day and we couldn't get anyone to get it with their truck for us. We don't have a lot of money and could not afford to have it delivered. Bob actually told me not to worry and he brought it over in his own truck. Talk about a wonderful, caring person! I cannot thank him enough for going above and beyond in our stressful time of need. When comparing prices for mattresses be sure and get the bottom line from all sources. We had looked at three other mattress stores and found the price of the bed included delivery, taking away old mattresses was free, and they either would have given us a set of sheets or a nice percentage off. When we looked at Mattress Depot we saw the price on the matter and, foolish us, didn't ask about the extras. $60 to deliver, $20 to dispose of old mattress, and the fee to set up the frame. As we got a California King everything was ordered and we could not get the frame ahead of time to set it up ourselves. Delivery was two hours late, making it 6"30 p.m. and the sheets we ordered were not delivered with everything else. Had to run to the store and get the sheets Mattress Depot had sent over from another store. Got lucky and the man on duty stayed to wait for me. The frame and setting it up ended up costing $130. We like the bed but won't recommend Mattress Depot without warnings. read more

I just bought my third set of queen size mattress and box spring from the Covington location. I bought the first set several years ago. I was heading into Covington to check out a different mattress place but while driving through I spotted their little sign person out there and decided to check it out. Didn't even go anywhere else because they had a great bargain price, good quality set that was exactly what I wanted and fit my budget. The sales guy was super friendly and helpful. They have lots of beds set up so you can flop down on them and try them all out. They have some high end stuff that was out of my price range but they also had a few factory second at much lower prices. I passed on the factory seconds on hand because it was way too soft for me even tho it was a top name brand. I chose the Ovation set for the comfort level and have had it several years. The second set bought was for my daughter about 8 months ago who had just moved to a new place. I was so happy with my first purchase and the good deal that when she wanted to downsize from her king to a queen we knew just where to go. I bought the third set yesterday. I wanted to set up my spare room as a guest room and needed a bed. So I decided to put my original set in the guest room and treat myself to the new ones. I love my new set. Each time I shopped there I wound up buying the Ovation set. Bob was my salesman for the last two purchases. I didn't use their delivery so can't comment on that but when picking up my sets each time Bob loaded them up for me and did all the tie down to make sure I got them home safely.
