We reached out and got in contact with Alyssa who was so helpful, and also just a real bright light after a day of disappointments. Her and another guy I think his name was Gary showed us all of the deals that they had. Every other place we had been with our budget we wouldn't even be able to afford the lowest base model, but here we were able to get a mattress we really liked brand new. They even cut us a deal on the already discounted price. Gary and another worker even loaded it into the car for us. I promise you you are not going to find better mattress, with a 10-year warranty, for well under $1,000. We will be back in the future for any of our mattress or furniture needs. Thanks guys!

After dealing twice with rude, opinionated, dishonest employees unwilling to resolve the problems we had with Sleep Country mattress/box sets we tried Mattress Depot USA in Covington WA. That made all the difference in the world!!!!! Bob at Mattress Depot was very kind, professional, honest, sincere, helpful, not pushy and took his time to explain different quality and styles of their stock, and also gave us the time we needed to try different styles and brands without interfering, but was always able to answer our questions. He was very well informed on who manufactured what AND where, which really impressed us. We were welcomed as we entered the business and it went UPHILL from there--we finally decided on a Restonic set & got an exceptional great price including a complimentary mattress protector. The delivery/setup & new frame were also discounted for us. After deciding the high box was too high for us to easily get into bed Bob cheefully exchanged it for the low box and delivered it to our home at our convenience on his own time and at his own expense. We highly recommend Mattress Depot USA as a whole, and especially Bob at the Covington store. We will certainly refer any friends and family looking for a new bed to Bob. We're very pleased with our purchase and are again getting some wonderful sleep after over a year of dealing with the problems Sleep Country dealt us. Guess this goes to prove that quantity doesn't supercede quality and that sometimes dealing with the local, smaller businesses makes for much happier customers. I highly recommend these guys, they have awesome customer service and prices! This is the third bed we've bought from them and couldn't be happier with the service. I brought my wife and daughter to help me shop for a bed set for our guest bedroom. When we walked in Bob Rushing came up to us and asked what we would like to see and offered to answer any questions. I explained that we are looking for a full size mattress, box, and definitely want the protective sheet and don't want to spend a fortune on it since it's not going to be used every day. He took us straight to his most budget friendly beds, explained what they were, and moved up to moderately priced beds that were higher quality and had better warranties. This blew me away because I'm so used to retail reps taking you straight to the most expensive and trying to sign you up to a credit card to afford it. We ended up buying a moderately priced one because we liked the bed better and it had a better warrantee. Bob did everything in his power to get us a great price and delivery to our place. His manager happened to come into the store while we were leaving and I told him how happy I was with Bob helping us out. We will be back when my daughter needs a larger bed. Pros - consistent great service, really good prices, good delivery if you need it (we had them pick up the old mattress last time) Cons - smaller store than neighbors, don't have the wooden/metal bed frames just the very basic roller ones, not many pillows or sheets read more

I was one of the people who purchased a bed from Issaquah storage back in the day. We had just moved here and needed to replace everything. I cant even remember how many beds since we have purchased for family and our home with merging of two families. The guys at all the stores are super helpful that's why I keep going back. I had recently purchased the Mirabella for the spare room / step sons room and while renovating our master bathroom I ended up sleeping on it for two weeks. I was really shocked at how well I had slept and felt in the morning. I eventually went back to my bed and after two days I couldn't do it. I had ordered this bed only because my husband and I are two different levels of comfort. So I went down to Mattress Depot and Bob was working and I told him what was going on. We ended up ordering the King and what an amazing difference. The best part my husbands snoring has decreased which is awesome. I also purchased the sheets and a pillow. Wow the sheets may come in a weird box but they are super nice to sleep on and that pillow is amazing...no neck tension at all. ( I used to wake up with bad headaches) The best part about these guys is they aren't pushy and I ran into one of the managers in the grocery store and he stops and says "don't I know you...yah you buy your beds from our Covington store don't you?" I just had the the most incredible opportunity to buy the iSerta Hybrid 300. The salesman Mike Fisher was supportive, professional, and truly cared about my lower back pain, mattress needs, and financial options. There was no pressure to buy immediately. He had me try out multiple mattresses while in the store and encouraged me to go home and think about my possible purchase. With the quoted offer price, the awesome advice, and the no pressure environment I felt super excited and eager to make my decision to buy the iSerta hybrid queen size! It was delivered 3 days ago right on time and I have never slept better. This mattress feels like a supportive pillow all around me with perfect spine support where my back needs it. Just wanted to say that there are still honest and sincere sales people out there and I found one of the really good ones. Bob was considerate, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. I had measured my mattress wrong and he went above and beyond to help me correct my mistake. It is all his doing that for the first time in over 5 years I am sleeping soundly and waking up without the back pain I had previously had. I went in this store and was amazed at the selection, a big guy named Charlie helped me he was awesome... I didnt feel pressured and he encouraged me to take my time. He asked me a few questions about how I sleep and what aches and pains I have, and why I want a new mattress... He proceeded to show me 3 mattresses, I loved the first one and bought it. Mike Fisher from the Covington Mattress Depot was amazing to work with. He was professional, honest, and did not give the typical "salesman schpeal". I love the fact that he did not try to sell us the most expensive mattress in the store, and really listened to our needs in a mattress. I got a call on June 4 to tell me that the call on the 2nd was for the coffee table that has already been in my front room for months and is definitely NOT now available for pickup. Still no end tables. I recommend that if what you want is not in stock, don't buy it there and search for another source. In addition, everyone there must be on commission because if they are not the person collecting the commission, they are not going to help.

We highly recommend working with Cody, our salesperson. He has a lot of experience in the mattress industry and he is extremely knowledgeable. Since this is our first foam mattress, we had many questions. We visited the store several times and Cody was always very friendly, helpful, and professional. We spent a lot of time deciding on which model we wanted, but sometimes you don't know if you'll like it until you sleep on it. We felt safe making our purchase because Tempur-Pedic has a pretty generous 90 night trial. If you don't like your mattress, you can exchange it (once) or return it for a refund. However, this only applies to the mattress (you cannot return the boxspring or bedframe). The only thing that could have been better was the delivery experience. Tempur-Pedic uses a third party company to handle the delivery and setup. It was really difficult to schedule a delivery time because they were only available on weekday mornings. They also couldn't provide a specific time frame, so I basically had to take a full day off from work.

Peter and Jackson are super knowledgeable on the products in the showroom and the brands that they partner with. They also were able to tell me about all of the add on features or different lines of mattress from each brand even if they did not have examples in store. They were super friendly and definitely did not pressure us into making any decisions or buying before we left. They really just want to help everyone make an informed decision on which mattress they buy. When we left, they said we can come back to order or we can order online.
