I recently submitted a furniture repair claim. Only to have it denied by Montage (their warranty company) citing " Normal Wear and Tear". The couch a leather one cost me $2,400. I spent a bit more because I wanted a good quality product that will last. Since I spent so much ( I actually bought 2 at $2,400 each). I decided to discuss warranty options with my sales person. I settled on the premium 5 year protection plan which cost me $499.99 and I was assured "all perils would be fixed". Yet, my 1st submitted request for repair is denied as mentioned above. I had a bed frame that was damaged. I filed a claim through warranty which was taking longer than expected and information given to me was inconsistent. I needed the bed repaired quickly so I decided to call the store and speak to someone directly ihopes that they could expedite the claim or help me somehow. Shawn, store manager took care of it all. Personnel are extremely friendly and helpful. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. Everyone was very patient and helpful. We ordered a tempurpedic bed along with an adjustable base with vibration mode. The base was delivered today along with the remote control unit that operates the adjustable base. Right away we noticed the remote control did not have the vibration control button. We called to complain that the bed was not what we ordered. We were told that the vibrator model cost hundreds of dollars more. I asked them to come and take the adjustable base and return our money as we were led to believe that what we were purchasing included the vibrator option. I'm short, Ashley furniture of Bullhead went above and beyond to make things right. They have reordered a replacement tempurpedic bed with the vibrator option and it would not cost us a dime more. Is there a less than 1 star? Ordered bar stools on July 6th. Were told they'd be delivered in 2 to 6 weeks. Got home and saw the paperwork said they'd be delivered 2 to 6 weeks AFTER July 29th. Called the store & was told we could not get our money back if we cancelled. When the bar stools finally came they weren't assembled. Was told they would assemble them for an additional $100. The store manager was suppose to call me to discuss my concern. Never got a call. Another furniture store in town offered to come assemble them for us. Don't shop at the Ashley store. read more

Purchased a mattress on Thursday 1/21 and was charged $699, when I looked online same mattress was going for $599. I called back on Monday 1/25/21 to see if I could get a price adjustment and was told by Tony the manager I should of called back on Thursday, even though they offer 30 day price match guarantee. I was told I could bring mattress back and order online for that price. Horrible customer service, I will never, never go back. So much for standing by the 30 day price guarantee. Recently, we placed an order for two bedroom sets, and we were told that the furniture would be delivered by 4/23/18, which was two days ago. We telephoned the store to see if the furniture was in, and we were told that it would probably not be in until 05/01/18. The furniture was ordered on 4/2/18. Since we have family coming to visit us this coming weekend, and we have waited patiently for the delivery of the furniture, we asked about a refund so that we could go to Las Vegas (Living Spaces) to pickup the furniture. We were told that Ashley does not give refunds. We will never darken the doors of this store, or of any Ashley store again. So, if you are looking for furniture, and you are in the Bullhead City/Fort Mohave areas, and you need your furniture by a certain date, don't even think about this store. My husband and I went in me with the intention of buy a new mattress my husband thinking we were just looking lol. We walked out buying a mattress that HE fell in love with! The gentleman who helped us was super friendly and helpful! Said we'd have our mattress within 2 weeks but store policy was 2-6 weeks. Here we are 12 days later with a delivery date. I ordered a recliner Nov. 9, 2020. At that time I was told it would take 6-12 weeks and I was okay with. After calling them today it'll be sometime in March but they don't know when - really? And to top it off they can't refund me if I cancel - they can only issue a store credit! Why in the world would I want a store credit as Ashley can't even get a recliner in 5 months!!! I know COVID has messed up a lot of stuff so shouldn't Ashley be courteous to their customers and let them cancel and refund to their credit! I ordered a bedroom set, tv stand and a desk from the Bullhead City, AZ store on October 5, 2019. I was told the bedroom set would be delivered within in a week. No bedroom set. Called again and was told it would be in on October 15th and I would get a call for a delivery date. Called today Oct 16th and was now told it would be the end of next week (25th) and they would call for a delivery date. I also ordered a tv stand on the 6th along with a desk which I knew would not be here because it is just now being manufactured but the tv stand would come with the bedroom set and there would not be an extra delivery charge for the desk because it was coming separately. Today I was asked if I wanted to wait until December to have it all delivered together. DUH no I need the bedroom furniture. Got that straightened out and then was told because the desk would come separately there would be another delivery charge. NO you told me no extra delivery charge. Talked to the manager and he had to call the delivery department in CA to see what they could do. Called back as I was going to cancel the desk if I had to pay another delivery charge. I was told they would deliver the desk for free when it came in. My son has bought from Ashley Furniture in Henderson, NV and never had a problem. I go local to give them business and this is what happened to me. If I EVER buy from Ashley Furniture again I will make the trip to Henderson, NV. read more

We saw a sectional sofa temporarily out of stock online and called the store today to see if they had a floor model so we could go see in person, spoke with Michael who said they had the model on display. The sectional was what we wanted and Michael proceeded to order for us with the online price and delivery match. He answered all my questions regarding the sofa,warranty and delivery options in a courteous and knowledgeable manner. We were very satisfied with our in store experience. Throughly disappointed with the delivery service. My pregnant wife of 9 months had the misfortune of having to deal with the 2 folks that showed up. She asked to please not move the speakers, not only did they move them, they ripped the wires out and just left them. Furniture is universal and can be set up a couple different ways... they set them up not as she asked and informed her that it can only be set up that way... when I got home, I had to break down the furniture and set it up the way we asked for... great piece of furniture, Shawn the sales guy was great. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible. Girls have smart mouths. They hang up on you.. when you try to call back the phone just rings. Called from a different number and they answered right away. Took almost a month to get a table delivered. I only got it after I threatened to cancel the order. They told me it could take 8 weeks (not what I was told while purchasing). Ridiculous. Then a couple of weeks after I got the table I got a phone call saying my payments were late and I could have additional late fees or be sent to collections. Called the store to speak to manager as I never received any bill or paperwork. Was told they would call back. Nothing. I called three days straight. Nothing. Finally I got in touch with sales manager. He said they could only give me a 100.00 gift card for the inconvenience... lol what a slap in the face. Keep your damn gift card.
