I am not sure why there was a delay in ordering the furniture, but it was ordered through this…read morecompany last Fall, 2024. Something about "Proprietary Colors", but not really sure what that means exactly. Assured us that it was coming. Gave us a gift, which was really nice. I wasn't sure what they were, but I did see it. Appreciate it. We Thank You! Received the last week of May 2025. We ordered Texacraft Pool Furniture Oasis Sling Chair Oasis Sling Lounger As far as I could see the Quality was very nice. The blue striped pattern was very nice too. There were plenty of choices (it was nice to see that we had Options) on both the fabric colors and the frame colors. Wanted to keep it simple, so we ordered both items in the same color scheme. The following is Warranty Info: This is from KRT Concepts: Attached is the Texacraft Warranty sheet. The manufacturer provides an excellent warranty. 5 years on frame, 2 years on paint and 1 year on fabric. Typically the frames will last anywhere from 10-15 years. And the fabric in the Las Vegas heat lasts between 2-4 years depending on the exposure to the sun and the maintenance. For example, if people lay down on them with tanning oils and sun lotions and the fabric is exposed to a lot of sun, it will cause the fabric to dry quicker due to the chemicals. But if you wash the fabric down at least once a month to remove those chemicals it will last longer. When the fabric is finally too beat up by the sun we can reupholster the furniture. This will save a lot of money in the long run because the frames will still be good for many more years and you'll have a fresh new look with the new fabric. We recommend budgeting to resling the furniture every couple of years. If you are familiar with my Reviews, you know that I am transparent and I provide important details. Good or bad, I will share it. I like to let people know that there is a choice and you have options. We are all consumers. We vote with our dollars.

Ken Coats is the epitome of a snake oil salesman…read more We hired this company to re-strap (white) 16 pool chairs and loungers, when our furniture was brought back to us, we noticed many of the straps were yellowed mixed in with the white ones, wt?, numerous contacts, it took months to get Ken to acknowledge this defect, he finally sends some young guy out with a truck to pick up the ones that needed to be replaced, he stood behind me and waited for me to tell him what to do, really? Whatever, long story short, he leaves, and the HOA then notices more furniture with yellowed straps. Once again, trying to contact Ken, explaining the overlook, COVID hits, we change management companies and I was ignored until I finally barked. Ken writes back in an email, but somehow he has an offer for us, hmm, he wanted to replace all 16 pieces of furniture again for the lovely price of $1050 (wow, that's a $600 savings from what we paid, hmm again) stating the white straps wouldn't match if he did just 2 chairs, huh? If we gave him all 16 chairs and loungers, there would have been no way to tell which ones were replaced as ours were in PERFECT condition and we only wanted the yellowed straps changed out (18 straps in all), not the whole damn job over, we could have bought all new furniture at that final cost to us. Needless to say, Ken never replied to my last email asking him to do the right thing and at least work with us, keep in mind, these were 2 lousy chairs we are talking about here, 18 straps, but Ken chose to walk in shame and ignore all emails from the HOA and our Management Company, why? Because Ken wanted $1050, not the measly cost of fixing just our 2 chairs which should have been his responsibility anyway. In other words, Ken Coats tried to scam our HOA out of $1050 for the replacement of the only 18 straps needed and kindly asked for, need I say more? Disgraced and shady business tactics indeed.

We were looking to replace two Omnia leather sofas that we had purchased 18 years ago. After some…read moreresearch we came across Ideal Furniture and owner Jerry Burdick. This is not your typical big name swarm all over furniture store. They work with you to achieve your desired selection and financial goals. Actually gave us a bit of history in where and how the manufacturer purchases their fine leathers for their furniture. Actually, delivered the two sofas 2 weeks ahead of schedule. The delivery service was exceptional in removing all the protective foam and plastic to include setting up the pieces and removing the old sofas. In summary, we couldn't be happier with our new furnishings and the great job that Jerry and his team provided. Bob K

Please, if you are considering buying from Ideal Furniture.... Think again…read more We bought about 30k of furniture from them. Our 17k sectional came with a lifetime warranty. We have had it less than 3 years. The cushions have flattened, the springs have broke and the frame has bent. We have no young kids or large animals. Called the owners 19 times. Half of those time they never answered. Finally after 6 weeks they sent someone out to look at the furniture. He said of yes, we will fix it, it has a lifetime warranty. 4 months later and still not fixed. I called and called and got the same answer.... It's just taking a bit longer than expected. Finally after 5 months they called. Said the parts are in but, it's a third party company coming out to fix it and that's an additional charge. What! Really, 6 months waiting, 19 phone calls, a lifetime warranty and now we have an additional charge. NO thank you. Owner then sent me a text saying they would "eat" the cost of fixing it because it took 6 months to get the parts. However; she said the manufacturer told her the springs are not bent. So those wouldn't be fixed. We had to buy a seat pad to place on top of the one recliner so we don't sink onto the floor. No one from their company came out to even look at the problem. It's always a third party. Please, please do your research on this company. I'm not the only one with a bad experience. I'd give a zero star if I could
