Ordered from here a couple weeks ago bed frame, dresser and 2 night stands. Items were delivered however only one nightstand fits beside the bed. We called customer service the next day and the store directly both advised we are not able to return the nightstands. Online it says if you are unhappy or the items don't fit your decor or space return is available. But neither are willing to work with us. Upon further look it appears one is possibly cracked or was screwed too tight when it was built because the other nightstand is not in that same condition. Point being don't promote something online you're not willing to uphold when the customer calls. read more

If I can give this store -0 stars I would. Horrible customer service, no where do they state all sales are final so beware! Called customer service and spoke to the store manager and no one was able to give me a return or at least an exchange for a purchase I made 2 days ago. Items were defective and too short for desired area. I wish I was aware of their "return policy " before buying the item. Don't go here! And it was in STOCK. Might I add, A BETTER VALUE not only in MONEY, but in PRODUCT and SERVICE. That's what every paying customer looks for! And it was delivered NEXT DAY. Ordered over 6k in furniture and nobody in the sales team thought it would be a good idea to inform me that my furniture was not coming on the expected delivery date or at least update me through email. On the contrary, their emails and text updates were telling me that EVERYTHING was expected to arrive today only to receive my 2k mattress on the floor. Do not waste your money here, poor sales ethics and inability to keep communication is beyond me. read more

Update: Unfortunately the company pushed back our order twice and was not going to have it to us until well into the new year so we had to cancel our order. Nothing was offered to assist and no time line was available and they said it could be pushed again. We ended up going to Jerome's in Ontario and got our couch delivered 2 days after we went in. Our sales rep James was amazing! He gave us our space while still staying close if we had any questions. Never felt like we were having to run away from him. He was never pushy but still made sure we had all of the information needed. Definitely recommend you ask for James when you go into this store!! This stores size is also amazing!! So many different products to look at and choose from! Great price on a great quality of sofa! Only complaint is that I wish shipping wasn't so far out but that's not always something that can be controlled! read more

I was greeted at the front door..... And asked to sign in.... Lili asked a couple of questions about what I was looking for... I told her I was just looking... she was nice enough to allow me time to look... After 20 minutes or so Lili approached me and asked if I needed anything I did explain my concerns.... Not recently but in years past I've bought several pieces of furniture from Ashley's.... Never had any issues... but recently I've been checking Yelp reviews....Ashely's hasn't been doing to good.... I explained to her that I was afraid to buy anything from them.... Most of the reviews say the sales staff are great at selling items but delivery is a whole another matter.... Lili told me if she sold me something she would give me her personal phone number in case I should have problems... I didn't end up buying anything, but I told her I would get back with her after I check a few more stores for pricing.....next time I'll definitely remember to ask for Lili! read more

Located on Ashley Way. Plenty of parking available. We wanted to browse around to see what kind of selection they had and their prices. We were immediately greeted as we walked in and was told that this store is the largest one. We were amazed at the size of the store. There was definitely a large selection to chose from. My family and I found a lot that we liked and will come back to purchase them after we're done comparing prices. However, I'm a bit apprehensive at the recent reviews which makes me wonder if I should buy from here. read more

Do not shop at Ashley furniture! We purchased a Cal king bedframe, and received a king size bedframe. Our mattress does not fit the bedframe and they refuse to bring us the panels for a cal king bed. The bed is supposed to be 94.5 inches in depth, as in the product dimensions, and it is 91 only inches. There is no space between the mattress and the frame. We would have never bought the frame unless it was a Cal King frame, and that was discussed at the time of purchase. This is a panel bed so the mattress fits very tight. We can barely make this bed because it is so tight in the frame, I actually have bruises on the inside of my lower arms from making the bed. And Ashley furniture is saying there is nothing they can do about this. We are beyond dissatisfied and their customer service has been terrible. The only good service we have had is from the delivery team. We will likely end up in court. Beyond disappointed and wi never buy from Ashley again because of their terrible customer service and poor craftsmanship. read more

Each Ashley store is independently owned . Do not purchase here . If your order something and don it like it they WILL not return it or even exchange it . I had my couch delivered and the delivery guys shoved this big box through my freshly painted door and scratched it and chipped it . They also damaged part of my coach so I rejected it and they are replacing it . When I originally went in to buy my items I needed a coffee table and they looked one up that would "match " ... it did not match at all it they would not let me refuse it and said it had to be felt with the store ..... they did not care that the sales person ordered a table that didn't match my dining table and said "no refunds" DO not purchase here they don't care about a thing once you pay . It's really disheartening but i will be ordering elsewhere for the rest of my furniture. read more

After a very disappointing experience at the Montclair location, this Ashlys store in Colton along with Mayra and the store manager, Connie Pacheco, made it possible for me to purchase an accent cabinet and had it delivered within TWO days of purchase. Complete opposite experience from purchasing same cabinet at Montclair store, which I ended up cancelling after being continuously told "delivery date is delayed". It's been over a month and still no satisfaction. The concern was reported in the 72 Hour return window, and they are refusing to honor their own policy. When they sent a technician to repair the item, I expected it to look like new. They did not explain to me that by sending a repair guy, I would forfeit my right of return. Which appears to be the case now, as they are refusing to exchange it. Instead of doing what they promised, they are offering a "final take it as-is discount" of 20%. I did not purchase a previously owned item, and I want a new one. Not one that looks like it has been repaired for 20% off. Buyer beware. read more

Rude Service at Ashley Furniture Colton I called the Colton location, hoping they could help after poor experiences at other Ashley Furniture stores. They put me on hold for five minutes, and then someone claiming to be the manager picked up. He was extremely rude, repeatedly saying, "We don't work against other stores," and giving me a bunch of excuses instead of any real help. I explained that I wasn't trying to cause issues--I just wanted the deal I was promised. Even after I clarified, he was still rude and dismissive, making it clear they didn't care about resolving my issue. If this is how they treat customers, I would definitely recommend looking elsewhere for furniture. read more

Today we came in to purchase a new mattress for me and my partner. Although we left with more than we went in for, we received exceptional service from Francisco and Les. Les greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and helped us with all the back and forth me and my boyfriend went through. I think we got killer deals (even though I paid twice as much as I was hoping for). I felt very well taken cared of by Les because he showed me all my options ranging from less than I wanted to spend to over what I wanted to spend. If i could do negative stars I would. Customer service is far from what this store is worried about...They truly do not care about you. Me and my husband were so excited to move into our new house and get our very first couch. We ordered a sectional set in November and was set to be delivered in December 14th to our new house. The salesman even stated it could've been delivered the 8th but we moved in the 14th so we pushed a week. We got the email 4 days before just stating the date was still correct and we confirmed the address and day. Day of we hear nothing do we give a call and we were told we wouldn't receive it until the 23-27.... No explanation just that it was late. We finally agreed then continued to get email after email with nonsense random dates times inaccurate information etc. The store DOES NOT answer the phone fyi. So we finally went down there and they said the final official delivery date would be December 29th. We felt good about it until Christmas Eve we got a call saying never mind we would be receiving it on the 4th of January and before we could even ask any questions the lady hung up. Last ditch effort we called the salesman who sold the couch to us and asked what is happening. Not much help there so we just cancelled the order... 7 weeks later no couch in our new house no refund yet and still very pissed. Will absolutely never return to this joke of an establishment . There is no communication between delivery, the store, and salesman. And honestly the store doesn't really care nor think your couch being 5 weeks later really matters. If you learned anything from this please for the love of God do NOT go to this store.. read more

We purchased a dining table in store and when we were paying they told us to sign the forms that were for our delivery pick up. What they didn't tell us was that the paper we signed was a contract stating that all products are all final sale. Once we took the table home, it didn't fit in our dining space. We called to ask about their return policy and they told us that they don't do returns but that they were going to file a claim to get store credit in place of the table, which "most likely" would be approved. However, after filing that claim they decided that the table fit fine in our home so they rejected our claim. When we called for an explanation, they told us that they "don't care about satisfaction of the customer as the policy claims all sales are final." It's not fair that they didn't show us the entirety of the contract that was signed or that they didn't explicitly tell us that there's no returns once you take the product home. read more

Buyers beware if your buying a matress or furniture from here, Its been going on a year or so or more at this time that we still haven't gotten a return phone call on thier defective matress. When we initially purchased we were happy buyers got a bedroom set dinning table chairs buffet $7k+ worth at zero% was a great deal at that time 2016-2017 +/-, a few years later we purchased a mattress that was found to be defective by thier tech who came to our house and told us and documented to Ashley its self, Ashley says our people will contact you when we are going to replace the defective matress...... After a month or more of sleeping on our couches and nooo contact from Ashley furniture we decide to go into the store and speak with the department manager who let us know then that we were not able to return said matress?? After all this time of waiting for a phone call, email, letter well over a month now at that time. We had already purchased a mattress and w folding base for the same amount of Ashleys 1-matress we couldnt sleep on the couches anymore at Living Spaces Since Ashley's dropped the ball I will never buy a Fkn thing from Ashley's furniture I dont care what deals they have All thier stuff isnt perfect either. Its as though because they know we bought else where they are forcing us to stay with said matress and force us to have to do business with them like we're hostages. They want to give us store credit that we dont need or switch. And still no contact from them but a bill for defective shit thats still sitting against the wall in my living room what a fuckin sight during family gatherings, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Extremely disappointed! Second time i don't get what i pay for when I'm told i will. Sales person was great, answered all our questions. We were told some items weren't available but would be on 11/21, then changed to 11/22. manager and salesman promised we would receive our items then even added free delivery! I was so excited to receive my bedroom set when i get a call 11/20 saying my items won't arrive till 12/6. Got a bit of a run around about our refund, but eventually were told it's being processed. My wife and I went to Ashley Furniture in Colton, and we were lucky enough to get PK as our sales person. PK WAS AWESOME! He showed us around and answered any questions we had, BUT... He answered our questions in a patient and caring way. He never showed signs of getting frustrated, or angry, even though we were there with him for a couple of hours. We finally thought we found the perfect couches, but found out later that the set we chose was not so perfect. We reached out to PK asking for his help, and once again, he was professional and respectful. He never sounded frustrated, or showed on his face that he was irritated with us. He said he was a consumer too, and that he understood. With PK's help, we finally found the right sofa and love seat combo for our home, and PK made it a very pleasant experience. Negative stars! DO NOT PURCHASE from Philip Sequeira. Not only did he completely LIED but scammed us into purchasing a $8k mattress that we are completely unsatisfied. Now we are being told that we should know it's their job to sale you. Originally Philip told us we could return the mattress but now they are stating there no refund, return or an alternative option.
