    Decent customer service as you walk in. Definitely feels like a car dealership. Can't call them for anything(sends you straight to automated messaging) and their website needs work. All In all, I got my furniture within the month and the prices were ok at most. I do like the furniture I purchased and it appears it is built with good quality materials. I'm anxious to see exactly how long they will last.

    I see people have given them 1 star, well I am giving them 3 because their customer service wasn't that bad. When we came it there were a good amount of people (commission sales reps) at the front just looking for their next victim. We were greeted by a guy named Franz. He was dressed really nice and had a great personality. He told us their was a deal going on and we need to make sure we had a slip so he was going to get us one. Well he started talking to two other customers so we started looking at the furniture. About 2 minutes into looking Franz came up and gave my boyfriend the coupon. (It basically said a extra 20% off the Ashley special price...but you had to make a order by 6pm..it was 5:20pm at this point). We continued looking and we did see some beautiful items. There was one sectional couch in particular that we looked but they didn't have it in a darker color, so we passed on it. It was so comfy!! I have to also state that I love all the accents they added to each section of furniture. It was very beautiful. They even had the first dining table when you walk in set up for thanksgiving dinner! We added Franz a few questions and then we didn't see him again. For the other employees that were around...it seemed almost like a playground. They were either laughing, dancing, or just talking to eachother about stuff that had nothing to do with furniture. I didn't like the atmosphere that they employees were allowing because I want sales people that are serious about their job and a leader to correct them if they aren't staying on topic. It was more about others laughing at an employee that was being silly. I am all about having a great and fun work environment, but it's a time and place for all of it. The two ladies up front were the worst due to they were actually dancing and giggling. (One was early 30s the other had to been in her 60s...so in my opinion they know better). Since we didn't see Franz, and we didn't really see anything to tickle our fancy, we left. I would say that someone should go if they they want to look at the decor to get ideas, but other than that I am not sure what else. Some of the prices were decent but make sure you haggle a little to get a great deal because I seen a few pieces that were there at another furniture place (that was Ashley pieces) for cheaper than what they were offering.

    As soon as I walked in I looked to my right and found the perfect dining Room table and chairs for our new apartment.

    Purchased an expensive bedroom set that was broken and was unwilling to replace. Will never be outshining furniture from Ashley again.

    I've now purchased a sectional and a table from Furniture City and we're thinking about some where…read moredown the road (possibly) purchasing another bedroom set from them as well. I'm basically a Furniture City spirit guide, here to tell you about the journey you are about to go on. Like many furniture stores in El Paso, the second you cross the threshold, an associate will approach you, introduce themselves, ask if you know what you're looking for, ask if you've ever been to Furniture City before, tell you if you need any help just ask, and then they will NEVER leave you. Some are a little more pushy than others and constantly trying to tell you how great every couch is that you look at. Personally, if someone is going to follow me around, I prefer the person that takes a back seat and only speaks up when I have actual questions... not when I'm just chillin' out, maxin' on the softest mattress I could find. And honestly, if I'm "just looking", I prefer someone who doesn't follow me so closely (maybe have yourself a seat on a couch two couches away). But then there's also the associates here that start off super pushy, but after they follow me around for ten minutes they seem to get anxiety, thinking I'm not about to buy (or I'm not buying fast enough) so they're having an inner battle wondering if they should stay with me and hope I buy something or if they should just jump on to the next customer that walks into the store. Those ones wouldn't bother me so much if they didn't start out so pushy. And I get it, they're commission, but I don't always feel like the customer service is all there. For instance, after buying the couch, we realized we hadn't gotten the measurements for it and they didn't have it online so we figured, what the heck... let's just go in and ask for the measurements. As soon as the first associate that approached us, realized we weren't there to buy, he kind of disappeared into the abyss (even though the store was pretty empty and he couldn't have possibly had anything else to do that. very. second.). I tracked him down again anyways. All that being said, Irma is ah-mazing! We actually ended up buying both the couch and table through her. FC has decent to good prices, but she always finds the best deals for us. Awesome! She's friendly and she really seems to feed of her customer's energy. When we walk in with a "We know exactly what we want so don't try to sell us on it (or anything else), it's already sold" attitude, she doesn't play games. If we're being very straight to the point, so is she. If we're walking around lingering, so is she. Nothing ever feels pushy which I appreciate so much. Ask for Irma if you're shopping or browsing here. The customer service at this place is pretty much the most important factor to me, but it's worth noting that the offer a wide variety of furniture, the furniture is quality stuff, their website doesn't show a fraction of what they offer (or prices... kind of ridic), delivery isn't expensive, they offer a 5 year warranty with pricing based on the cost of the piece, and they get your furniture to you as quickly as possible.

    Very family friendly market…read more We went on a Sunday. The live music just finished there first set, but there was classic rock blastin' in the meantime. Plenty of food options... not much parking that's convenient. You would best overshoot the Walmart parking and after their last entrance on Mesa St., park, and then walk back to the Market. The vendors are super friendly and I certainly didn't feel any pressure to buy anything, but there was a lot of quality stuff. It's not entirely overwhelming, and you can see everything they have and try anything you want in about an hour's time with no rush. All the vendors are ready for contactless payment, but they take cash too. if you need cash, an ATM is close by. The food trucks are towards the front, and the vendor tents are well organized into columns along the center of the market. Everybody from the vendors to the market goers were all friendly and at around noon, the market was bustlin' but not overly busy. We bought some farm fresh honey. The kids were amazed by the 3D printed creations, the freeze dried candies, and the desserts available at the market. The kids also were entertained at the Build a Pen vendor. They spent a good 10 minutes deciding on the various bobbles to personalize their new pens. it was fun.
