On my first visit, I asked for assistance with finding an item. I got the run around with a few employees telling me that wasn't their department. Today, I had my items standing at the checkout line with the green light on, meaning that line was open. Nobody came over after a few minutes. Then, when the cashier walked up, she walked past me to a different register and started to look up an item without acknowledging me or saying anything whatsoever. After a minute or two, I left the items on the counter and headed towards the door. When the cashier saw that I was leaving, she let me know that she was assisting a customer with a price check. I told her that was fine. However, since she neglected to acknowledge me prior to me deciding to leave, I decided to purchase my items at a store that provides better customer service.
