When the movers came I asked them to be careful with my hardwood flooring. They were extremely lazy and decided to still drag the furniture across my floor causing the flooring to be scraped and lifted. I repeated myself AGAIN and told them to be careful & they scraped my flooring AGAIN in three other areas. They were not apologetic and told me to call the store about the issue. When I called the store they didn't offer to repair the damages, they instead offered to give me a rug to cover up the damages. Which does me no good because my apartment will keep my security deposit in the long haul upon move out. The manager Mohad was very rude and told me that I was lying about the situation. I even offered him to come to my home and view it and he refused. This was a terrible experience & very unfair. I will never shop here or recommend this place to anyone.

I notified them and they said they would keep the recliners at their store until we were ready for them. They were very sympathetic to our situation and assured us that the chairs would be safe and available when the time was right for delivery. We were very greatful for their help.
