I had a horrible shopping experience at this place. I had placed an order online for some clearance baskets for a next day pick up. I go into the store to claim my purchase and the lady at the register kindly calls the back and no one answers. Basically I had to wait 30 minutes for anyone to bring the basket. The store clerk that brought them was rude, annoying and just dumped them in my arms and told me to sign. Not even 30 seconds later I realized that all three baskets are busted up, they are broken in multiple easily visible spots. So here I am waiting in line for a refund and then i have to wait for a manager to help and she tells me I have to come back because I have to wait and come back the next day for the transaction to go through. At this point I'm livid and tell her I can't I live 30 minutes away and she refunds me reluctantly. Customer service at this place is not existent and I will never go back to this store. The negative experience is not worth the value of the purchase, especially if they don't have enough sense to not sell you damaged items. read more
