    Price on THIER webpage that they wouldn't match

    I called yesterday with the item number and the person I spoke with was friendly. I told him the prices at Rossos furniture ($100 cheaper) and the guy told me that they price match and that he could actually beat anybody else his price. So I went into the store today and I had the item numbers written down. The guy that was there showed us the two couches that I had written down. They were much bigger than I thought so I looked around. There was a recliner couch that I really liked but it was priced at $1021. I had asked if there was a manual one that was cheaper because this is out of my price range. He pointed to one that was near it and I sat on it but it was much harder than the first one. I once again asked him if they do price matching and he said yes. I also asked if they have a military discount since the Navy exchange carries Ashley Furniture. But they do not have a military discount. So of course I looked up on the Internet to price match. I showed him what I found and he said I would have to pay additional $200 for shipping. I showed him the webpages that the same couch was priced at $791.78, $819.99 and even $831.99 on Ashley webpage. I showed this to the guy saying that the guy yesterday and he told me that they price match and this is even the Ashley HomeStore webpage for $200 less. He had the excuse saying that each store is individually owned. I said oh so in reality you're not gonna do price match so why do you tell people youll price match when you don't. He said he could do the $831 and $199 delivery, I said thats still over $1000. I told him that's fine I'll go somewhere else. This place is just greedy. They tell you they will price match to get you in the door but yet not follow through. I won't be back and nor would I recommend this place

    Great recliners fits perfectly in the space. Not to oversized either. Just over $2000 but was well worth it

    Always a pleasure trying to find the right piece of furniture or home decor here. The Ashley furniture employees always make it easy. The customer service is excellent and I never have trouble reaching anyone on the phone either. My husband and I purchased these recliners because they were just what we were looking for and even had an option to have them delivered and set up in our living room. We adore them and now Ashley furniture as well. They make it easy and pleasurable.

    Five drawer chest

    Went to Ashley HomeStore to buy a complete California king bedroom set. Only needed just the headboard because we have an adjustable bed set, but also needed two end tables, a dresser, and a five drawer chest. We were helped by Mariela Olvera and she did an excellent job of answering our questions and pricing numerous combinations before we finally chose our set. Mariela was professional and friendly. They also negotiated some discounts at the end. Would definitely recommend.

    My husband and I came during the COVID months and I was happy to see that all the employees were wearing masks and there was a sanitation station in every corner. Joe, our salesperson, was so great to work with. He was never pushy and gave us plenty of time to think and discuss things over privately. So far our experience has been really pleasant. I will update my review later once we receive our furniture, so that I can give you all details regarding shipping times and the "white-glove" delivery.

    I visit Ashley's to check out some dining room chairs, the sells clerk was somewhat helpful but didn't know his pricing very well. Let me start by saying they told me the chairs that I wanted were Were $309.95 each, when in fact the were that price for the set of TWO!They were trying to price gouge I didn't appreciate the dishonesty of this establishment. Check you prices! Stay away from this outlet as they are not very honest. I was very disappointed as I wanted to support local business but can NOT support an establishment that wants to over price you.

This is our 2nd Sleep number bed and we love it more than we did the first one we purchased years and years ago. However, this may be your last as the experience I had now twice with Synchrony is the absolute worst. With our first bed we were charged a late fee for a payment due to a misunderstanding on the 0% interested rates. I was upset at their handling and the fact that customer service is almost non existent that I paid the bed in full. Fast forward to February 2026... we wanted one of the more expensive warm/cooling beds. I was prepared to pay the full amount but was convinced that I should just set up monthly auto payments. That made a lot of sense so as soon as my new Synchrony credit card arrive I set it up for auto payments. Funny tho as I continued to receive emails from Synchrony that I hadn't set up auto pay. This got my attention so I went on line and saw I was indeed set up so I felt I was good. I continued to receive these emails so I called Synchrony customer service and sat on hold for 32 minutes before a person with a thick Indian accent answered. When I explained my concern he told me he could see I was set up for auto pay and they send those emails to everyone. That's just crazy! First month of auto pay worked like a gem...This morning I awoke to find my checking account and other related accounts were empty because Synchrony took the full balance as the auto pay. I was absolutely crazed and frantic!!! I sat on hold for 44 minutes and 39 seconds before yet another person with a heavy Indian accent answered and when I told her what had occurred she offered to send me back the money. That's just crazy! I told her to cancel the CC as the bed was now fully paid off and Synchrony had already caused me penalties from 3 difference banking/financial accounts. My purpose in writing this is to let people know that Sleep Numbers 0% interest promotion may be more painful than you expect. Sleep number's relationship with synchrony is lousy to say the least and in my opinion does not bode well at all for Sleep Number and its awesome products since this is the 2nd incident with that relationship that has caused me tremendous grief and distrust of of their CC relationship.

    To start with, I would say that the product itself is very good. The issue comes with customer…read moreservice which is horrible. I bought a sleep number mattress in November of 2023 without a base. They came a month later to deliver and set up the mattress. They do not allow you to choose what time they will arrive and do not let you know when your 3 hour window is until 2 days before arrival. This barely gives you enough time to arrange your schedule for them. Additionally, there customer service is back east and only available during their business hours. Which means if you live on the west coast and actually have a job, it is very difficult to contact them and talk with someone. Clearly, they do not value their west coast customers. This year in November, I went back to the store and ordered a flexible base for my mattress. Again, over a month until delivery, this time it was on a day I wasn't working, so the time frame was not difficult to adjust to. However, when they delivered it, it did not function properly. The people that delivered it were supposed to contact customer services and let them know the issue, order the part and then contact me the next day to reschedule the delivery and repair. No one called me the next day, so I had to leave work early the next day so that I could call customer service myself. I scheduled and new appointment, this time on a day that I was working. I asked them to schedule it in the afternoon, so that I didn't have to take time off work. They said they would put that into the order. 2 days before my delivery, I received and text message saying my delivery window was between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. Not what I had asked for. I ended up having to take a day off work. When the people came to work on my bed. They did not know why they were there. they thought I had an entire bed and frame that had been delivered but not set up. So, once again, it did not work because they did not have the part with them to fix my bed. I had to reschedule again. Once again it was a day that I had to work and I requested again that it be in the afternoon so that I didn't have to take another day off work for what was there mistake. Once again, 2 days before I received a text telling me that the arrival window is between 7:00 am and 10:00 am. I called customer service on my way to work the next day. They told me they had no way of contacting the delivery/set-up people to change the time, only to change the date, which of course would be at least 2 weeks later with no guarantee of when the time frame for them showing up would be. And of course no offer to make it up to me financially or any other way.This is now nearly 3 months since I bought the flexible frame and it is still not working. This is easily the worst customer service I have ever been involved with. If you have a choice to buy from from someone else, I suggest that you do.
