    Ashley Furniture - Ongoing Nightmare I placed an online order with Ashley Furniture on July 4, 2025, for a sectional sleeper sofa and ottoman. July 11 - Ottoman delivered no issue. July 30 - Only one sectional piece delivered. The other was reported broken and never loaded. August 14 - The missing piece (Marelton left-arm facing sleeper sofa, 5530510) was delivered broken. I sent photos via text, chat, and emailed. Since then, I've been chasing Ashley for answers: Aug 14 - Reported issue through multiple channels. Aug 19 - Told I'd be contacted within 48 hours. I wasn't. Aug 21 - Told replacement was approved and I'd get a call with delivery date. No call Aug 25 - I emailed. No response. Sept 5 - Called. First rep said she couldn' help since it was an online order. Transferred, then told case number closed and a new case had been opened. Put on hold, &disconnected. Called back told the new case was closed. Put on hold,disconnected At this point, Ashley Furniture has delivered me broken furniture, closed multiple service cases without resolution, and failed to provide any replacement. I simply want what I paid for: A new, undamaged sleeper sofa (5530510) This level of service is unacceptable. Customers deserve better.

    2nd cushion

    I made a large purchase from Ashley at the Green Valley location. i included the extended warranty on all pieces. After 3 months of use, the couch and loveseat showed excessive wear, including pilling, pulled threads and worn armrests. Upon contact, I provided requested pictures and their response was that it was normal wear. Are you kidding me? I'm a 70 year old woman that uses the furniture to sit, read and watch a bit of TV! I then called customer service and spoke with a very apologetic young woman. She sent me her email and requested that I send additional photos and she would resubmit my request. It has now been a week and a half with no response. I have since canceled my extended warranty and will never set foot in their store again. The service is shameful. Once I walked out the door after paying for my purchase they were done with me.

    Dated sales receipt from Ashley Home Store for adjustable bed and 10-year warranty which is not being honored

    Trying to help a lady recovering from chemotherapy. She purchased a BTX4QN BedTech adjustable bed from the Ashley Home Store in Sahuarita AZ in March of 2020. She paid $159.99 for a 10-year warranty. The bed controls stopped working well over a year ago, and she has been unable to get any help with the problem since it occurred. She still has the receipt. I have recently stepped in to help but cannot seem to connect with the right people. The problem always seems to belong to someone besides Ashley Home Store (they keep saying Sam Levitz), but the receipt clearly shows that Ashley Home Store sold the bed and the warranty. I will gladly remove this review if we get the help we need to make the bed work properly again. If not, I will be contacting the BBB and local investigative reporters.

January 6, 2021 was start date & completed by January 20, 2021. We did wait 4-5 additional weeks for shades which we knew about in advance. Kudos to Cory the GC. No surprises. Shot out to all the installers Justin & Tyler for the education and top block install. Note: We asked Cindy that we wanted a start date that would get all the demo & installs done in a row. That happened. Now with a broken arm that keeps me at home - that space is a welcome addition! THANKS

    I purchased a Napoleon Bar b que off the floor in October. They delivered it to my patio already…read moreput together. After examining it, I realized there were bolts, and many parts missing. I immediately called the store and reported the missing items. I was told the parts would be ordered and someone would get back to me. I have since called 4 or 5 times and was promised it would be taken care of. Now, they don't even return any of my calls.
