My family and I had an excellent experience here. There is a good sized selection of furniture to choose from. It is a dual location, with regular pricing and selections on the first floor and clearance & outlet selections on the second floor. On the first floor you can find some floor model items with deep discounts, as well, but most of the savings priced items are upstairs. The furniture upstairs is a very mixed lot. Some of the items are really in pretty bad shape. Very stained, torn, and/or worn. I was honestly surprised they would even try selling some of the pieces. However, there were also a few items in good shape mixed in for a nice discount. We did end up finding a nice oversized chair, just what we were looking for, for an EXCEPTIONAL price. We saw a salesperson walking by and called him over and he was really so excellent. He said he was the manager and I wish I'd gotten his name to mention, cause he was so wonderful. Very down to earth and kind, and really worked with us to get us a great deal and help our family save some money. A really good, stand up guy. Also a special mention to the man who was working upstairs. He overheard my husband and I questioning some things and he chimed in and offered great information to help us in our decision making. Really helpful guy and I appreciates him. They do not do delivery for floor models but they have people they work with to get it delivered and the manager who helped us quickly got us arranged with a delivery person who was also such a great guy. Really hardworking and pleasant to deal with. We got our new chair delivered the same day, within a few hours after leaving the store. I would highly recommend this store based on my experience with the manager and the delivery person. I haven't received such wonderful service in quite a while here in Miami. Update: RUN and NOT WALK... By pass this store for your shopping needs... My family and I purchased over $7,000.00 at the Ashely Furniture.Store in Sunrise Furniture. Upon delivery today November 12, 2025, we encountered several problems with our delivery. One major issue is when someone purchases an item and they are NOT informed properly by our sales person. After contacting Ashley Furniture and speaking with Guy it was a waste of time, especially for someone who identify themselves as upper management. He would NOT take ownership that his employee made a mistake with NOT advising us properly regarding the adjustable base for our new bed. He had such an uncaring attitude and referred me to customer service. After speaking with a Customer Service, the rep filed a complaint against the employee. I did not want to file a complaint, but Guy the manager gave me know choice; because of him not showing empathy. I do NOT want the adjustable base, because it was NOT explained properly of how it work.. I have NEVER own one before, so one should not ASSUME that I know how it works. Guy sound ignorant, because he made it seem as if he was present during our conversation with the sales person, stating that they train ALL their employees on how to sell there merchandise. I purchased a coffee table in August of 2021. I was told it would take about 2 months to receive it and I was patient. Fast forward to March of 2022 and there is still no table in sight. I called to speak to the manager on several occasions and was told he would get back to me; I never got his call. After waiting 7 months I called and cancelled my order out of frustration and terrible customer service. No one apologized, the manager never called, I didn't get an explanation; nothing was done to fix the issue. I was sent a check with the amount that I payed but I truly don't feel that it was enough. I will not be shopping at any Ashley furniture and will make sure to warn anyone who is even remotely interested in shopping there. I'm still really shocked of the experience I had at this location. I came here to buy some chairs with my elderly grandma. As soon as we entered the store the employees were kind until we were directed upstairs. The Lady we spoke to did her hardest to assist us. We found some chairs that we really liked that were on clearance. Since one of the chairs had a lot of scratches we needed a managers authorization to proceed checking out. The manager that works upstairs. Hispanic gentleman, Glasses, and full beard was very rude. There was no one in the store and the manger told us we had to wait 10 minutes while he moved some furniture around for a "guest". Keep in mind we were the only people in the store at that moment. We witnessed him taking care of new guest that were Hispanic but my 88 year old black grandmother wasn't priority? My grandma has bad knees and was in pain while waiting for this gentleman. He couldn't stop what he was doing for 2 minutes just to sign off using his authorization code. I've worked in retail management for 6 years. I have never witnessed such rude and disrespect coming from a work business. I do not recommend anyone this racist establishment!!!!! read more

You get everything and he tells you that besides the 6,000 plus your already spending you need 2 box springs you don't need! Speaking to a manager this is something they love to do even if you don't need them! When going in store the sales rep was very helpful. We were in doubt if the dimensions of the couch and dinner table would fit well our new place, but we were encouraged to placed the order and if needed we could adjust the purchase or even cancel to get refunded. I have emailed the sales rep a day later telling him that we had to adjust the purchase, emailed him several times and never heard back. I have called numerous times and he never picks my calls. Finally, last week I have called the store and guess what "my sales rep wasn't available", I demanded someone helping me over the phone because they gotta be kidding me asking me to call over an over. Because of this neglect I decided to cancel my order. The lady confirmed my purchased was cancelled. Today, a week later, I still never got contacted by the sales rep, nor received an email with the cancellation confirmation, nor received my refund. I had to call again, and the person who picked the call told me that I had to call tomorrow that was a business day to address this matter. SERIOUSLY what's wrong with this people?! I have found another store to shop furniture (one of the places is Ashley Fort Lauderdale with a much better customer service) to my new house and will never go back to Ashley Hialeah location. I was planning to adjust my sales and still keep my order with that store location. If you decide to purchase from this store BEWARE. The salesmen, customer service representatives and managers are all incompetent and disgraceful. They are suspicious and participate in unethical business practices. What they are running is a circus where they treat their own customers as clowns. I purchased a dining room set on October 24 2019 (6 pieces) with a delivery date of Nov 2 2019. The DISPLAYED dining room set in the showroom was a high top table with 4 swivel chairs and two black bar stools. I was told by the salesman- Miguel T, that the bar stools would be received by Nov 5 2019. I later received a call prior to the delivery date of Nov 2 2019 that the table I purchased along with the bar stools will not be delivered. The salesman encouraged me to accept the chairs with no table or 2 bar stools; I of course declined. The salesman during this call even proceeded to justify and explain that I will not receive a dining room table because there was a larger AND more important order that they had to fulfill. The salesman later calls me to tell me they would deliver the entire dining room set by Nov 9 2019. On Nov 7 2019, I received a call from the delivery manager who notifies me that I will now only receive the dining room table, 2 swivel chairs and two upholstered chairs. He explains he does not have an order for the two bar stools. I was told by the salesman I would have my entire dining room set including bar stools on Nov 9 2019. I proceed to call the main store 305-819-1794. My call is received by a customer service representative by the name of Carmen A. She agreed to investigate the order and return my call. She returns my call within 30 minutes (fantastic) and tells me that the store received BRAND NEW black barstools yesterday and she will place the aside for me. She assures me the bar stools are brand new. I explained to her if they are not or if they are the ones from the showroom we are not interested in the dining room set and will proceed with cancelling the order. She agrees to discount the delivery for the inconvenience and REASSURES me the bar stools are brand new. Due to the fact the store and its representatives have been inconsistent for 3 weeks now, I go to the store with my husband, tour the entire showroom on Nov 7 2019. I identified the dining room set and only see the table with 4 swivel chairs. The bar stools are no longer on display in the showroom as they initially were when we placed the order on Oct 24 2019. My husband and I approach customer service and notify the staff we are there to pick up the barstools. They take us to the back to the wrapped bar stools. I asked the employees in the warehouse to unwrap the bar stools. We find the bar stools damaged, scratched and definitely not in a new condition as assured by the customer service rep- Carmen A. The employees in the warehouse and Carmen admit they took the bar stools from the showroom when I explained to her very clearly earlier that I was not interested in the bar stools from the showroom. I proceed with cancelling the order. The general manager by the name of "David" sits in front of his computer the entire time and does not even have the courtesy to apologize for the inconvenience, the wasted time and effort. I call the corporate office #954-718-3344. I reported everything that occurred and was notified by the corporate office that the store should not sell anything in the showroom unless agreed upon by the customer!!!!! I notify the corporate office that was not the case at all. She agreed to send the report to the CEO of the company, which I truly hope investigates the unethical business practices and schemes occurring in this store. I will *never* purchase from Ashley Furniture again. I spent over $2,000 on a couch, and paid for a 3 year warranty so that the purchase could be protected. The sales rep, Luis Escalera, stated that the warranty was all inclusive, covering damage made by pets or children, if I wanted to replace the chaise to the other side, etc. All things mentioned just to complete a sale, but when you try to submit your first claim, customer service has a completely different memo. A technician came to my house and bluntly told me any damage he reports to be fixable/covered is charged directly to him as a third party. Im sure that doesn't incline him to catalog many damages as covered. The most customer service offered me was $100 off my next purchase...after I spent $2,000 on a couch that didn't last a year. MIND YOU, when I first got the furniture, I immediately sent my rep an email about 2 defective items and that the delivery personnel left skid marks on the floor. That was ignored. All around I've been lied to and neglected as a customer, which gives me no desire to purchase other furniture from here again. Well I am so happy I saw the advertisement that a New 100,000sq foot showroom just opened with 70% Clearance sale...as soon as I walked in, Gigi greeted me and it was all over after that...she really knew what she was doing and the selection of styles and financing blew my mind. In one day I picked out all the furniture for my home and it was delivered the next day....They actually gave me the option to have it all delivered SAME day but that would have been too much. Hi, I came into the store to make my purchase because online was not offering assembly. But before I arrived I called the day before to confirm that the beds I wanted were in stock. I asked for a quote with delivery and assembly. The young lady I spoke to gave me a quote of $79.00 for delivery and assembly. When I came into the store the following day The sales rep Lazaro was not only rude but also unhelpful. I came in knowing already what I wanted he took me straight to the beds and insisted I get insurance. I told him if it fit into my credit limit I would love to purchase the insurance. He said delivery and installation was going to be $99.00, I told him I was already quoted $79.00 and said the person that quoted me that amount was on vacation. I asked will he be able to honor that price he said no. I told him ok no problem I'll go somewhere else. Nonchalantly he said ok and then replied you can order it on line and assemble it yourself . I said are you really going to miss a sale and let me walk away for $20.00. I then asked to speak to the manager and the manager honored the $79.00 deliver and assembly. When we were processing the order I asked questions on a particular item hanging on the wall and Lazaro said he did not know what it was or how much it was, he did not care. I was interested in purchasing it but he was not helpful he acted like he wanted me out that store. Not only was I promised the $79.00 delivery but also a delivery on 02/10/2020 which I had to take off from work to wait for "Lazaro said the delivery can happen anytime from 9-9pm and if no one is home and I miss the delivery I will be charged $100.00". I noticed when I got home I was reading my invoice and they charged me the $99.00 instead of $79.00 and I checked on my delivery and the rep stated my delivery was not scheduled for today, it wasn't actually scheduled at all. So I had to schedule it with her on the phone. I wanted to purchase the insurance but It was over my limit by like $20.00 , I realize now that if I wasn't charged the $99.00 delivery I would have probably had enough for the insurance.
