    I responded to Ashley's request to contact them to find a resolution for my complaint below. However their immediate response was that they would do nothing to either repair or replace the table. When I asked them to send someone out to see the table, they refused and said I should contact the warranty provider. This is unacceptable because my issue is not with the warranty but with the furniture MADE BY ASHLEY FURNITURE. They are refusing to stand behind the quality of their product, which, frankly is overpriced and subpar. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR FURNITURE. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE THIS MORE.

    I spent several months fighting for my full reimbursement (almost $4,000.00 cash) of furniture that I waited over a year to receive!!! After an entire year waiting I am still waiting on my delivery fee to be reimbursed after I was promised I would receive it! No one who takes my calls nor in the store "has authorization" to do anything so I continue to fight CS for updates and my money! Lastly I find it odd how their phone service always resorts to them hanging up because "they can not hear me" and don't ever call me back on the phone number they confirm for this very reason! Great tactic to push people away Ashley Furniture!

    Solid wood bed from Ashley Furniture came apart. Not good quality.

    I wish I could give this company zero stars. I've been so let down by them. After writing a review about my broken solid wood bed frame, someone in Ashley's management team reached out to me stating they wanted to resolve the issue. I contacted the phone number via text and was connected to a person who eventually told me a replacement piece for my bed would be sent out as a one time courtesy to me. After waiting weeks, the piece never came. I contacted the same number, again via text, to which the person on the other end informed me that they would NOT actually send me the piece as they'd stated. I was baffled, seeing as though Ashley Furniture reached out to me to resolve the matter! I am so disheartened by this experience and will never shop at Ashley Furniture again. Customer service is not valued here.

    Great furniture selections. Service for the most part is good, definitely not great though. Online shopping is cool, the online person usually is based at the main store, I believe in Pearland. The value is pretty good especially when they have a sale. The quality of the furniture is great. I'd purchase more if the delivery wasn't an issue. Be prepared for delivery issues from my experience. Either they tell you yes your item is in stock and available for delivery, but the delivery is stalled from a week to over two months. The customer is given a variety of reasons from the order must have been given to another customer, it should be in in a few days, it's back ordered, or they deliver part of the order, because the rest was left at the warehouse. Additionally, as the customer you'll have to do the follow up and calls to track your order and delivery. Mind this will be via several store and warehouse managers. Extremely frustrating! No apology or compensation for information not being historically correct. The lack caused great hardship. Also, if during this process, you want to cancel your order, I was told I'd be charged a restocking fee, for something that I didn't create. ‍ So as a customer, I'd only be interested in a cash and carry type of transaction, which is sad, because I do see several other pieces I'd be interested in. I've given them two opportunities and both had issues. I don't like the feeling of being held hostage.

    Very poor customer service. Derek and Moli pretended that an item was in available and stock. They…read morenever let me see the computer screen. I paid cash for a 7 piece dining set. Four days later. The only communication was a few hours before the delivery time advising they just realized that the item was out of stock. When I requested a refund. I was told that the owner would call shortly. I never received a call. I believe that I was setup so they could get commission. The BBB gave them an F rating for this type of situation 47 times which I didn't know about until after the purchase.
