Never going to buy anything from here! Went by earlier today with my wife and the young lady was very nice as my wife and I were shopping around to buy some mattresses. She was very informative and we let her know right away we weren't interested in making any purchases today but simply looking around. We were the only ones in this empty store on a Saturday and now I know why. As we were getting ready to leave, one of the other salesman was being very pushy asking us rather personal questions and even to the point of trying to insult us. He was working hard to push us to buy and to tell us why they're the best in every category. I tried to be polite and kept trying to answer his million questions without ever being rude to him and clearly stating "I'm good right now and just shopping around". But he kept on pushing the button to the point it was making us feel uncomfortable and the other nice lady has to pull my wife away from the conversation. The salesman should've just said, "Hey, here's my card. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call..." He shouldn't have tried to keep me there. Even when I said I'm good, he tried to give me an entire speech about why people don't always buy a product and why he had a solution for it. Needless to say, I was a very prospective customer willing to make the investment in a mattress here but not anymore. I don't like to be insulted or be pushed into making any decisions. Buying a 3000 dollar mattress is an investment and don't want to buy right away. read more

Customer service is everything to me when it comes to a successful business. I see how Mattress Firm has become so successful in such a small amount of time. My wife and I needed to purchase a mattress for our bedroom. We were first going to compare pricing with other stores. After a demonstration from Brittany and Vince we were sold on how professional they were and how nice there were. We felt very comfortable in the whole process and with easy credit approval it was now question that we were going to become customers. It just goes to show how customer service can really help a business become so successful. Thank you Brittany and Vince for a great experience. We will definitely refer you to our friends and family. I went into this store based on a recommendation from a friend.She suggested that I speak with Troy Williams. He was friendly and welcomed me into the store. He took the time to ensure I was getting the quality of product that I desired. I expressed to him the amount of money that I wanted to spend and he showed me a great variety of mattresses and gave really good suggestions.I was pretty impressed with the knowledge he had about the products. The store has an amazing selection of beds and very low prices. They work with your budget even in a bad situation like I was in. Chris was my initial contact to help me with my warranty exchange. When Corporate finalized the approval, he and his DM Ben, who happened to be there the day of the exchange, upgraded me to a tempurpedic mattress and made this a smooth and enjoyable experience. these guys at that store are awesome and I would recommend them to anyboy. Had a great experience buying a Tempurpedic mattress at Mattress Firm. Great service, but not pushy. I understand that Tempurpedics have a set price but our sales woman added some excellent perks that we were very happy with:) It was delivered the next day. We love our new bed and pillows so much!
