She is super responsive and available even when she is not at the store, She helped with design and furniture selection! I also see that Arhaus doesn't have the best reviews on here and they only respond with a generic canned response (when they do) and apparently don't even respond to customers emails ‍ after asking for their info. Needed one cushion cover for an outdoor couch. Explained in detail exactly what I needed. Received a quote for 2000.00 for 1 pillow case. Oh... and a 299.00 for the pillow case. I was warned that service was beyond terrible so I queasy I should be mad at myself. At least the sales person I saw who said she would help told me to call the concierge. I purchased a sectional in March. I was told delivery would be October. I was fine with that. Oct, Nov, Dec, January came and went. Finally, I was called and told I had to pay the balance before they would ship it from Ohio! That was just part one. When asked about the second order, that was to arrive in Feb, they have to check on it. The people in the store are so nice, but they can do nothing for you when you need help with an order. You are required to place an order over the phone. They took a month and a half just to send me a QUOTE for a replacement cushion cover. I paid, and here I am 3 months later and apparently they are still waiting on me???? I am so angry, they won't let me talk to a manager, they don't offer me an expedited order, NOTHING! Came here to add a few things. 4 more weeks has passed, nothing new is happening even though I've called every week. The people that reach out to you on yelp from Arhaus don't actually reply, such a joke. Second, they do a lot of "emailing" and "checking", but no new information is ever found. And, I even called the store as a last resort and was just told by a salesperson that it doesn't do any good to complain to her, as she cut me off mid sentence. Basically, they don't care. Let me start by saying we had an incredible experience when we picked out and paid for over $12K worth of furniture that we still love! But when we came back and ordered a $4+K living room chair with ottoman, we received the chair with numerous leather defects and my wife didn't like it in our living room. The delivery guys notified their team, we notified the store and all was said to be OK...no restocking charge no worries! Well guess what that was over a month ago and still only the cost of the chair was credited back. Delivery fee, taxes (charged to my card several weeks prior to delivery I may add) and the credit card company has absolutely wore me out wanting payments! DONT BUY ARHAUS SOFA IF YOU WANT SOMETHING COMFORTABLE! Please rethink about considering Arhaus sofa. This store is so over inflated on design that they miss the key ingredient which is comfort. I purchased a sofa and it is the most uncomfortable sofa I have ever sat on. The customer service gives you the run around when you want to set up a return and when you do you also need to call the store. The sales person Paula told me she would call me back and did not. When I called back Paula answered and said I am downstairs let me go up and check a pick up date for you. When the call is pick up again her manager Holly is asking about the sofa as if trying to bully me into keeping it. She says you will be charged a 10% restocking fee and a pick up fee. This total is almost 2k. I only had the sofa two days. I am writing this for those who have dream of an Arhuas sofa please look anywhere else. Let my costly mistake at least help others. Like most people who have been buying furniture this year. I Was aware of the fact I would have to wait a few months for my pieces to come in. As the 8 week mark approached I contacted the sales associate who helped me and she told is there would be a minor delay. And a few weeks went on, more and more delays came. We stopped being updated, I was being told that the chairs I ordered in may would now be here in October. It was taking far too long and no one was being helpful. Finally I got a hold of someone named Bri, she went above and beyond to figure out our situation. And two weeks after speaking with her she got us our chairs! She did what no one else is that store was willing to do which was keep us updated along the way. This furniture store is located inside the mall by the Nordstrom entrances and is on both floors of the mall. Once inside you can take the stairs or elevator between floors. The styles are current with what many furniture stores are showing which is a combination of eclectic, modernized traditional and lots of wood available usually in three colors. The furniture is more geared in size for homes or larger roomy condos or apartments. This is Not Ikea sized furniture. They have a nice variety of the more modernized eclectic looks if that makes sense. Meaning it's not Henredon or traditional Louis Shank style but the quality is also not as finely crafted. It's not cheaply crafted but more casual quality traditional and eclectic which does not need the high quality smooth finishes. You can choose different fabrics for your beds which many are in stock. They carry furniture for all rooms of the home and home office. Many accent pieces are available in varying quality. I noticed the chandeliers were not Austrian crystal but mostly of a plastic or acrylic type material. Overall I enjoyed the store. My house is pretty well fully furnished with the exception of one room but I looked at almost everything in the store. They do have sales that change monthly usually and a sales associate told me sometimes they get word to put something on sale that day. Customer service varied from very good to so so. I had a fairly knowledgeable sales associate walk with me throughout most of the store but when she had to go home and I wanted to wander on my own for awhile no sales associate was to be found on either floor or at the customer service desk upstairs. Maybe they had a meeting or they all went to dinner break? Who knows but it felt kinda weird walking around with no one to ask a couple questions too. Also two other groups of people were looking for a sales associate along with me because we had questions. During my experience at the store the sales associates that did help me were nice but it was obvious later on that some knew a lot more than others. I did not purchase anything yet. I am a bit concerned if I purchase furniture though after reading the Galleria reviews both shown and screened. Hopefully the company is working out those problems. read more

if I could give ZERO stars to this store, I would! We purchased 4, very expensive leather recliners from this Woodlands Arhaus location. We selected the exact leather & wood combination for these chairs. They were delivered to our vacation home in Colorado. Since we are only there for 3-4 weeks in the Summer and a couple of weeks at CHRISTmas, each year, these chairs have barely been used. One of them has a worn place on the foot piece that is very obviously NOT leather. I'm 67 years old and have been sitting in the same recliner almost every day for 9 years and it shows zero wear on the footrest. I sent an email, thru their customer service link, & was told they'd get back with me in 24-48 hours. Two weeks later I sent a second email to say no one had contacted me. The response to THAT email was to say they were escalating my claim and would get with me shortly. Again, no one responded. After a month of waiting, I called them to discuss these chairs which clearly have been made with something that is NOT leather. I've sent them pictures, CLOSE UPS, of the areas that are wearing, after very little use, and they refuse to admit that they make chairs out of substandard materials. We are extremely frustrated that we were duped by this company and did not get the leather chairs that we paid several thousand dollars each for. Customer service refuses to help. We will never again shop at an Arhaus store nor will we recommend them to our friends, for fear that we'd cause them this same level of frustration. In my few transactions/visits to the physical store, it hasn't been "that bad." The first time I went, I wasn't greeted - it was almost as if I was deliberately ignored... Maybe my love of shopping in sweats, sneakers/flip flops, and a teeshirt just doesn't ring "$$$" for such an expensive establishment. That being said - maybe it was just a bad day to visit, because after that - the experiences changed and my same demeanor/shopping attire hasn't changed, but the male reps I've dealt with have been super helpful and professional... Can't say the same for the ladies I've had the pleasure (or maybe displeasure) in encountering. Either way - I give this location 4 stars. Mainly because I LOVE Arhaus and because it's the closest location to me. It's tastefully decorated, staged accordingly and if I am looking for something in particular, usually I can find it in this store. I love Arhaus products and the warmth they emit in my home....I don't think the products are OVERLY priced - although some pieces (relics) can cost a pretty penny. If you like one-offs, you will probably find a few here collecting some dust at a reasonable price... you just gotta dig and sometimes wait it out.... Overall, the furniture I have purchased in the past and most recently has lived up to my expectations and the concierge support has also. I most recently had a table arrive damaged (after a 16 week order lead time no less) and they were super helpful in getting that addressed and rushed on the re-order. For that - they've earned a keep from my business. Like I said - the pieces are beautiful, well crafted, and handled with care (for the most part). Horrible customer service & worse product. Do Not purchase the Jackson rug. It had multiple pilling issues immediately which did not diminish in 6 months. When it was professionally cleaned at my house, for an up charge because of the natural fibers, the technician was shocked that the rug was less than 6 months old. He said it showed extreme wear & tear and fiber breakdown. The result was a very large looking "stain/discoloration" that was not improved by the cleaning at an increased price. read more

I've read the other reviews, and I would like to point out that people who say that it is too expensive and takes too long....there are cheaper, faster options out there to fit your short term needs, absolutely, but Arhaus furniture is a long term investment. I've worked with Claira for years. She always takes great care of me and my clients (I'm a designer). She lets us know exactly what to expect, always follows up, and always has great ideas to add to projects. The trade program has changed in the last couple of years, to the benefit of honest designers. Designers can no longer purchase items at a "super secret discount" and mark it up to whatever they want to sell it at to make a profit. My clients expect more integrity from me than that. Whether you're looking for a simple look, or you really want to go "out there", Claira knows Arhaus product and procedures inside and out. She will make sure your clients have the best experience possible by being honest with them and making sure they know what options are available to them that fit their needs. She makes herself available to me and my clients, and quickly addresses questions and concerns. If I have a client that needs something right away, she makes sure she only shows them items that are in stock. If I have a client that is building, and won't be ready for delivery for a year or more, she is more than happy to have the warehouse hold those items with a deposit until the client is ready. The worst service ever. First of all, you have to wait 2-3 months for delivery and be prepared to arrange the delivery yourself. I used Claira in the Woodlands. She was anxious to take my order and set up a designer account (for sales) but when it came to actually doing any of the work to make special considerations for a commercial client at Hughes Landing, she was hands off. She then made snarky remarks that it was basically not her job type of attitude and will wish you well with making your own arrangements for actually getting the furniture. So plan on calling a third party delivery company out of MN and get voice mails and no returned calls and then when you finally reach them, you find out much later that Arhaus put the sales order under the clients name - not even my name who paid for and purchased the furniture. When I explained that its a commercial client they later set up a delivery time frame prior to--within business hours. The manager, Shaun was given a heads of of my disappointment of lack of his store's service, and it was a chalk up to "oh, I'll have a talk with the sales person." I won't bother ordering from this store again. There is too much confusion as to getting the furniture to the client - when majority of their furniture is not purchased off the floor, they should be experts at arranging deliveries for designers and customers. read more

This is a beautiful store and I fell in love with the Charlotte armchair. I ordered 2 of them and the sales person was very nice taking the order. However, when I called her the next day with a question, she did not return my call. I had to call the store and speak to another sales associate...a little warning bell went off. This furniture is not exactly cheap, even with the sale price, I wound up spending $2,000. When they arrived, I noticed the quality is above average - but it's not great compared to my Restoration Hardware furniture. The chairs will be fine in my living room but I can't really give them an A...more of a B+. This is due to the quality of the construction of the pillows, they are acceptable but not the highest quality I would say, there are some areas unevenly sewed and stuffed. Also, some of the stuffing at the back of the chair was unevenly done, almost as if they were on a deadline....and hurried a little too fast. I'm sure my visitors won't notice...but I do, I have to live with them. However, I like them well enough to keep them. The burlap is a beautiful warm beige color and the bottom cushions are reversible and of a nice velvet fabric. I bought the gray color, it's very pretty and rich. The wood frame is really pretty and the brass nailheads add a nice touch. Would I buy from them again? Probably not, I'll continue buying from RH. read more

Arhhaus, is an amazing place to get your high end & unique furniture. Their pieces are handmade and not mass produced like other companies. Which I despise because usually when it is mass produced it can have some major defects. Arhaus, has amazing sales for the great pieces you purchase. I love how they have so many versatile themes. I see people are complaining about it being too pricey. Makes me laugh, as you can instantly tell it's high end items sold there. If you're not prepared to buy something in a high end store then don't walk in. Simple as that. Some of the reviews on here are laughable. I don't understand how people get upset by Arhaus not "helping deliver" FLOOR items to your vehicles. First off, you're shopping for furniture in the MALL! I understand if you went to like Gallery Furniture or Rooms To Go and that happened. However, majority of there items are purchased online and then delivered to your home. There's no mass stock in the back room for them to just pull it out. I feel like people fail to realize what kind of place they're in and then complain when they expect a certain type of service that is not provided at this establishment. They tell you up front that they do NOT help load items and tell you to make necessary arrangements. They also provide you with a local company as reference because they're familiar with their items. I'm sorry but that to me is beyond understandable. Plus, if I know I want to purchase a large item I get my husband. Lol Their customer service is impeccable and the mood there is amazing. There's nobody there that's rude or hassling you to purchase something. It's a great and professional atmosphere when you walk in. 5 stars all the way! I actually wandered in because I had time to kill at The Woodlands Mall. I had admired the furniture through the window & we were discussing replacing furniture we'd had for 30+ years. (It was quality but had served its purpose.) We were warmly greeted by Rhonda who let us wander freely, making herself available for questions. We thought about it a few days & went back to purchase. She was wonderful & even gave us her cell phone number so we could contact her with any questions or concerns. They had so many beautiful sofa options & it was tough to choose. We finally chose the Landsbury 3-piece sectional & a fantastic, oversized ottoman that serves as a coffee table with 2 wooden trays that store underneath. We got the sofa in the stocked color but because we wanted to change the fabric on the ottoman (loved the stock fabric but wanted darker) we had to order & wait a couple of months. This was unfortunate but it was worth the wait! The purchase was easy & they offered free interest for a year. I've seen other reviews that talk about the high prices but this is high end, quality furniture & you get what you pay for. And... look out for sales because we got 40% off!! We easily set up automatic payments online. We went back when we realized we'd need a new rug. We love the rug SO much! It's perfect with the sofa & is a comfortable, natural fiber. The furniture & rug quality is wonderful. Everything arrived in tip top condition & the delivery guys were helpful, kind & accommodating. I had to run out & catch them when I realized I needed help plugging extension cords into a floor outlet under the sofa. They were gracious & patient. We'd definitely purchase from Arhaus again. Great style displayed in a fabulous showroom with helpful staff. However upon delivery it was another story. The couch was completely messed up and stuffing was coming out of an open seam on one chair. After speaking to the manager, a new couch and chair will be delivered two weeks from now. Really disappointed with my experience shopping at Arhaus. I have always loved the furniture displayed in the store so during a recent sale my husband and I decided to purchase a media cabinet regularly priced around $3,000. When receiving the delivery about 3 weeks later the cabinet was the wrong color and also damaged. So we ended up sending it back and having a second cabinet delivered. Another 3+ weeks later we got the second shipment and once AGAIN the cabinet was delivered damaged. We decided to keep the second cabinet after speaking to a sales associate who said that they would give us our $150 delivery fee back and an extra 10% which they said would total $387. However when we got our credit it was only for $323. Apparently they did the math wrong when they quoted us $387 and we admittedly never double checked the numbers until receiving the smaller credit. Overall extremely disappointed with the service as well as the product. Not to mention, since having the cabinet we have continued to find more imperfections and issues with it. read more
