If I had it to do all over again, I pass or wait until the supply chain is resolved. Ashley Company organization is a communication nightmare to negotiate. I purchased and paid for over $5k in furniture Oct 2021, my sales person was great, my experience at point of purchase was great but I was given a Jan 5th delivery date. (I later found out this was an estimated date). Come Jan 5th, I get emails saying oops, your furniture is back ordered, we will deliver Jan 15th. I call Customer Service and they don't have much information as the delay was from the warehouse folks so they update that yes my delivery will be Jan 15th. Then the warehouse folks call on Jan 11th, my order is pushed to Feb 12th. Get another call in early Feb, that it will be a partial delivery as one of the beds is back ordered until mid-March 2022. This was weird because after three calls to Customer Service, two visits to the point of sale store, I'm told the footboard and rails are in but the headboard is back ordered, then I'm told the headboard and rails are in but not the footboard. As of Feb 24th, the entire bed is not in and back ordered until late May. When you speak to the store, they say they have no ability to communicate directly with the warehouse to help sort it out. When you speak to Customer Service you get a different answer every time regarding delivery or excepted delivery dates and other than email, no ability to speak to the warehouse. Then you will get a call from the warehouse who will tell you both the Store and Customer Service are only estimating any delivery because only the warehouse knows when your purchases arrive and delivery can be made. Ashley gets a 2 because the sale experience was great and the 1/2 of the furniture I've received is as ordered. Except the factory defective nightstand that is now back ordered into late May 2022. The inability to communicate between vital departments within this company is a complete disaster for the client. It creates misinformation, constant disappointment when expected deliveries are changed days before they happen and endless frustration. As well as calling Customers Service, after 20 minutes of waiting you get the automated message, "experiencing high volume of calls, you are caller number 6, press 1, you will not loose you placed and we will call you back"....... Don't press 1, you get immediately disconnected and nobody calls you back. For a Company that brags about selling their own manufactured products to provide reasonable prices, they really need to get their communication end of the business in order. Come May, June, July or whenever they decide to deliver my remaining furniture, rest assured I'll never purchase from Ashley Furniture again. Terrible service! We paid $169 for the white glove delivery service,all that included was installing pads on desk legs and the install the drawers and they did not even take the cardboard,tape and zip ties out of the drawers. The chair that came with it was not included in that $169 white glove service fee.They had wrong phone number on delivery form. I had to take additional measures with my credit card to get my $222.59 refunded which took an additional 2 weeks. We purchased new furniture 6 weeks ago and it was delivered. One recliner was delivered damaged and the store is not being responsive with getting a new recliner delivered and removing the damaged one. The "white glove" service is a joke. The delivery men put the furniture in the house and ran, yes ran, out the door. When my husband inspected the furniture and found the damage he immediately called the store. He was referred to customer service and was told it was a warranty issue. We have followed up multiple times, multiple, multiple times and have no resolution. The store manager has not been helpful. I have been hung up on 3 occasions and when I call back I'm told the call was "dropped". The store manager promised my husband she would take care of the problem and then mysteriously the problem was closed. When I spoke with the store manager today she failed to provide me with her bosses phone number, last name or his email address. Stating that the "regional manager" doesn't have an email. Then she told me in effect that my husband had lied to her. I can't believe this company is in business. It's all really sad and unnecessary. I recently ordered a bedroom set to be delivered several days before Christmas. When the delivery men got to my home none of the spoke English. As they were putting the bed together (I paid the for the service), they found one set of the screws were not the correct size. After many attempts to understand the issue they stated they were told by their dispatch to bring the bed back and they would reschedule. This was only several days before Christmas and I had family coming who would need this bed to sleep on. I called the Inverness office and talked to Robyn the store manager. I told her the situation and that I wanted the bed to stay in the house and not be sent back. I told her that none on the three delivery men spoke English and I needed them to understand that they were to leave the bed. She said that was impossible, one of them had to speak English as that is Ashley policy. I assured her none of them spoke English. She did get the dispatch on the phone and they were told to leave the bed. She said she would get tech out to help me as well as give me credit on my order. I told her my husband and I (67 and 71) would go get the correct screw size and try and get the bed together and would let her know. The delivery men were very rude and they were not going to unpack the boxes with the rest of the bed. I did get them to unpack the bed frame slats before they left. They asked me to sign off on the delivery and I refused. We went and got the correct screws and without instructions, we put the frame together in about an hour and a half. We went to put the slats on the bed (to support the mattress) and we found that while the delivery men had unpacked the slats, they took the hardware. I called the Inverness store to let them know and I told them the situation. Whoever I talked to told me she worked with Robyn and they were aware of the situation. I told her we were going to try and find the right hardware and put the slats together ( I still had not heard back from Robyn on getting a tech person out to complete the job). We found the part and got the rest of the bed together. It took us another hour and a half. I called the store to try and talk to Robyn to let her know the situation. I was told she was out to lunch (this was at 5PM). I called back an hour later and the store office was closed. I called the next day, and Robyn was still not available and did not return my call. I called her the following day and still no response. Robyn never called me to find out what was happening, never contacted or scheduled a technician, never returned my phone calls and I never received any credit for putting the bed together ourselves. I really liked Karen the sales representative that helped me with my purchase, but the customer service from Robyn the sales manager was unacceptable. read more

You almost can't hear them due to the static throughout the call. I told them within the 72 hour allowed I wanted to return the item. They refused stated I didn't. We were told our old mattress would be taken away however because there was a stain on it, they wouldn't take it. This was never disclosed when we paid $7,000 for our new mattress, bed frame, and delivery fee. Also, only 1 person was delivering so of course he needed help carrying the mattress. The delivery service is beyond awful. Delivery was scheduled for August 4 and a part of the order arrived that day. The remainder of the order had several dates, which kept changing, but ended up being August 29 from 9:00 to 1:00. I tried to change this, as my employee due to stand by for and supervise the delivery normally goes to church on Sunday mornings. I have nothing but horrible things to say about this store, I bought a sectional not even a year ago from them purchased the extra warranty and everything on it. Well needless to say it started Peeling the first month of having it they sent a tech out ordered the part great then came back out to fix it and refused to fix it cause there was extra fabric under the piece that needed to be fix that was tore and ripped that I didn't know of well that was the first inside t. Well now one of my recliners are broken and they can't order the part because it was discontinued and they have sent out two techs already and they have said the exact same thing and now they want to send out a third tech like for what you can't order the part and my couch is still not able to be used. And now they refuse to give me my 2000 dollars I spent on the couch or replace it with something else. We ordered furniture in November 2019 to be delivered to our new home in Florida on December 26. On December 24, I called the store to make sure it was still coming and they informed us one of the pieces was on back order and wouldn't be here until Saturday the 28th. They also told us part of the reason we didn't get our furniture on the 26th was because we didn't confirm a text message they sent. We have proof on the text message that we confirmed and they responded back that we could not change our delivery date because we confirmed. We should've told them they couldn't change the delivery date after all this. After hours on the phone with them, they agreed to deliver on Friday the 27th. They called us to tell us they could not locate where we live and we would have to meet them at 8 o'clock at night. At 7 o'clock at night they called us and we went out to meet them. They told us we took too long (8 minutes) and they had to leave. They also told us they were in the vicinity and could drop the furniture off but not assemble it. We would not agree to this. They said they would deliver the next day and then a customer service representative called and said they couldn't deliver until Sunday because one of the pieces was not there. On Sunday they called us first thing in the morning and said the truck broke down and we would not get a delivery until Monday morning. Again, after several hours on the phone with customer service, they proceeded to tell us that now our delivery would not come until Tuesday. The day before we go back to New York. This is after sleeping on an air mattress with company all week. But they didn't seem to care. It was just excuse after excuse. That's where we stand now. I am very hesitant that the furniture will even come. Customer service keeps giving us different excuses about everything. No one has been able to give us a satisfactory answer about anything. Bought bedroom Furniture for my granddaughter. Delivery scheduled from 3-7. Naturally they showed up at 6:50. Went to put Headboard on and didn't have enough screws. Said they would have to have somebody call me. I waited three days and then called the store. They said would get back with me. Next thing I know I am getting a VM saying they will deliver on Sat. 3-7. I called said I wouldn't be home the weekend. Then got a text they were coming on Monday. I called and said I had to work and would not be home during those hours to re-schedule for Tuesday between 3-7. I'm at my Office and my ring tells me someone is at my door. Its 11 a.m.. They have parked the truck in the middle of South Apopka and there are 3 of them at my door. None that speak English. I called the store and told them, they were supposed to get back to me. Salesman proceeded to use I pad to input info and asked for signatures and initials and did not explain what we were signing. We saw no paperwork till it was ordered and paid for! were told it would be between two and six weeks for the chair. Never mentioned their return policy which is nil.. After 4 weeks and no calls I called Ashley customer service and was told chair was scheduled to be delivered on 04/30 despite having ordered on 3/09 we set up an earlier date on a day I was working and my wife signed for it. I arrived home after working all day unpacked and assembled , sat in it and it was nothing like the shroom chair. we repacked the next morning and as I was tied up the next day I went to the store on sat am and asked how to return ? I was told very bluntly by a manager that the only returns on a store purchase was at time of delivery of which were not aware of, no exceptions and I could call Customer Service. Purchased sectional sofa. When delivered there was a staple not installed correctly and the delivery person offed to return it to the warehouse or have a service person scheduled to come to me and repair it. Since it appeared to be an easy fix I opted for the repair. A month later the service person scheduled an appointment for the repair. while making the repair it was noted the when sitting on one section of the sofa the springs made a creaking noise when sat on. sofa was disassembled an springs adjusted twice to no avail. Service person went outside three times to converse with someone. Finally said "there seems to be a manufacturing defect" and he would schedule a replacement to be sent. The next day received a call from the Inverness Store, a salesperson told me that they were rescheduling a repair person to take apart the sofa and grease the springs. I said no, the understanding was the section of the sofa would be replaced. After a lot of back and forth I asked to speak with the manager who turned out to be a crazy person who wouldn't even let me explain what the service person told me and said the notes of the service person said the springs just need to be greased and that what was going to happen. Again back and forth conversation that turned into talk over and screaming and when she ran out of breath she hung up the phone. Whoever heard of "greasing springs"? Solved problem by calling main headquarters explaining problem and scheduling replacement section. read more

Bought furniture at the store in Inverness, FL. I liked that they did not follow you around but would no purchase these again. We were charged for the 5 year warranty and wasn't even asked if we wanted it. Also, it cost us $200 for delivery. Horrible experience with this store, I ordered an ottoman from them, understanding covid19 it took over a month to get. When I received it, it was too big for my house, I call within ten minutes of receiving it and explained it would not work on my home I would like to return it for a refund or a credit to the store. I'm only giving them a one star because I can't give them any less. I recently bought a sectional sofa from them. I found the sofa online so I went in and new exactly what I wanted. I showed the salesman John the picture of the exact way I wanted to sectional to be that I found online which gave him the exact pieces to order. That was a Sunday so Friday When the couch was delivered it was the complete opposite of what i showed him. Plus the couch had multiple stains on it one looked like something had spilled on it or maybe an oil stain. But I wasn't home so the person that was there signed for the delivery. So I called the Inverness Store and Sarah answered the phone she was completely rude and refused to allow me to talk to the manager. So I called the corporate office and they just gave me the run around. So Sunday I went into the store and the manager informed me because delivery was excepted they would not refund my money and could exchange it but I would have to pay an additional $100 delivery fee after I initially paid a $130 delivery fee. So having no other choice I paid the fee. So the next delivery comes and the driver pulls the first piece off the truck and it has hand prints, a huge stain and the whole chair is covered in some sort of animal hair!!! Yes I said animal hair. Needless to say I refused that delivery. When customer service called and I explained to her what happened she said sometimes things happen in the delivery truck. I told her there were no animals in the truck. I also told them not to deliver me my 3rd replacement couch unless it is still in its original packaging.
