    Perhaps we can sit on the box since the furniture can not be put together and is going to have to sit outside all winter!

    May 2021: ordered patio furniture for the summer that was to be delivered in June. Delivery was pushed to July, then August and then September. September 6th 2021: the patio furniture was delivered. The delivery people stated the order was missing screws. We were assured that the screw would arrive in a few days and then the furniture could be put together. October 2021: no screws and no updates. I have spent hours on the phone getting the run around between local Ashley and corporate Ashley. There is no ETA on "missing screws". Messages have been left for managers with no reply. At this point I want the furniture picked up and a complete refund. However the would have to be able to talk to an actual human that can address my issue. I will never use Ashley furniture again and I suggest you don't either.

    I would never, ever, ever recommend this store to anyone. First, they showed up nearly four hours after their "10 minute" arrival notification call. Drive didn't knock on the door and walked in unannounced with a plain V-neck tee shirt on smelling of marijuana. After the initial frustration of his entry without knocking and lack of professionalism I'm informed the chaise was delivered in the wrong color and that they wouldn't be bringing that into the house. Understandable, he claimed I couldn't turn away the whole order (three piece sofa) because it was a custom order and I'd need to "figure it out" with my salesperson. Seems rather fishy and a BS line. Called my salesperson, Jenny who was helpful and said a customer service rep would call me shortly. Rep calls and informs me that my chaise was delivered to another house FIVE days ago. I let him the lack of honesty and professionalism is unmatched and that I need this unsafe, unassembled furniture picked up or it's going to left on the side of my house for trash pickup. Assistant Manager, Brian calls me about an hour later stating their mistake is mine and that custom, hazardous , unassembled furniture i paid $3000 and is a safety concern for my two young children (it has metal connectors exposed that could easily catch a child's toe or finger) isn't refundable. He said tough luck, I threatened to call my bank to open a complain for return. While on the phone with my bank they stated this branch has had multiple similar complaints and started to document my issues and they would proceed accordingly. Assistant Manager, Brian called while I was on with my bank and stated he would have a crew pick it up but didn't state when I would see my refund or paper work for it.

    Worst experience possible! Our sales guy was great, but after that it's been down hill! We bought a sectional and ottoman on sale for $2500 in January and literally weeks after delivery the fabric started falling apart. We called Ashley in May and after a tech came to our house and noted we have dogs, they now try and blame this on "pet damage". It's physically impossible for an entire couch, ottoman and the throw pillows to pill evenly throughout from pets. After many phone calls and being told they agree the fabric isn't holding up due to it either being the end of the fabric roll or just faulty, to being back and forth of told it's pet damage. 3 weeks ago they finally said they would come and reupholster everything, but it was worded as if they are doing us a favor. I have called weekly asking to set this up with either no response or someone telling me they will call me back later that same day with an appointment time. I'm extremely frustrated and disappointed with this purchase and how Ashley has given us the runaround. We will never buy from Ashley again after this experience! They are trying to run us out of our warranty and/or exhaust us until we go away so they don't have to take care of their faulty furniture. It's now almost September and I've been dealing with this since May, worst possible customer service if you ask me! No purchase should require this much hassle! Don't be fooled by their "American Made" spiel they use to persuade you into buying from them, clearly it still doesn't hold up and they don't take any accountability when it comes to making it right!

    Helpless staff! Claimed a queen sized is a single. Tried to upsell me at every turn. Really poor staff I walked out.

The mattress is causing me serious health problems and the manager Nate refuses to resolve the issue hung up the phone on me several times. I also don't think they respect or value their employees, including demoting someone who recently lost a loved one and had to close the shop early and then punishing her for that. When it comes down to it I don't think they value, respect or protect their customers or employees when challenges arise. Mattress Firm is pretty selfish and uses thier customers and employees. I don't trust Nate either.

We purchased the mattress and anxiously awaited for Monday. Monday afternoon came and I didn't hear from them so I gave them a call with the number on their business card. I reached a voicemail and left a message. Tuesday afternoon I still hadn't heard anything so I called and the delivery guy picked up. He didn't have any idea and told me I would get a call back in the morning. Wed morning no call. So I texted the number and messaged them on Facebook. I can see that my Facebook message was read. I finally received a call back from them AFTER posting a poor review. Apparently they had been away on a trip. I've been notified that my mattress did not come on the truck this week, but should be coming the following week. Almost a week later and I have not heard back from them. My wife was getting antsy and gave them a call. We no longer have a date where we may receive the mattress. We were told we will be notified when it comes in at SOME future point. If I ever get the mattress or get a call back from these guys I will update this review. But, until then, it's safe to say I have not received a mattress for the money I paid and the communication has been minimal or none from them.

This was probably the fourth or fifth store trip. By now to save our marriage and get furniture we like I send him off to test them for comfort since he's tall and if he finds one he likes I either veto if it's hideous or uncomfortable for my frame. Well, low and behold we actually found one here we like. It was a Lazyboy so we know the price tag ahead of time and can appreciate that as the value is there with the brand. We weren't positive we wanted the power though (at a grand for power leather each and we are getting two) so we filtered through the sale tags and see it's half off for the manual. Score! Let the clink-clink-clink of the manual reclining begin. So we asked if there were two in manual. Our sales rep had to search on the computer and discovered that they no longer carry the manual option, but can custom order it for $999. Ummmmm. No thanks. We went to the Lazyboy store instead and bought power recliners for less. However, we did end up going back and this time our visit was pretty smooth. We found an entertainment center and coffee table we liked since our set was well beyond its years. And since it was discounted and we saved money by buying the recliners elsewhere we bought it. Our pick up date was supposed to be on Monday night. It's Monday night and naturally it's not in yet...but hopefully it will be soon. It arrived in the middle of the night Monday-so we have it now and it was as lovely as pictured.

We contacted Steinhafels becuase we also puchased the warranty, and were told this is not covered. Long story short, after spending nearly 5000 dollars on a nice couch and a warranty, we only got one month of use before it had "normal" wear and tear. Do not buy anything from here unless you dont mind a "normal" lifespan of one month.
