    BUYER BEWARE! We had a bed frame snap in half on us at 3 am because their delivery team did not bother screwing the frame together AND the hardware wasn't even delivered. Upon going to the store the General Manager is too busy to care about the safety of his customers and the manager evidently has no authority to do anything. Due to their "process" they won't even take the broken bed frame on the truck coming to our house today. The gross negligence of this company is unreal. After being loyal customers for about a decade we will never be shopping here again.

    So recap from last post on June 10th... We went to the store to get my furniture that we bout in June 4th, sort out the missing pieces, same salesperson helped and waited for our missing pieces to be delivered today (10 days later) on June 20th we haven't heard anything about delivery time so we called and they messed up our orders again!! WTF!! This is very disappointing and no one seems to be able to help with this issues. Waiting on the phone call back for new delivery date!! WTF!! This place of business won't refund us back!! What can we do now that they have our money?!! Don't ever go there again!! If you do don't have Daniel Larson help you out on buying new furniture. He will screw it up and you may not get your furniture that you hope for.. no stars for this place

    Broken and poorly repaired furniture attempted to be passed of as new. Stripped out screws on all the chairs. Was told by sales manager that I would be contacted by management regarding the issue. Glad I didn't hold my breath. They place zero value on your time and only try to placate or stonewall you into submission. Customer service and delivery services are outsourced. Customer service works from home with TVs blasting in the background. Deliver service did not speak English and required me to make the claim of obviously damaged and repaired furniture. Don't be stupid like me and sign up for this horrible service experience for a 3rd time (stained kitchen table in 06, 3 deliveries of a couch and loveseat before accepting a damaged loveseat with a technician repair) and now this. Go anywhere else.

    Ok experience here- very pushy on their protection plan. Salesman Nick was very inviting though and professional: great prices.

Do NOT make the mistake we made, in thinking that their inflated prices indicate they provide better service than stores with lower prices. They do NOT. If you have a problem with a product you purchase from them, they will not go to bat for you with the manufacturer. They will merely hand you off to the manufacturer and wash their hands of the matter. We purchased a king-size American Leather sleep sofa from Baer's, for almost $5,500. It was a special order, and we waited two months for the sleep sofa to arrive. It was delivered in late January, 2026. As soon as we lay down on the standard mattress, we were horrified to find it was not comfortable. Upon inspection, we found the design (the mattress frame and the cut of the mattress) had been changed and no longer provides support for the entire length of the bed. (We bought an American Leather sleep sofa, 10 years ago, and it is still very comfortable to sleep on.) We contacted Baer and they sent a "tech" out to inspect the sleep sofa. He took pictures and said they (Baer) were unaware of the design change, and that he could see it had changed. He wrote a report and assured us our problem would get an "executive" review and that we would hear from a Baer rep within 3-4 days. Two weeks passed and we heard from no one. So, we called and were assured, again, that a rep would call us back (by close of business, no less). Again, we heard from no one. The following day, we drove to Baer's and spoke with Bob, who was sympathetic and who assured us that American Leather stands behind their product. (BS!) Not only does American Leather not stand behind their product, Baer's doesn't either. They do not care whether a customer is unhappy or not. It appears they subscribe to P.T. Barnum's credo, "There's a sucker born every minute," and it appears their business is built on that. DON'T BE A SUCKER.

We had already fired them , couldn't figure out why we couldn't get to clear the water and only discovered it when we went to clean the filter only to find out there wasn't one in there! We called them and after many phone calls they came and put one in. I told them to no longer use my card that they had on file, but they did anyways.

One of the sales people assisted me and made the process a snap. I also had my water analyzed. Great setup, very professional with a printout of results for each area they test. I only need a gallon of liquid chlorine. at the register I noticed their selections of thermometers and had one that was a penguin standing on an iceberg. I got that and away I went. Just some advice if you didn't already know, know how many gallons your pool is if you are have the water tested. They are now my go to pool place!
