    Do not purchase from this store. Recently ordered a Tempur-Pedic mattress which unfortunately was not working out for my wife and I. Called to return the mattress as Tempur-Pedic has their 90 day sleep guarantee. This store said they do not honor Tempur-Pedic's guarantee and do not accept returns from any products delivered to the home. Called Tempur-Pedic and said there is nothing they can do to control individual store policy. No accommodations were made to make this purchase right. If you read the terms and policy online you find that you cannot return any mattress unless there is a defect or arrived damaged. If you don't like the mattress after sleeping on it once or multiple times too bad. I was led to believe in store to ensure to have a mattress protector on the mattress because returns were not possible if any damage occurred within the return policy but clearly this was a lie

    The delivery window was 12:30 - 4:30, then during the 1st window it adjusted to 3:30 - 6:30...the truck finally arrived at 8pm. The driver was polite & respectful, the helper didn't even exit the truck until after I helped the driver unload, unbox & carry everything out onto my deck. After which the helper got out of the truck to ask if he could use my bathroom. My son had to dig through the packaging to find the hardware after they informed us "it was never shipped with the furniture". I then had to put everything together myself (it took 2 hours to put the chair & sofa together). After everything, I realize that one of the plastic feet are broken & the clips to hold the sectional together are missing. I'd appreciate a full refund of the $160 I paid for delivery & for the damaged/missing parts to be shipped to me as quickly as possible.

    Peeling 10 days after purchase, meaning it's not real leather, which we specifically asked.

    I arrived today to pick up a couch I purchased last week. Shelly said there was no one to help me…read morewith it and suggested I come back later. I said I needed to pick it up now. She wordlessly put the hand trucks next to the couch and walked away. She made no effort to wrap/protect the furniture and acted thoroughly annoyed the entire time. The staff greeted us right away, were super friendly, and never hovered - just the perfect balance. They explained that they could order upholstered furniture made by local North Carolina manufacturers in a variety of syles and fabrics. We spent a relaxed hour or so looking at floor models, picking out fabrics, and taking home some swatches. A day later (after measuring twice and holding swatches up to our walls a few times), we placed the order. The pieces were built and delivered on time and looked even better than we imagined - exactly what we wanted. Then, a few days after delivery, we noticed an awful creaking noise every time we sat on the loveseat. We called the store immediately. Initially they told us warranty issues go through the manufacturer, and honestly that's when things got frustrating. The manufacturer was painfully slow (borderline unresponsive) and weeks went by with almost no progress. That's when Susan at Going Twice stepped in and completely turned the situation around. Once we let the store know we were hitting dead-ended with the manufacturer, Susan took ownership. She stayed on top of them, pushed the claim through, and kept us updated the entire time. Yesterday the replacement loveseat arrived - it's gorgeous and (most importantly) 100% creak-free. Thank you, Susan, and the whole Going Twice team, for standing behind what you sell and taking such good care of your customers. You didn't have to go the extra mile, but you did, and we are so grateful. We'll absolutely be back for future furniture needs!
