This was our first experience with the Ashley HomeStore in Rogers. We were greeted by a friendly sales woman named Jackie. She was very patient and helpful in assisting us with the purchase of our new bedroom suit. She was available when we needed her attention but was not overbearing. We were pleased with the selection, quality, and prices at Ashley HomeStore. The variety of accessories available was very nice, and we purchased several pieces to go with our new furniture. We had more than one order and experienced some miscommunication in thinking that all of our purchases were ready for pickup, but learned after going to the warehouse that part of our order still had not arrived. This resulted in a second trip to pick up the remaining part of our order. They resolved the issue to our satisfaction. I'm a fan! I am disabled and my sister wanted me to have a more accessible sofa than the small armless love seat I had. The saleswoman was very helpful. We found what we wanted and arranged for delivery. My sister talked me into the sofa color and I am glad I listened to her instead of going home to think about it. The lighting in the store made the color extra bright. I was relieved and very happy to see that the color was darker and more to my taste when it arrived. Maybe a color swatch could be made available to me next time. I was given a "next week" date but not given an exact delivery date and I had to follow up myself but then the two delivery men were very efficient and pleasant and moved my furniture to accommodate the new sofa chaise. My experience in the store was very good. I do want to note, that when I originally came in, I had only wanted to buy a box to replace my broken one for my bed. I'm glad the associates pushed me into getting a whole set, and then some for my roommate so that way she could get a bigger bed and have it lifted off the ground, but I would have liked the same push, but a certain level of understanding of what I thought I needed. Then be approached with the different options I would have to solve my problem. Instead of, forgetting the original issue and pushed into something new. Just options. Options would have made me 100% sure on everything. Still an over all great experience. Will most likely shop there again. read more

We have now purchased our table and chairs and a couch/love seat combo from Ashley. The couch/love seat we purchased on Labor Day weekend, so the store was pretty busy. We liked that our sales lady was friendly but not overbearing. She let us look around instead of hovering close by. We found a nice reclining couch/love seat that is very comfortable and fit our budget. Our toddler ran up to it from across the room and tried climbing on it so we took that as a sign she liked it too. :) The checking out process was painless. We had it delivered by Ashley and the delivery crew worked quickly and professionally. We have had these pieces for over a month now and they are working out well. Thanks Ashley! read more

When I was looking for a coffee table for the lobby of bank where I work, I tried searching on line and close to the branch in Springdale but after not having any luck finding what I was looking for, I went to the store I should have gone to in the first place. Ashley Home Store on Pleasant Crossing in Rogers always has the best selection and the best customer service. I have spent many lunch hours just browsing in that store because the decorator does such a fantastic job and the people are so friendly. This time was no exception and the sales person and I roamed the store until I found the perfect table for a great price. My branch looks great! read more

My husband and I came in looking to buy a king sized bed frame. We had been looking for a while and trying to find something that was good quality but also affordable. We loved Ashley Furniture. We were able to find the perfect bed frame for our bedroom. We both love it. It is very good quality and not very expensive. My husband and I did not do the delivery service, we went and picked it up ourselves. When we arrived at the pick-up store in Springdale, our bed was in perfect condition. After shopping at another store in which we were extremely disappointed we tried Ashley Furniture in Rogers, AR. We found more to select from and the quality so much better. The prices were reasonable. The staff was great to work with and financing was great with the interest free on our Ashley card. They let us pick out different coffee and end tables that weren't with our sofa. They delivered to our home and set up everything so all we had to do was tell them where we wanted it. We are about to go back to work on updating our 3rd room with them. We won't shop any other furniture store! read more

I bought a mattress in 2017, it now sags and no way to turn it over. It is a foam mattress. When I was buying it I got a really good sales person that told me that if there is anything wrong contact us and it will all be taken care of. I go in get a number of Some company that will come out and look at my matterss only The GRT company is designed to make you want to pull your hair out and never call back. On hold, On hold I finally gave up and hung up. I hate dealing with people who tell you one thing and then give you the run around when you actually have a problem. After deciding to get rid of all my living room furniture one weekend I had looked at almost every local furniture store for new furniture. Yes you do have to order it from Ashley and that is because they don't have tons of furniture sitting around in a warehouse somewhere they actually make the furniture when you order it. I love that idea and knowing my furniture was not sitting around for years. the delivery guys were really nice and would arrange and rearrange the furniture until it was exactly like we wanted it. They are always very patient with us and we love the large variety on their inventory. We haven't had a bad experience none of the times we've been in the store and we didn't necessarily bought something every time we visited them. Ashley Furniture has a great selection of quality furniture for a great price. The sales person allowed me to browse the store without any pressure. I came back the next day and purchased my king size bed, full sized kid bed with night stand with the help of the same sales person with ease. The delivery time was exceptional compared to another local furniture store. It all arrived within two weeks, as advised by the store. Had a wonderful experience when my sister and I were just out "looking" to see what each of us may want for a new living room set. Jenny was very helpful and left my sister and I alone to decide for ourselves but was nearby in case we had any questions. Not only do I highly recommend the Ashley Home Store in Rogers, but ask for Jenny, she was not pushy or try to sell me something I didn't want. We had a very pleasant experience at the Ashley HomeStore. The floor staff was very helpful and willing to openly discuss payment options. They were interested in giving us the best payment plans. The delivery option was the best decision we made because they delivered, installed, and cleaned their mess within 15 minutes. We had a very good salesman and he answered any questions that we had. We were looking for a new mattress a pillow top. We had been looking all over. He show us what they had and allowed us to look with out looking over our shoulders which I appreciated. We found one and I was trying to make up my mind and told him I wanted to think about it. When we visited Ashley's Furniture we went there to pick up a beautiful bedspread for our bedroom. While we were there we also bought some of their king size sheets that were on sale. We just love that nice bedspread and sheet. I told my wife I think I like this bedspread better than any we have ever had. We found the quality living room set we wanted and was on sale for a great reduction. There was a error when our order was placed but it was rectified in a timely manner.
