Poor service. If you don't add the furniture warranty within 5 days you can't have things replaced. What crap. It's like buying a car and your warranty goes out- sorry your out $60k. Buyers beware or get the insurance. My dog accidentally nested in my couch and instead of being honest they were like lie to the company and say your keys did it. So you can't be honest with them! HORRIBLE!!!! I told them I was going to pay upfront and come and drop it off at the front door. She told me it would hit my credit. No, it wouldn't because it's paid up to date. Also the guy said they don't remove old furniture. They will bring new furniture but not remove the old stuff. Sure spend money but spend more money to have your old stuff replaced. Nice try Ashley. Don't ever buy from them. They are a rip off company. We ordered furniture in December of 2018. As of June we still don't have the furniture and they won't give us a refund. No one knows " how to give a refund?" The store manager is to scared to call us and keeps avoiding us. Will never buy from this so called business again. They have a "customer care line" which is not at all what they are there, they take calls and pass them on to no one. I would give this place zero stars if I were able. I went there with my husband and child to buy a mattress, and immediatly started being followed by a sales guy named Anthony. He followed us around like a stray dog begging for food. We should've left by that point, but didn't. He didn't take any of our subtle hints that we wanted to browse the mattresses alone. We finally decided on one and decided to buy it. He told us that if we didn't like it, we had fourteen days to exchange it for another mattress in the store. He started on all of the paperwork, which took entirely too long. My one year old son began to become extremely fussy, and he was taking forever. He had also told us the mattress would be an extra 20 percent off (which it wasn't) By the time I actually started signing the paperwork, my son was so over it I did not read through everything like I should have (which I know was a huge mistake) When we received the mattress 2 weeks later, it was nothing like the one in the store. It felt like we were laying on a bunch of rocks, and it felt like we were laying on a slant. When I called the store to tell them I wanted an exchange, the receptionist told me I couldn't exchange any mattresses there. I wanted to speak to a manager and she told me there was not a manager there. I got in my car and drove there, and sure enough there was a manager, just sitting around chatting with other employees. The manager, Tianna or something like that was completely rude and unhelpful. She basically said I signed for it and there was nothing to be done. I know I made a mistake signing paperwork without reading everything, but when you have a fussy one year old, it is hard to focus on anything else. What makes me mad is the salesman, Anthony flat out lied to us to make a sale. I now have to keep a mattress that is horrible. We are not even using this mattress, it is in the spare room. They don't even deserve one ataDon't shop here! Upon moving into my new apartment 2 years ago my boyfriend and I decided that it would be a good time to buy new furniture. We bought a couch and a recliner. Our salesman saw that we had a two year old and used him as an example of why we should by a warranty through montage. He explained that he understood kids make messes and that the warranty covered cleaning. That we would be able to have our furniture cleaned whenever and that it was the "best" investment to make when purchasing furniture; so we went ahead and purchased it. Called montage today and they said that it was untrue and they only cover specific stains and that you have to call within 14 days. I called 14 days too late apparently. And because I wasn't able to specify what kind of stain it was that they were unable to do anything for me. I called Ashley to explain and they just told me to call montage and ask for a prorated refund. Unapologetic that they made false claims to get me to buy a warranty that is basically useless to me just so that their sales associate could get their commission. I will NEVER shop here again and will let all of my friends who are constantly looking for recommendations to stay far away from here also. UPDATE: Ashley messaged me on here about the situation asking for specifics on June 15th. I have never received any updates and just called corporate to be treated like shit. Do not, I repeat, do not waste your time or money at this store! We were mislead regarding our delivery date by the original sales associate and later by the warehouse and customer service. We ordered several pieces of furniture in late May, 2017 to furnish our new home. We explained right away that it was stil being constructed and we couldn't accept delivery until October at the earliest. We were assured that, although typically they required delivery within 90 days, exceptions could be made. No worries. We opened a credit account with them. They wanted a street address for the credit app (we've had a PO Box for years ) so we gave them the address where we are living during construction.We said it was a temporary address. On Sept. 2 an Ashley truck arrives at our temporary address to deliver our furniture! We didn't know they were coming. They left a voice mail the day before which I didn't see I had. We explained to the guys that we couldn't accept the furniture. They called the warehouse. The guy at the warehouse said no problem, they'll hold the furniture, and connected me to customer service. CS said we could reschedule for early Nov. and a "special" customer support person would be checking in with me every "so often" to check on our construction and delivery date. I never got a call. When I called to schedule delivery on Nov. 6 I was informed that the entire order had been cancelled in September when we refused delivery!!!! The furniture would have to be reordered and she couldn't tell me how long it would take to arrive. This was a salesperson at the Tacoma store delivering this news. She had 0 customer service skills, tried to blame the bank who backs their credit cards, was defensive and clearly had no interest in trying to find a solution. She had no empathy for the position her store had put us in. Of course, we were never notified that the order had been cancelled. We did not re-order. My report to the Better Business Bureau: 4/9/17 Went to store, complained about soft spot in new chair. Told I would receive call on 4/10 & to send pics in email. 4/12/17 Called & stated no one called me. Asked to resubmit pics & description & that they would get back to me. 4/21/17 Called, explained I still had not heard from anyone. Asked for pics a 3rd time. Also asked for a sales order number. Told them via email I didn't have order number handy & that they had assured me everything was stored in their computer upon purchase. Never heard back. 4/26/17 Gave up on Tacoma store, called National Customer Service. Asked for a manager to return my call & explicitly told them I didn't just want a service call at this point, I wanted to discuss the lack of service & to please call me. Never got a call back. Instead they robo-called my girlfriends phone on the account with service call date. 5/2/17 - Service tech shows up, evaluates & says part will take 2 weeks to arrive. 5/23/17 Part arrives, new service tech shows up & looks at part & says that it won't work, will have to order another part & it will take 2 weeks. I waited more than 4 weeks before I contacted them again. 6/26/17 Called National Customer Service asking about status of our repair. They had no information & said they would follow up on it. No acknowledgment that this has been ongoing for months, no courtesy or simple apology for all this has entailed. 7/6/17 Have never heard back from them. I reached out to them in person, phone & email at least 6 times in the (almost) 3 months this has been going on. They contacted me once (other than the robo-call or email replies) & that was a general call to tell us the service tech was on his way. No one from the Tacoma store or Customer Service has contacted me to address our issue or their lack of service. At no time did I ever act angry or rude. I did express to the Customer Service rep that I was very unhappy in April but thanked him for his service & for passing my concern onto management. To no avail. read more

I don't like shopping! Especially cars and furniture. But I need some living room furniture. Luckily I met Sarah Garza, sales manager. She was so helpful. Not pushy. Gave me plenty of time to look on my own without following me around. I didn't buy the first time, saw pieces I liked. So went home, did some pricing research. I came back the next day with pricing that was a bit better. I was able to document the better price. Sarah remembered me and was very helpful in putting the package together. She was even to get me a better deal than I bought in. The in store experience with our rep Matthew was great. Then when we paid, the drama began. 5 days out for delivery, the following Monday. No problem, even though we wanted it by the weekend. Okay, took the day off for delivery only to learn it was changed to the 19th. Took another day off for delivery, only to learn the same day it was moved to the 23rd. Called the store and held for 23 minutes before I hung up. Called Customer Service and was on with them for 30 minutes, while they checked into this. I got transferred to another CS division, which contacted the manager. After losing out on 3 days of pay and getting no commitment that my furniture will actually arrive on the next rescheduled date, they told me they can give me half off on delivery or I can cancel my order. The worst customer service from this manager ever! This does not help with my loss in pay or the fact that we are still sitting on the floor, because we gave our furniture away, based on the notion that we were dealing with a company that would hold up their end of the deal. Over Ashley, and I do not recommend that you buy from this company, because you will get false advertising. I was told this was in stock. Still waiting..... No customer's no company! So I wrote a review a few months back concerning pilling on my sofa. I didn't mention that I also informed Ashley about two puncher holes, under the cushions, apparently caused by the springs. Some how that issue has completely been ignored. They actually sent out Tech's for the second time, they took pictures, again, and I never heard from them until I called a month later. I spoke with a lovely young lady who seem to really care about this situation. She also seemed concerned that they never responded about what they were going to do about the holes, or even respond to me.She was going to work on my behalf to find out. She promised to call me the following Saturday. Yesterday it has been 2 weeks and no word! What a disappointment with this company. How is it I pay 2000 dollars for a couch, that the delivery team claims to have shown up to my house. When in tern they did not show up at the time they claimed. Then when I caught them in the lie. The time MAGICALLY changed on the report. Then I asked them to go back they said "it's too far" we have to reschedule. Then I get a call to reschedule today. Oh it gets better. we almost didn't come here because of the awful ratings online, but we're glad we decided to give it a try anyway. over the past two days, we were in and out of this store at least six times, comparing products and prices with other businesses in the area. curt was an absolute game-changer for us; honestly, curt is the reason we chose to make our purchase from this business and this location. we dragged that man around the entire store, up and down the stairs, and sat in nearly every single piece of furniture in the showroom! he was never hesitant to answer our questions, give us recommendations, and try to help us out as much as he could. we ended up getting a great deal on a few different pieces - everything is kind of backlogged due to COVID halting production and current stock selling out, but we got realistic delivery date scheduling and curt even made sure the most important piece could be delivered earlier than everything else. there was nothing shady about the business practices or transaction, no upselling, and no hidden costs. hopefully the white glove deliveries go as smoothly as the purchase, but we have no reason to worry about that at this point. curt has earned ashley furniture a couple of new loyal customers :) read more

I have bought a lot from this store in the last 3 years. I bought this beautiful chair last Christmas and decided I wanted another one. So of course me being me i do my research on prices. I bought the chair the year before for $400 and saw it all over the internet for $380 to $420. So I go into the store and wanted to have them do a price match (they say online they will) when I went into the store they said that they can't. I was confused because they alway have. Then I look at the price in store they said the original price for the chair is $800 and was on sale for $600. I was completely shocked. I look at Ashley on line and they said the original price was $500. How in the hell are they charging $300 more in store than online? Also I have a credit card with them. I got a $100 off of any anything that is more than $300 (in store coupon) and they would not except that too. I just can't believe how shady this Ashley furniture store is. I really hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like people could benefit from hearing yet another bad experience from this location. I came into this store on a Saturday and bought a bed. I was told it was final sale and could not be brought back. Awesome. The only part of the bed on the floor was the head board. I asked to see the rest of the bed and the associate told me that wouldn't be possible because the rest of the bed was in a box in the back and would have to be assembled for me to see it. I asked for her guarantee it was in perfect condition and she gave it. The bed was set to be delivered that Wednesday. Monday we had bad weather. This was the day I was told to expect the call to set up a time for delivery Wednesday. I obviously didn't get it. All is well. I expect it Tuesday. I had to call at 5pm Tuesday to ask if they would be delivering wednesday. They said they would have for reschedule for Friday. Cool. Friday they were set to deliver between 1:30 to 4:30. They show up at 5pm and the delivery people who tell me they are third party and do not work for Ashley's ask me to come outside and look at my bed because it is very dirty. The delivery man tells me they picked the bed up and it was assembled in the warehouse turned on its side in dirt. I look and it is indeed very dirty. I decide to call the store because I was told the side rails and footboard of this bed were brand new in a sealed box. The person I speak to is very friendly and and is going to try to find me a new bed. She tells me she likely won't be able to call and will have to email these warehouses. Kind of frustrating when I'm staring at my bed and holding up these delivery guys. In the mean time they notice one of the hooks on the side rails is bent and in fact the side rails don't even go to my bed. They are King size side rails for a Queen size bed. Long story short after being hung up on twice (and the manager blaming this on customer care???) and declining the bed that is now useless to me I get a call telling me I won't get a bed for another two weeks. Well guess what? My bed is gone. So now I will be sleeping in my floor for two weeks I guess. The manager tells me she will refund my delivery charge because of my "delivery issues" that at this point I could have cared less about because I don't have a bed and this isn't rocket science. She was supposed to call me today to confirm everything. Guess who didn't call? We were eyeing two bedroom sets for our two children and I think it is safe to say after reading other reviews and after my own experience here I will not be purchasing anything from this store again. UPDATE: I received a call that my bed would be delivered today, a week early! Well the delivery guys show up today and off top tell me it's the exact same bed they tried to deliver a week ago. Sure enough, same bed. This time with a nice tear on the inside of the footboard. Quick call to the store and I discover the manager left instructions with the office manager who apparently just chose not to follow them. Still waiting for my refund on delivery charge and now here I am once again waiting for my bed. Furthermore, I received a comment after placing this review that I'd get a call to discuss it and still haven't got that. Just stay away from this place. UPDATE: Come to find out the manager I had been talking to was lying. The office manager didn't even know anything about my situation. How do I know? They called me back after trying to reorder my bed and told me it didn't come in the color I had ordered anymore. I chose a different color only to notice it was even close to the bed I had ordered in style. So I went in the store to look and choose a different bed. The manager I had been talking to, Sarah, had gave me an option between two colors. Turns out the other color she offered me was much more expensive and she failed to mention that. I wasn't sinking anymore money into this. They comped the price and ordered the bed I chose after a little back and forth. The office manager informed me that she had no idea why Sarah would tell me she had left instructions for her to send me a new bed. Next day, I get a call from Sarah. She had sent me an invoice with a $100 credit. Well now they don't want to give me this credit since I got a bed that was more expensive even though she had told me they were all the same bed, same price. I went in the store and after the attitude and eye rolling decided to talk to the store manager. Heather was helpful and nice. I could tell there was some tension with Sarah and I'm not real sure she still has a job there. But the real reason for this update is I bought this bed on February 4. It is March 10 and I still do not have a bed in my home. I called to speak to someone after my bed was supposed to be delivered on March 8 and they offered me a $75 in store credit. I had an excellent experience when I purchased my couches and bed here. I must have gone to all the furniture stores at least three times every where I went they started to recognize us. When we finally made our decision they were very helpful and patient. Our delivery was right on time and the install went without any hiccups. I appreciated all these things especially while getting our new house and new furniture it was stressful. I'll be going back for sure! read more

Prior to Thanksgiving, my husband and I purchased a dining table with six chairs. When we received the merchandise, I noticed that two of the chair cushions had marks on them. Also, the piping on one of the chair cushions was not long enough and not only looked bad, but also did not appear to be able to stand up to the use it would incur during the holiday season, let alone the lifetime expected of the set. My husband also noted that several of the chairs rocked due to the legs being uneven. We mentioned our observations to the main delivery person, who noted it on his electronic device and told us we should expect a call within the hour from someone at Ashley Furniture. After waiting the entire day for a phone call, my husband called the following day and was told that someone would be out that next Monday to replace the cushions and level the legs of the chairs. Monday came and went. We had waited around all day for nothing. The next day we received the chair pads in the mail - just in time for Thanksgiving. With all this being said, I would not recommend purchasing anything from Ashley Furniture. A couple of years ago we purchased a couch and chair set and thankfully, did not experience such a lack of customer service. However, it is now my opinion that once you to sign on the dotted line, that is it. Whatever the item delivered to you looks like, it is yours to deal with. So what if the showroom model was in better condition. I am beyond upset with this company. I purchased a sectional for my new home that I was told would delivered on Nov. 19th. Then, it got moved to Nov. 29th. Ok, great, now I don't have anywhere for my family to sit in my new house on Thanksgiving. Then, I called them today for an update, and delivery was pushed out again until Dec. 7th. Now, I understand there are shipping delays because of Covid, but don't tell me my couch is going to be delivered on the 19th if that is not going to happen!!!! That delivery date was the number one reason why I bought it. Then, when I call the store to see what they are going to do about this massive inconvenience, I get put on hold for a manager and the phone hangs up after 5 minutes. Of course they didn't call me back. Now I have to wait for their customer service to call me back so I can get transferred to the Tacoma store. My suggestion is to go to Macy's furniture and pay a little more, but you will also get your furniture on time and deal with staff who have a clue. read more

I get the allure, it's stylish and they have a trendy showroom. Please, I beg you, save your money. The furniture is awful quality! We purchased a couch almost 2 years ago and the cushions are so soft it's absurd. Slowly but surely they just keep wearing down, even though we kept rotating them. We ended up paying to get them re-stuffed and the company said Ashley is the worst and uses the cheapest foam. Hence why 2 years later I'm getting them re-stuffed. read more

The ONLY nice thing I can say about this store is the sales rep was very educational but not too pushy. It took THREE deliveries where we had to be home for at least 4 hours to receive the merchandise. The 1st one, all the bedroom furniture came EXCEPT the mattress! We practically had to use sign language with these 2 Spanish ONLY speaking men. Neither one of these guys spoke English! My spouse had to show them how to adjust the height of the base. Good thing he was home. It took 2 more weeks to get the "lost" mattress. We never did get a response as to what happened to it. I made a call and requested a manager. Got a "supervisor" to try to get the mattress sooner. She gave me her email address and NEVER responded to 2 emails! The day the mattress finally came, we receive a call that the mattress pad was not with the delivery. Thus a 3rd day we had to be available. Then, for icing on the cake, they OVERCHARGED our credit account $3800!!! I didn't even bother calling but went in with all my correct paperwork. The lady could somehow see what the problem was but was waiting for confirmation. She said she'd call me when she received it that day. Well, we are now 3 weeks later, no call and no reimbursement to our account. I will have to make yet ANOTHER trip to this worthless place. If I would have received some communication from these people, this review would have been more positive. Run, do not hide from this store! read more

We've been given two other delivery dates that were both cancelled last minute. We filed a report with BBB and were suddenly given a delivery date for tomorrow, what a coincidence. If I could give negative stars I would. I had the worst experience of my life in this store. We order a mattress for our daughter and we were told that it would arrive 2 weeks out and we moved the delivery of her bed to the day "the mattress was coming" because why get a bed with out a mattress. We opted to pick it up the mattress from the warehouse in Kent. The day we were told to pick up the mattress, we drove out to Kent (almost a hour drive) just to find out the mattress wasn't there. After hours on hold between costumer service and the store, we got "your mattress was delay and it's your responsibility to call before you go out and get your stuff to make sure its there". I have purchased multiple times from many different furniture stores and this is the first time I hear this! Anyway " the delay" was another 3 weeks out and now I had a bed with no mattress and my daughter had no where to sleep. I had to go out and waist more money to buy a cheap mattress till the good one came in in 3 weeks. So 3 weeks pass by and now we get a call that our mattress has been discontinued. Again hours on the phone between costumer care and the store and the store manager (megan Morgan what ever her name was horrible costumer care, promising I'll call you back and never getting a call back to hanging up on us, I had to waist more hours of my time to get a hold of them again.The the store manager telling me they had my mattress and she would call me back for a delivery date (which never happend). After days of calling and getting "shes busy she will call you back" to her answer and telling me I have your twin XL ( when I order a full size). We were fed up at that point and we asked to get corporates number. They immediately transferred us to the GM of the store . At first he was like yes this is unacceptable I totally agree with you I'll get this solve to I'll call you back today to solve this and never getting a call back. Once again I was calling back waisting my time. Once again I asked for corporate number , the store gave me a fake number. After days the GM offer us another mattress that was some what similar to the one we had order and promise to send me the name and link so I can see it after 2 days of not hearing from him , I had to call again to ask for the email , he then sent it and at that point I just wanted to get it over with and said yes to that mattress. He said he will call me right back with a delivery date. Never got a call back . After days of not hearing anything back from the GM , we were just fed up and we had to drive to the store in Tacoma and personally get a date of delivery and to get a refund since this mattress was cheaper. This was almost 2 months later after hours waisted on the phone that I will never get back, Waisting my time and money to travel to them. This was seriously the worst experience ever. If you want to save yourself a headache Run away from this store! They have no sense of what costumer service is. First and foremost my final sales person who's name is Angel, is AWESOME, but everyone else stinks to high heaven. Background: I went in to this Tacoma store in January of 2014, and although I got a weird vibe, most of the sales staff either slalk you or ignore you. Anyway only because I was approved for no interest 5 year deal, I ended up purchasing an over sized 2 seat leather power reclining couch along with the over sized leather chair. I loved that fact that i had 14 days to reselect because as we both realize, it is hard to tell what the furniture actually looks like once it is in your home. I was told it would be 2 weeks, ended up being 31/2 because of a back order issue or something... I had never received a confirmation call on delivery date and time, so I called in, the CSR stated it is scheduled for the next day at 2:00... I hear a delivery truck coming down my driveway at 8:00 that same night! I was not happy about it, was not the couch I ordered. I am trying to get my daughter to sleep, then I get a phone call from the driver saying that they delivered to the wrong house and needed to come back and pick it up. I am not happy about this miscommunication, so the next day I called and talked to the manager who offered to wave the delivery fee, great! I ended up re selecting to a non leather option, and after waiting a month, the guys came and it was the wrong color- and not only was the delivery guy rude, the supervisor at the warehouse was suggesting that I might like the color so why not keep it! I said no way. I called the store again, pissed off- told them I would drive the hour to prove to them it was the wrong one... The lady said I was right, the couch I picked was indeed green not brown. They apparently discontinued that color, so I was told to come up again and reselect. I went back to leather... I informed them (at least on 5 different occasions) that I was really nervous that something was going to happen to the original pieces (I purchased coverage) because once the reselect is noted, these are not covered anymore? I was told not to worry about it because they had been credited back to Ashley so it is their problem if it does happen. Fast forward, a scratch got on the couch so I called right away and asked what I should do, and the lady told me to send her pictures of it and she would call me back... Ugh. This place is terrible. Purchased a bed here that looks like it is made from wood, but is actually cardboard with a wood like wallpaper over it. Yuck!! I asked to return it and was told that I wasn't eligible because 48 hours passed since I ordered it... Of course it did! You can't deliver it within that time frame! So, now my only option is to go in and get another (garbage made) product. One star for a very cheap product, one star for even worse customer service! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I was at the point of filing with BBB or even a police report until today. We purchased over $2,000 worth of furniture from this location and we were eventually refunded for 2 out of the three items (due to the damaged/broken goods that were delivered). By eventually, I mean after 30 days of constant phone calls and repeated stops in person at the store. We had to demand our money back. Their excuse was that they had a new billing system set in place and our account was "misplaced". Yesterday, we were finally given back the rest of our refund but it wasn't without a cost. Our first delivery attempt, the rug we ordered arrived in a different color and pattern, so we rejected them. PROTIP - Always reject it if it's damaged, do NOT expect them to repair or replace it after the fact. The delivery driver warned us of this. The dresser and mirror that we ordered, arrived damaged. The mirror was cracked and the dresser was scratched and busted up. The delivery team were the only honest people that we dealt with. They showed us the damaged areas and even sympathized with us. We contacted Ashley and they refunded us for the rug and set a new delivery date for the dresser and mirror. 10 days later, they attempted to deliver it again but it arrived broken/damaged. The delivery driver showed us the inside of the truck and pointed to about 7 other pieces where other customers refused damaged items. Quality control must not be a priority for Ashley. After refusal, we contacted Ashely and demanded a full refund. They apologized and agreed. Over the next month, they never contacted us, never returned our phone calls and would claim that our account was lost. We literally went into the store 5 times in person and complained. There were other customers standing behind us demanding their owed refunds too. We even joked together because it was so ridiculous. We finally got our $600 yesterday (45 days later). The only piece of furniture we accepted and still have is a couch and lounge set. However, we didn't notice till a week later, that the zipper on the cover under the couch was missing. It was also ripped. I contacted Ashely and explained how we purchased the $150 lifetime warranty (aka 5 years) and they said that the warranties may have changed under the "new system". I'm not kidding. I've contacted customer service to schedule a repair. I'm sure that will go over smoothly. There is a reason why this place has such poor ratings and crap reviews. Ashley HomeStore does NOT care about their products or their customers. Just try it out, call their local Tacoma support line and let me know how long you had to wait to speak with actual person. The prices are extremely tempting, with a big family, I totally get it but it's at a major cost of your time, sanity and YOUR money. Run. read more

I wish I could give this company negative stars. NONE of the furniture seems to be in stock. We ordered a sectional that had a 3 week wait. When the delivery time was near we got a call that said it was delayed another 10 days. At the end of that 10 days, sure enough, another delay. After waiting 2 months, we finally decided to cancel. The store "manager" refused to give us the deposit back that we had put out on the day we ordered. Extremely poor customer service. It is very hard to reach anyone to get a resolution and we are still waiting for a refund. We visited another furniture store nearby and picked out a sectional that was delivered the next day. Where to start, this place gives used car salesmen a good name....sad sad sad. We bought a living room set couch, chair, loveseat, three tables and a rug. First off they lie through their teeth about delivery...we were told two weeks, then AFTER the purchase the salesman says , it might be 3-4 weeks...we wouldn't have purchased it if that were the case because we had just moved and didn't have any furniture as we left it behind knowing we would be getting new. The 3-4 weeks turned into 5-6 weeks and then the delivery was messed, the couch and loveseat had holes in them, and the delivery kid was trying to cover scratches on the 2 tables with a marker and he was doing it right in front of us!! Notice I said two tables not three as evidently they can't get a order correct or count at all. We called and told them they had to come replace all the damaged items as we had paid thousands for NEW furniture not damaged crap. Things got worse, they came and delivered a table...nothing else. Then another month passes by and we finally get new furniture and they take the damaged stuff...still no rug...been two plus months now and no rug. Rug just got delivered a few days ago...after nearly 3 months! And here is the icing on the cake, we get our bill this month and magically there is a purchase for $161 on our account charged to us a month after the initial credit...we did not purchase anything more and we were not told of any charges for their mistakes. I would return all of this furniture if I could unfortunately they screw you out of the return by delivering it so late that it surpasses their so called guarantee. I'd give anything to just get my money back and be done with these criminals. Do not buy from them, especially if you're military. read more

We purchased a new sectional from Ashley's and it was delivered broken and no one seems to care? They said that someone would have to come out to look at repairing it in about 3 weeks? We weren't buying a repaired sectional so I don't see why they can't replace it? No one seems to know what customer service is? I will never buy anything else from Ashley's! read more

Horrible Customer service. I ordered a Ballinasloe Sectional about 3 weeks ago. I received the couches but one of the pieces was from a different set. I called customer service and received a claim number but never received any other information. I send pictures of the set that was delivered and the incorrect piece. Since then I've called their customer service five times, each time I am on the phone for over an hour but each time I connect with an agent the call is dropped. read more

Buyer beware!!!!!! If you choose to buy from here they well tell you a delivery date but won't fulfil that date no matter what they say. I bought a bed set for my son at the beginning of May and was told a delivery date, and that they well call 2 days prior for the time. When that time came nobody called actually nothing happen. My wife spent a lot of time on the phone waiting just to hear that they don't know why or that something is back order. Then when you go in there they give you another reason even know 30 mins they said something different on the phone. Then when they say everything is cleared up and address is good everything is in stock they set you up with another date. Then when that date comes something well be back ordered. After reviewing other post about here everybody is right. I've bought most furniture from Ashley when I lived in Spokane, but now I'm officially a former customer. I'm just glad they don't give you a run around about getting your money back. read more

Would never purchase here again. Ordered my dining room table one month ago and it is supposed to be delivered this Friday 9/18. 72 hours before delivery, I get a call saying my table has been delayed one month. Ashley offered zero compensation to me and refused to allow me to have the floor model. I am furnishing a brand new home and have 6 family members arriving in one day, one of which is handicapped, to visit and have absolutely nowhere for them to sit or feed them. I told Ashley I would not pay for delivery and they indicated that my request to not pay delivery "must be submitted for approval". Absolutely awful problem resolution. If I wanted to wait 2 months for a dining room table, I would have gone to a nice furniture store and ordered a custom item. Do not recommend to anyone at all. read more

With the selection of furniture stores in the South Sound, do what you can to avoid this place. To no fault of our salesperson, he seems overworked and disorganized. While he was trying to help us, his colleagues continued to ask him about how to look prices up for other pieces...wow. We simply wanted to purchase two end tables and the process literally took 1 hour. Furthermore, they tried to overcharge me. The pieces we bought were 50% off. They tried to charge me for something closer to 25% off! I'm not a mathematician but I can divide by 2... Ultimately, I would highly recommend avoiding this place unless you're willing to spend a lot of time waiting. read more
