My husband and I went in today looking for king size pillows like the queen size pillows we had previously purchased from Mattress Depot a few years ago. We found the pillows but they were the same ones we had and we told the salesman that we wanted king size pillows. The salesman worked extremely hard to convince us that even though the package the pillows were in said queen, they were actually a true king size and that the company who makes the pillows (Malouf) shouldn't label the pillows as such. He promised that the pillows were true king sized and that they are actually longer in size as opposed to the other exact same pillows we had bought previously. We trusted him as he seemed to know what he was talking about so we bought them. When I arrived home, I compared them to our current pillows and they were exactly the same, a QUEEN. I planned on returning them and looked at the receipt to see the refund policy and there is no refund. Now I am out $275.00 because of this man's dishonesty. We have purchased many mattresses, pillows and bedding from Mattress Depot over the past 7 years and have always been satisfied with the level of service we receive. I am very disappointed that we were lied to just so this salesman can grab his commission. We will never purchase from this store or any Mattress Depot again. read more

My husband and I recently bought a king size tempurpedic/memory gel foam style bed from this location. We strongly considered buying the Tempurpedic name from another chain that tends to spend a lot of money on advertising, but decided it would be silly to spend that kind of money just for a name stitched on a mattress. By shopping with Mattress Depot, we spent 50% less! I have been sleeping on our newly purchased mattress for several nights now and we are getting great sleep! The dude helping me was extremely helpful by helping find a bed I would enjoy and afford at the same time. The price I paid was maybe 1//4 less than the other 6 places I shopped. i can't speak for other folks experiences here but, mine was fantastic. They put the bed on my vehicle and tied it down right. This was our second time going to Mattress Depot. We bought our mattress around three or four years ago and we love it. We decided we wanted to finally upgrade to an adjustable base and also purchase a new mattress for my mil. Once again we found everyone to be so helpful and friendly. We were greeted immediately by the salesman who was helping another couple which I very much appreciate. He helped point us in the right direction of mattresses to start looking at while he continued to help the customers he already was helping. Roger continued to help us once we started checking out the mattresses for my mil and was very helpful with comparing mattresses and finding the right one for her needs. We ended up purchasing a base for our bed and a mattress and a bed frame for my mil and we are all looking forward to our delivery. I meant to write this review almost a month ago when Roger set us up with our first new mattress. But truth is I've been sleeping so well on it its complletely escaped me! Honestly though, my husband and I were dreading the long trial of not just shopping for the matress and price hagling but also the process to haul it back home. Roger is a slick talking snake that will say anything to sell a bed. If you go there avoid the southern accent slimeball. The bed and the frame ended up not working with our bed frame with drawers. The delivery drivers told us Roger sells these adjustable beds to customers, with the same kind of bed frame, all the time! If you buy it you can't get your money back. Keep that in mind. Save yourself the hassle and buy somewhere else!! This is not a good, honest place. We purchased a king set that was to be delivered between 3-6 the next day. They did not deliver it until close to 10pm. I received no initial call telling me they would be late. In fact, when I called to inquire, at 6:30, the guy seemed more annoyed with my call and was not apologetic at all. He said he would call me right back after he talked to driver. He finally called back after 20 minutes and another phone call from me. He said the delivery guys were having truck problems and they were in route from Olympia. This continued all night for another 3 hours. I kept having to call this guy to get status and he kept giving me a line of BS. I would have cancelled the whole deal, except we had already taken apart our bed completely and carried old mattress down stairs. When the delivery guys finally arrived, my husband asked what went wrong and they told him they just had a lot of deliveries. No truck problems! I should have known it was shady when the sales contract was not written up per our agreement day before. And the guy rewriting the paperwork seemed annoyed with having to change it. Today is Saturday. We got our mattress delivered Thursday night. To date, we've received no call trying to rectify situation or even apologize. Clearly, they don't care. Hopefully, this bed will work out because I do not want to deal with them ever again. read more

We went to 4 different mattress stores today. This one was the most expensive one and it seems to be real high pressure sales. Not for us.

My boyfriend and I had the best experience at this Mattress Depot location. Al helped us and he is beyond exceptional. We purchased a queen matress/boxspring set that was on sale. We decided to do Snap financing but we're approved for less than the amount of the matress and we only had a certain amount of money we could put down on the set that day. So, Al discounted the set so that we could take it home that day. On top of that, he threw in a bed frame at no extra cost. We had previously explained that we were expecting a baby and he told us that he wanted to help us out so we could focus our money on more important things. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was. The staff at this location truly care about their customers rather than making a huge profit. We walked in just to window shop a little more as we had made up our mind on a new bwd already. Al was our salesman and he was fabulous!!!!! Like I stated earlier we had already made up our minds but were killing a little time. He asked us some questions, built a relationship like good salemen do but wasnt pushy at all. He was knowledgeable about all his product. He also upsold us really well, gave us an awesome deal and put us in a bed that is much better than the one we had picked with the competitor. I would recommend buying your next bed from these guys. They are a local chain with beds made in the area and are a completely debt free company. In short; A good deal, friendly, respectful and courteaous salesmen as well as delivery guys, and we were keeping our money local helping local business. Really cant go wrong. The manager was voicing out loud (YELLING) at me to emphasize that the mattress that I was buying was a great deal.
