I've been to the East store 3 times over several weeks time and every time they say it's at the West store, I live East side and got my tub there and told them I didn't want to drive across town to get it. Each time they said they would transfer it to the East store. Last time in I told them they can just deliver it sine they can'tseem to get their act together. It's.been almost another week now and still haven't heard anything. I'm sure I'll have to contact them again. Very poor customer service...its like once they sold me the tub it's a very low priority to take care of it. I wouldn't buy another one there.

I was very impressed by the way she gave me a lot of attention, she did not ignore other shoppers and even continued doing her job. She was exceptional. We went in several times to look at the furniture. We were told different details every time. Twice…read morewe were told we would get free delivery. We were told we would be able to use our previous smart buy credit towards our new purchase. Then we were told we could not use our credit until December. Then we were told " oh that deal isnt in effect now..". The details kept changing. We werent told of an extra charge for different fabrics until the last minute. At the final visit, the regional manager told us he would give us a "good deal." ( right...). He would let us use our previous smart buy store credit at the time of purchase. ( Lets remember... that credit was ours!). Ironically, the numbers never really changed with their "deals." They just kept moving the numbers around to get the same amount that THEY wanted. We did not get free delivery as we had been promised by two other people, Chris and Sam. Sam, the sales manager was extremely rude to my husband; so much so that my husband did not want to return. The regional manager did go over all of the numbers with us. Yes they included the Store credit, the extra $200 and the 5% for using our credit card but it still didn't make any difference. We truly believe they jacked up the prices to make it fit what they wanted to make on the bottom line ....we aren't stupid. We are both very educated people and felt like we were taken advantage of. To defer some of the cost. we now have to find a pick up to pick up our furniture and bring it home ourselves. We are retired people and this isn't easy. We live three minutes away from Bob Mills but they wanted to charge us almost $200 to deliver. The only reason we kept going back is because I really did like the furniture. Five years ago, we had a much different experience with Bob Mills and we wanted to go back. So we did, but I can't recommend them to anyone because of all the discrepancies we were told by literally four different people. Chris was very nice to work with, but by the time we got to the final day, we were so exasperated. We are not even happy or excited now... only frustrated and angry and " taken advantage of." There was also a drawing going on.... no one told us about that or offered to put our name in the drawing. We are saddened because we have told many people of our past experience. Now we feel that we were treated poorly and wished we had not gone in at all.

On September 4th my husband and I walked into the store knowing exactly what we wanted. We had…read morelooked online and went in to go order it. The salesman was friendly and personable. He told us the furniture would not be in until the end of October. I understand the current shipping issues so we were only kicking our own butts for not ordering sooner, but oh well, plenty of time before Thanksgiving. By the last week in October I hadn't heard anything from the store. I called on October 25th to check on it and the man that I spoke with looked it up and said they were still waiting on two pieces of the sectional and they would be there in a couple weeks. I was extremely frustrated but ok. I waited two more weeks and called again on November 8th. The woman that answered the phone told me she would get to a computer and check on it, then put me on hold. I was on hold for 15 minutes and then finally a different person got back on the line asking how they could help. This woman actually looked on the computer and said they were still waiting on one piece. I asked when it would arrive and she said she had no idea. I asked if there was any kind of tracking on it and she actually laughed and said "I wish". Ok. They finally called me on November 18th and the man started the conversation by saying "Good news!" I said "My furniture is here? Hallelujah." Then he said "Yes, much earlier than we expected". Umm, what?!?! I interrupted him and "When we ordered you said it was going to be here by the end of October!". He brushed all that aside and told me it would be here the first week of December. I told him I was going to need him to bring everything that had and deliver now (because we have our whole family coming for Thanksgiving) and they could make a second trip in December to bring the other piece. He then proceeds to tell me that they don't have any of the pieces yet. I told him that was untrue because I have called multiple times checking on it and was told by two different people that you were waiting on two, then one piece. He said "oh, you have?" then proceeds to tell me the different states that all my the different pieces were in. I guess they magically have tracking now. At this point I don't even know who all lied to me. The initial sales guy saying the furniture would be here by the end of October (I would have blamed the delay on shipping troubles, but when he said it was arriving much earlier than they thought I knew he was just trying to make the sale). The people on the phone telling me we were waiting on pieces. The guy that refused to set up delivery for the pieces that they may or may not already have. I will never shop here again and I will make sure all my friends and family know about our poor experience. The lack of communication is ridiculous.

We had them do a plant design and install it. Even though last summer was a tough summer on plants, we had great results. I also used them to buy a large tree as a memorial and they were over $200 less than other nurseries and the tree was larger, also.
