The establishment is clean and bright location. Parking is easy and it's right off a main street in the shopping center. My appointment started right on time. Kelsey was great. She and I talked for awhile of what I wanted and needed. I had sent her an idea ahead of time, but we tweaked it for me. She was very understanding and made everything really enjoyable. At my appointment I was treated with a beverage. The drink is relaxing as my hair is being worked. The end result was fantastic. I still love the color and the look of my hair. I will go back to work with Kelsey again.

Tierra provided the worst experience of my whole entire life. When reading this, keep in mind I had…read moreprovided photos to the owner (not sure why the owner made the decision to give me to Tierra--huge error on her part!) and even had an in person consultation in advance where Tierra claimed to be confident that she could properly do my hair--I only wanted a simple trim with highlights and lowlights. I do have very long hair, but so does Tierra so I thought she would know how to handle long hair--boy was I wrong! She claimed to have 10 years of experience, but I really question if that is true after the situation I had with her. Also keep in mind that Tierra texted me when she didnt like my reviews so I even had to block her! How unprofessional! Tierra didn't know how to cut hair, so my length and layers were very choppy and uneven. She didnt know how to wash hair, so she created a literal two inch knot and had to call another stylist to come in on her time off to help her get the knot out--which caused some damage to my hair. Didn't know how to dye hair, so used too much bleach and it bled out of the packets and caused significant horizontal blonde streaks all over my head. Took her hours to apply the bleach so it was left on some sections of hair WAY too long (causing damage) and turned them pure white when my overall goal was to blend my gray hair, so this entirely defeated the purpose of the visit (it takes a normal, skilled stylist 30 mins maximum to apply dye to my hair, crazy that Tierra took two hours). Didn't apply the color very close to the roots, so there were significant lines of demarcation. Asked for brown low lights and saw zero brown in the end result. She was so frazzled because she knew how badly she kept messing up that she just kept making mistake after mistake (which she finally admitted to days after the appointment) and didn't even finish styling my hair so I left with wet hair--don't understand why she didnt ask the other girl who came in to help her on her time off to take over (or ask the owner to come in to help). I still had to pay 50% for her to totally ruin my hair when I feel I should've gotten a full refund---especially since I now have ongoing appointments with a different stylist to fix Tierra's mistakes, so this is costing me hundreds of dollars and taking several months to fix! The most mind blowing part of this is that she actually let me leave the salon with my hair looking like this, she should've immediately owned her NUMEROUS mistakes. The only mistake she owned at the time was the knot, but it would've been impossible for her to not see the issues with the color and cut, which gives the impression that she hoped I wouldn't notice so she chose to ignore it--probably because she was so embarrassed and ashamed of her work, inexperienced to know how to handle the situation, and had already spent five hours on it (when it should've been 2.5 hours maximum). Moral of the story, NEVER visit this salon and especially NEVER let unprofessional Tierra touch your hair! Learn from my experience!
