Dropped the truck off at around 2:45 and sat in the waiting room. An hour later they still had not touched the truck, which was frustrating because typically an appointment means that time slot is set aside for that customer. After waiting until almost 7pm the truck was finally done. However, the back of the truck was covered in mud and there were washers and bolts scattered in the back. Very unprofessional. There was an issue with the paint on the cap as well they did let me know and gave me a discount for that which is why they're still getting 3 stars. After getting the truck home I noticed the power cord running from the battery to the cap was routed in the worst way I have ever seen. Because of this I had to take the truck back to have the wire rerouted. Being that I was a professional mechanic for years I've seen some bad stuff but for something so simple this couldn't have gone any worse. Not to mention Alex was extremely condescending once I brought the truck back and advised me not to touch the cap because "I'd probably mess it up".Terrible experience and overall I am very disappointed.

He asked for my phone number and when I gave it to him. He said he went back four years and didn't find me and walked away. After a few minutes of me looking for the receipt in my email. I asked if he could look up my name. His reply was "everyone thinks their name is unique " I then asked if he can try my email. His response was a waive of his hand saying "one of them can if they want. I guess referring to his coworkers. I never raised my voice or said anything that might offend him, but from the first moment I felt like he didn't want to be bothered. So I stood there trying to figure out what to do next because I paid 250 for the bad battery. Then a young man came into the store " Mr. Olivencia " and immediately asked if he could help me. I explained what happened and he asked for my phone number. He immediately found my purchase receipt. He then checked my battery again and agreed it was bad and spilling acid all over my car. He quickly changed my battery and apologized for the bad experience. That young man is worth a million bucks. His customer service is excellent and if I ever go to that business again and don't see him. I will walk out and not spend a penny. The gentleman who treated me badly was an older gentleman who surprised me because I'd expect him to be the professional and not the young man. Goes to show you, anyone can be great or lousy at their job. I hope Mr Olivencia succeeds in everything he does. The other gentleman should be retired and put to pasture. He obviously doesn't want to work. Just wants to get paid.

I was contacted that night to be told that they did in fact have hair dye and Ty, the stylist, did…read morenot want to do my hair that night and used not having hair dye as an excuse for me to leave. Which I find laughable because Catherine (owners wife) told me to take what happened with a "grain of salt" because she was not there and dismissed my feelings and sided with her employee. After mentioning that I will not be returning and I left my opinion of the salon online, I was shortly contacted by the owner Chris (Catherine's husband) to be told that she was crying and very upset about the review. Chris made multiple attempts for me to be satisfied and to take my reviews down. He has contacted me every day since about my reviews. I went to the salon the very next morning to have my hair done by Sarah and I received a free hair mask. I do wish that I was able to get my hair cut & styled but Sarah was running too far behind. I absolutely appreciate Sarah's help. She made my experience enjoyable, Chris did too. I wish in the beginning that they didn't make so many excuses for how I was treated by Ty but there is nothing I can do about that. I'm not sure what I did to her but I will absolutely recommend having your hair done by Sarah instead.
