It took FOUR (4) shots per "sitting" and it really didn't matter many times we went back to get pictures taken. That's not to say those aren't fun and that discomfort for a short period of 20 seconds is not necessarily undoable, but Encore Photo Booths had a much larger photo booth by comparison when lined up against all those "mall small frys" and major kudos to them for providing the space that made for some hiLARious picture taken! It also comes with double photo strips so my guests were able to leave their extra strip on my photo book with a message. And, it's self-adhesive! After the wedding, the photo book and messages made me smile most and it confirmed how much fun my guests had at our wedding! Several folks came up to me and said this was a "great idea!" Also, every time I contacted Steve with questions about insurance, photo strip design, etc. he was quick to respond via email or phone. He really knows how to run a business. The attendant was late and the box was broken so the attendant had to leave the wedding and come back with a new box. He returned around 6:15pm. He realized he still needed to upload the photo template to the new box but it was not connecting to the venue wifi. He was about to pack up and leave until my wedding guest offered to connect his phone hot-spot and helped him to troubleshoot and somehow got it to work. My guest should not have spent his time troubleshooting their equipment, but because of him, it prevented this from becoming a complete disaster. It was operational starting at 8:15pm but the print out was cut off on the bottom and cut off my hashtag. The pictures were also overexposed so everything was white. The setup should not rely on the venue's wifi as there are many venues that are in remote areas and/or do not have internet service nor should a guest come to rescue the attendant and help him troubleshoot the system. I was very upset and requested a full refund because I got a little over 1.5 hours of service from them. This was supposed to be a souvenir for my guests and most of the guests didn't get to use the booth. I was offered 3 free hours for a future event as a consolation because they were trying to justify their actions. What am I going to do with that? It's not like I'm getting married again. Nor would I want to use their service. Needless to say, they agreed to refund a partial amount. So disappointing.

We all love having our photos on our phones, but to be able to slap a photo strip on your fridge is even better! And each time I've done the photo booth, they give a photo strip to each person in the photos. Now that's rad!
