The esthetician that performed my service here was courteous and professional. There was unfortunately a misunderstanding and miscommunication regarding follow-up appointments I had. I appreciated that Hailey, the owner, and the esthetician I had scheduled with reached out to apologize, addressed my feedback, and explained their perspective which was a proactive approach.

Booking an appointment was super easy, the vibe was chill, and they have such a good gel polish selection. I get gel on my natural nails and Han did an amazing job -- he was so sweet, fast, and really good at what he does. It's been three weeks and my nails still look great! I'm already planning to go back for a gel pedi and to refresh my manicure. I'm just so happy I found a place I love here in Broken Arrow. My hair was down to the middle of my back but in pretty rough shape and my last color was done in October with my AZ stylist so also pretty bad shape. But it is a Redken Salon, they have to go through so much training you would think they would grasp the concept of how to correctly do hair, so she should be able to handle it. I went in for my 2:00PM appointment. My biggest thing was I have a wedding coming up and want the grays covered to last at least four weeks, which was NOT an issue with any other stylist in my entire life. I wanted a platinum blonde and wasn't too worried about the hairstyle as long as I could do a ponytail because hair grows back eventually. What I got was absolutely terrible and I paid over $400, not including the product for another $100 plus, and left the shop after 8:30 PM. It did look okay that night because she worked her magic. BUT....She did not do blonde except at the ends; the roots where she used a dark brown glaze, natural color, which showed the grays the next morning. That was the only thing I stressed to this stylist, no grays. I wanted blonde but she felt the root color would help blend it better between appointments. Plus she used foils; the weight of these foils was extremely heavy! AND she ruined my shirt that I was wearing due to bleach getting on it and I have NEVER had this happen before. It has taken me two weeks to calm down enough to write this review as I HATE everything about my hair! I was planning to fight the credit card charge but instead I will chalk this up to an awful experience. I am so unhappy I barely leave the house and I still have to find someone that can do my hair properly prior to the upcoming wedding. Ugh! I hate being new in town. Please do not go here and waste your money. This glaze, if she even used one, that was placed on my hair was not to help her BUT it was most definitely to waste my money so she could get another $400 plus dollars from me next time and waste another six plus hours of my time and STILL not get it right. Just an FYI, my AZ stylist does not use foils and could get my hair done within 1.5 hours and it lasted six weeks, if I had to go that long but usually four weeks max, where grays just started to show. She also never had to remove more than two inches unless I felt like going shorter but I always had my ponytail. I do not have that here either!

She is so good she listens to you she'll tell you if she doesn't think your idea is going to look good on you and give you other ideas. The other thing that's awesome about her is she has been helping me grow out my hair. Usually stylist want to cut it but she was the first one I had that said no will just take a little bit off and we can grow this hair out. She gave me tricks and techniques to help me, and now my hair is in the best condition of my life. She's very honest, and very reasonable I love the salon everybody that works here has been so kind and professional. She has been helping me grow out my hair and has an amazing knowledge of the science of hair, which is so fascinating to me. Lily is the best, hands-down!

For your first visit, you want to go straight past the bigger lot and down to the side of the building and that is where the reserved spots are and then it is up 4 steps to enter her space. Typically, you ring the bell and Julie will let you in. Julie is fun, chatty and efficient. I have been seeing her for over a year.
